Unmatched Employee Spotlight

Murray State graduate Emily Kimbell has found a home at WK&T. She started with the cooperative in August 2018 as a customer service representative and sales representative. While she has been employed at WK&T for just over a year, she knows this is where she wants to build her career.

“I enjoy working with my co-workers, and they’ve all been very helpful,” Kimbell says. “I enjoy helping customers. Making them satisfied makes me happy.”

When it comes to making sure that customers have the best user experience, WK&T is unmatched.

“We are always looking at our customers’ plans. We make outbound calls and try to put something in their bill to let them know about promotions and offers,” Kimbell says. “We are always trying to make those connections.”
