By statute, the Board of Directors consists of ten members appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, including the Chairperson and representatives of employers, workers and the public. The Board is also required to have two non-voting members: the Chief Executive O cer of WorkplaceNL and an employee of the department designated by the Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL.
