Culture  What is in your opinion special about our company culture? Pros and cons.  Is there anything you would have preferred to go without in meeting your company culture?  Should we do something differently to better integrate new employees?  How has it been to move to this area? To Denmark?  What is your family’s experience of this?  Can we as a company do more for the accompanying family?

Network  How do you see the collegial network in your department? And cross-organisational?  Has there been any challenges in becoming part of the group?  How have you been promoting your networking with colleagues?  Do you know your colleagues well?  How could we promote the networking in the team?  Which steps have you taken to create an external network?  What can I do, as your manager?
