Finally, this SCD Update will serve as an essential input to the upcoming 2022–26 Country Partnership Framework (CPF). Chad’s current CPF was adopted in December 2015 and was scheduled to end in 2020 but was extended to 2022. The 2015 CPF focused on three core areas: (a) strengthening the management of public resources, (b) improving returns to agriculture and building value chains, and (c) developing human capital and reducing vulnerability.
