It doesn’t get more local than this. The farm to table concept is nothing new, but we see it everywhere now as people are becoming more intrigued with not only how their food is made, but where it comes from. With the help of our Horticulturist Patrick Boucher, we are able to offer a very special, and very limited salad with our own fresh grown tomatoes, basil, chives, and fennel. We have been fortunate to have Patrick help us with our herb garden the last few years cutting back on ordering herbs from outside sources that don’t last as long, or taste as great as the fresh stuff. We were only able to grow a very limited quantity of tomatoes this year, so don’t miss out! We will begin offering this salad on Thursday, August 9th during dinner service. 2018 OUIMET GOLF MARATHON The 2018 Ouimet Golf Marathon was played on Monday, August 6th, at Juniper Hill Golf Course in Northboro, MA. Forty caddies played several thousand holes to raise money for The Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund. WCC's Seamus White played 117 holes and was assisted by Tom Heath. Well done!

Coghlin Cup This Sunday, August 12th, the Coghlin Cup will be played at 1:30pm. This is our annual Mixed Member Chapman Style Scotch event. The couples need to be a married couple or a Member playing with their designated Significant Other. This is open to all Members of the Club. Dinner follows. The winners of the past year plan the event. Please join us for this exciting couple's event!!

Ties will be broken by a sudden-death playoff beginning on the first hole with strokes given as they fall. August 16 Lori Lajoie Tournament - Course Closed August 21 Gloria Davis Senior Club Championship - Medal Play by Class - Age 55 and Over. Low Gross will determine the overall winner. A prize will be awarded for the Low Gross and Low Net score. In case of a tie for first place, the winner will be determined by sudden death begininng with the first hole. Field limited to 30 teams. Preference given to those on the waiting list of previous Member Guest. August 25 & 26 MacFarlane Cup - 36 holes individual scratch medal play by division. Entry deadline is August 22nd.

Do you like to get in as much golf as possible when you have a Guest in town? Ever finish playing 18 holes with a Guest, have lunch, and then feel like going out for another 9 or 18 holes? Looking to set up a golf marathon with some Guests and fellow Members? Now you can for just the cost of one Guest fee (per guest). Our 18 hole Guest Fee of $115.00 is now a Daily Guest Fee. (All you can play) Come catch the WCC fever with your guests and play all day!
