When you get to work with dedicated, trustworthy, and fun people, work no longer seems like a chore. This has been our goal with Cyprus Airways since the rebirth of our airline in 2017, with our first official flight taking off on June 1st, 2017.

We take pride in our choosing process for our staff, we’re not just choosing people to work for us, we’re choosing a family; a family that we value deeply. Our values and the value we place on our staff shape Cyprus Airways in unprecedented ways, they help us with creating and maintaining a clear purpose, and create a sense of commitment; one that we have towards you, our passengers.

Since our inception as a renewed Cyprus Airways, we’ve strived to recruit the best and brightest Cyprus and the rest of the world has to offer in terms of pilots, first officers, ground officers, and, of course, cabin crew. We place a great importance on how we conduct ourselves towards our passengers and our own staff equally, and we treat each and every one of our members as family.
