How do I book?

Experiences
When is the final payment due?
Monday, 10th November 2025 – all bookings must be fully paid by this date. Late payments will incur a £25 fee.
Can I set up a bar tab?

With complimentary on-site parking, accessible facilities, and state-of-the-art event spaces, we ensure convenience and comfort for all attendees.
• Deposit: A £10 per person, non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Can I pay in cash?
No, Visit Worcestershire New Road is a cashless venue. We accept credit/debit cards and BACS payments.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes! Free parking is available subject to availability at designated areas:
• Premier Inn side of the ground for View Parties.
• Graeme Hick Pavilion car park for Pavilion Parties.
Remember to enter your car registration upon entry to the building to avoid charges.
What if a guest can’t attend?
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable and non-transferable. We recommend finding a replacement guest where possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot set up bar accounts on the night. However, pre-paid bar tokens are available for purchase before the event.
How are tables arranged?
Our tables seat 10 guests, with limited 12-seat tables available on request. Larger groups will be seated together. Smaller groups may share a table with others.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes! Please inform us of any dietary needs or allergies when booking. While we take all precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes due to our kitchen setup.
