I wanted to let you know that I recently brought my truck in two times for warranty problems. I’m accustomed to dealing with mechanics unable of answering my questions or not interested in answering them at all. While at your dealership I met John and he not only answered my most technical questions, but was willing to spend time with me to address my concerns and potential solutions. We own a single truck and use it for RV service and I am very hands on with my equipment. His knowledge of the electrical systems and emissions equipment was very impressive and helpful for our application. I truly appreciate his knowledge and the fact that he would take time to chat with me knowing that I am a one truck operation as opposed to a fleet owner. want to let y’all know that have been to the location in Abington va 2 times each time I have had service the service advisors and mechanics were knowledgeable and very polite. But my recent service advisor rusty blevins went above and beyond the call of his duty. He was able to get me in at a time in my life when I just felt defeated and wanted to throw the towel in on this trucking life. And while my truck was being worked on he took the time to talk to me and treated me like a human being instead of just looking at me like most dealers do as just dollar signs. You store here I will support whole heartedly by word of mouth and future visits. Great store great staff
