I’m Oliesiea Justice, Warranty Administrator at Asheville Hwy in Knoxville, TN.

How long have you been with Worldwide Equipment?

I’ve been with Worldwide for close to 5 years.

What are your job responsibilities?

File warranty claims and manage warranty receivables for Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, International, Cummins, and Isuzu for 7 locations. Travel to dealerships and educate our service advisors, managers, and technicians on basic warranty requirements. Stay up to date on my training for all warranty certifications, among other duties

What does your average work day look like?

Communicating with our parts and service team, including technicians, DSMs, and other OEM personnel via the WIP, email, or telephone. File claims everyday with all OEMs for all locations. Stay up-to-date on our warranty aging and any new bulletins an OEM may release and communicating that to my locations.

What’s your favorite part of the work day?

Getting to speak to my favorite service advisors, managers, and technicians.

Is there anything you do as a warranty administrator that people would be surprised about?

I like to draw. Anything I can do to create art, I love!

What’s the best word to describe how you work?

Transformation. Like art, I enjoy transforming something ordinary and helping build it into something we can recover.

How do you recharge outside of work?

Clearing brush and building a fire helps me mentally clear out the chaos of the work week.
