ARIEL - Friday, August 16 @ 6pm Come and take turns floating in the clam shell with Ariel and dive for some gems that seem to follow her everywhere.

Ariel will then change into her ball gown and entertain with a story, sing-along and dancing with ribbon wands. Take photos with Ariel and then we will finish the evening with a showing of Disney’s “Little Mermaid”.

ELSA - Friday, August 23 @ 6pm The evening with Elsa will begin with a “princess lesson”. Learn how to walk like a princess on a pink princess carpet. “Frozen” sing-along and princess dancing with ribbons. Elsa will provide Snowflake face painting for everyone. Take photo’s with Elsa and get her autograph. The movie “Frozen” will be shown following the festivities.

RAPUNZEL - Friday, August 30 @ 6pm Come and enjoy a magical evening with Rapunzel as she entertains you with interactive stories, sing-longs and more great princess dancing. Rapunzel will create a Flower face paint for everyone. Take Photo’s and get Rapunzel’s autograph!

The movie Rapunzel will be shown following the festivities.

Are you getting charged for items you did not order?

Or were you not charged for something you did order?

In an effort to make sure that we are properly charging you for the items that you order, we are asking for your assistance. The staff does a great job identifying the appropriate Members most of the time, but with this being the busiest part of the season, mistakes can be made. We also hire many new seasonal servers and they try very hard to remember who all of our Members are. Please feel free to give them your name and/or Member number. Thank you.

Generally, your charges are available to view online the next business day, with the exception of weekend charges which are not updated until the following business day. Please feel free to check your charges periodically in an effort to recognize and report errors sooner rather than later. A copy of your receipt can also be printed for you anytime during your visit. If you do recognize an incorrect charge or charges when reviewing your club account please email Renee LaPierre at lapierrer@worcestercc.org and she can assist you.

One of the best tools we have that we are currently working on is getting all of our Members pictures. The picture goes into our Point of Sale program and when the server punches in your name or club number your picture instantly appears on the screen. This has helped immensely in maintaining proper charges in real-time. If you have not yet uploaded your picture to your profile using the website/app, please take a moment to do so. It is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to send a single picture with you and your spouse (if applicable) to Lori if your prefer at cookl@worcestercc.org and she will upload it for you. Thank you. We will also have a list at our hostess station of the Members who we do not have their picture, so please be ready when Kim or Jess pull out the camera and ask you to say “cheese�.

9 & Dine is a mixed event. At least one man and one woman on each team. (2 person teams) Your group may tee off anytime after 3:00pm at your convenience, there will be no shotgun.

Format will be determined by the Pro Shop.

Prizes will be given out for each event and will be determined by size of the field.

2019 Summer Junior Golf Program Intermediate Group 12:00 - 1:30

Elite Group 12:00 - 1:30

Group will consist of kids that Group will be comprised of are newer to golf. The driving juniors who have golfing range will be closed from experience. This group 12:00 - 1:30 which allows the contains structured staff to set up a short course training, on-course time, using the target greens. The and skills testing. kids will learn basic fundamentals and course Cost: $45/day etiquette.

ELITE JUNIOR GOLF This program puts emphasis on specialized skills and course management along with interclub matches with The Haven's elite juniors.

Supervised coaching sessions will be 45 minutes of specific drills and techniques followed by 9 holes of unsupervised play. This program is intended for experienced junior golfers who desire to play high school golf and are 13 -17 years of age.

Interclub matches will be held at both WCC and The Haven. Match Dates TBD.

Sessions will be held from 9am-10am Followed by 9 holesÂ

Dates: Thursday June 20th June 27th July 11th July 18th July 25th $50.00 per Junior
