The program began in Queenstown, where students met with leaders in the adventure tourism and hospitality sectors. The group then headed to Auckland, New Zealand’s largest city, for a panel discussion with senior executives. Both of these conversations gave the cohort a firsthand look at how New Zealand's brands differentiate themselves globally, especially when it comes to risk management and customer trust.
