CUSTOMER SPOTLIGHT - TLD LOGISTICS
TLD Logistics Services, Inc. is located in Knoxville, TN. They are a 400+ dry van carrier and have been recognized as one of the 20 Best Fleets To Drive For 2016 - 2018.
WE are proud to announce that we’ve acquired an order from them for twenty (20) 2019 Mack Anthem sleeper tractors!

The truck pictured was acquired by TLD in 2017 and was driven over 125,000 miles with virtually no downtime or issues by respected driver Tony Gossett. Tony served in the US Army for over 10 years, and TLD had this Mack CXU613 wrapped in his honor.
WE are proud and honored to have TLD Logistics Services as a Mack Trucks customer!
INSPIRING TOMORROW’S TRUCK DRIVERS

This smiling guy is Riley Coombes, who has dreamed about trucks and truck driving ever since his parents bought him an 18-wheeler simulator. However, until December of 2018, Riley had never been inside or even up close to a real truck. Our Summerville WE family changed that when his mother brought him to the Summerville store.

Riley had the chance to view the inside of several trucks on the lot and even went for a ride in a new W900L! He left with some WE swag, a giant grin, and an invitation to host his birthday party at the dealership in March.
WE hope you continue to pursue your passion, Riley!
EVERYONE LOVES NEW TOYS

LEXI, THE BOWLING CHAMP

IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Joe Kenneth Willis
JULY 25th, 1952 - DECEMBER 31st, 2018
THE REASON FOR THE SEASON
Our Prestonsburg WE family gave back in a great way this Christmas. Several employees “adopted” children from a local school and made their Christmases merry and bright with gifts galore. The superintendent of the Floyd County School System, Danny Adkins, as well as Angie Joseph from the Resource Center, stopped by to show their appreciation. WE thank you for your generosity, Prestonsburg!

A WORD FROM OUR CEO, TERRY DOTSON

“A few days ago, Worldwide lost a 45-year employee. While that statement is factual and correct, it seems wrong - too cold, too simple. That statement describes a person named Joe Willis who served in a company for a factual period of time. The statement is true; however, it is very unfair and not at all accurate about someone who loved and cared deeply about our company and its people!
A few days ago, I lost my friend Joe Willis - someone I had known for 40 years and worked with for nearly 45 years. Joe worked with me and many of you “old folks” in Middlesboro, at the Knoxville MACK store, in Chattanooga, and in our Road Champion products.

Joe always did, sooner or later, what was asked of him to better our company. I will miss his “Hey Buddy” when I was on him a bit over something like his project time, his weight, or something he wanted to push back on or put a pause to. Joe traveled to China with me on more than one occasion and I’ve joked that he was the only person that I ever knew that could leave the United States with two one dollars bills in his money clip, stay with me for three weeks, and return to the United States with the same two dollars in his pocket!! Joe was tight! Really tight!!
I think Joe Willis was a happy person. He laughed loud and deep. Joe Willis loved Worldwide. Joe Willis loved Anna, loved his son, Mike, and his two granddaughters. Joe Willis loved a good game of

pool, especially if he could (and most of the time would) take your money! And I’m pretty sure Joe Willis loved me as I did him.
I, and WE, will miss Joe Willis. Miss seeing him, miss visiting with him, and miss his love and his care for Worldwide and its people. Joe Willis will never die, not as far as Worldwide is concerned, because the people he trained, the contacts he made for and with our company, the products he helped develop, and the company he helped grow will live on. And with all your help, WE will continue to grow and develop more folks like Joe!! As long as WE remember Joe and the things and people he helped grow, Joe lives - he will live with and through WE everyday!”
WHAT DO OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY?
Where would WE be without our customers?
We always strive for excellence in customer service and want to make sure that each customer has the easiest, most enjoyable experience possible. When performance is especially stellar, WE always appreciate it when our customers drop us a 5-star review!
“Outstanding! Friendly, professional and helpful. Chris and staff are who I want in my corner. Really appreciate you, thanks.”
TONY HAJICEK
Lexington, KY
“Great employees here and always great customer service! I buy a lot of things here for our trucks! ”
KEITH HAWK
Cross Lanes, WV
“I was super impressed with the professional courtesy. Dave in parts was very pleasant.”

MANDY STANCILL
Dayton, OH
“This place is legit. They’re good people, and they’ve got tech with experience on their belts. Thanks, guys, for helping me and my wife get back on the road! ”
ROBERTO ARGUETA
Knoxville, TN
“Got my truck in fast, only had to wait an hour on a Monday morning and I was the third in line when I arrived! Really nice people. They provide a shuttle to the motel as well as just a lunch run for drivers who have to sit through a repair! Drivers lounge is good, hot coffee in the pot at all times.”
