FY2024 Parts and Service Manager Kick Off

WE had all the Parts and Service Managers in Knoxville for a kickoff meeting in May. WE went over last year’s results and what WE will accomplish this year. WE went over new processes and procedures that have or will change in the next year. The meeting was well attended and there was much feedback and dialog on how to make Worldwide Equipment the best company it can be.

Last year, WE held 3 separate trainings in Knoxville, Huntington, and Macon for our Business Planning Workshop. WE taught the entire business planning process to each of our Managers and received a lot of feedback saying that this was the best training WE have had at WE! Each Manager that attended these trainings were given a challenge coin. The challenge coin is a reminder of the effort that was put into completing the training and the effort put into the business plan that was completed for each department. WE use the coin to remind us to get back to the basics and work our plan. WE have big goals that WE will accomplish this year. Thank you for all you do!
