ANDREW KOTCHEN & MATT BERMAN
For 25 years, clients have sought out award-winning design and architecture firm Workshop/APD for modern residences, hotels, restaurants, and developments characterized by an extraordinary attention to detail and subtle, livable luxury. Founding principals Andrew Kotchen and Matt Berman and their multidisciplinary team apply a holistic lens to design at every scale, from ground-up architecture, to interiors, to furnishings and fittings uniquely tailored to the project’s place, purpose and inhabitants.
