Please ensure all trash is emptied and placed in the garbage receptacle in the garage. Doublebag any meats or animal products to help deter wildlife.
Strip linens (sheets & pillow cases) from beds and leave outside bedrooms in hallways (this really helps our cleaning team get the house ready for the next guest)
Please load the dishwasher and run a load of dishes.

Dogs are allowed with a signed pet agreement and pet fee. Please be respectful to help keep the cabin in good condition for the next guest.
Please do not park vehicles on the street or block neighbor's driveways Cars should be parked in the driveway.
The property is on a well and septic systems. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper
Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily.

Cable & streaming are available in the cabin All TVs are ROKU and have multiple streaming options available.
The living room fireplace is controlled by the round dial on the wall to the right of the fireplace. Please turn off when not using.
Default temp: 68 degrees Temp is controlled using the remote on the kitchen island. Make sure the power is turned on and then choose your function.
Please let us know if you need assistance locating these items during your stay; hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, toaster, blender, bathroom toiletries, towels.
The kitchen is stocked with appliances and ready to help you create culinary delights for your family — or head out and visit one of the many nearby restaurants instead! We won't judge.
Nothing says morning at the lake like a fresh cup of coffee! There is a drip coffee pot for your use. Typically guests leave plenty of filters behind - help yourself!
The laundry room is located downstairs in the mechanical room. Laundry pods and dryers sheets are provided for you. Add your laundry (don't overfill), add soap by pulling out the soap reservoir, select wash cycle and hit start.
Add spun laundry to dryer (don't overfill), select dry cycle, add dryer sheet if desired and hit start.
Half jet ski and half pontoon, enjoy a day on Lake Mary from the Sea-Doo Switch. Contact us for daily rental rates.
Firewood is provided for you in a stack close the lakeside fire pit. Sit around and tell ghost stores or roast some s'mores. A MN north woods vacation isn't complete without a bonfire!
On the lakeside deck please enjoy our Weber grill for all your BBQing needs. There is a backup propane tank in the garage (near the backdoor) if you need additional propane during your stay
The Emily Area is well known for its ATV & UTV trails. Hit the trails and explore miles of beautiful MN north woods There is a power washer available in the garage to clean off your ATV/UTV Please put back in the garage when not using.

Great breakfast stop also offering tasty broasted chicken and homemade pizzas
Moonlite Bay is a must-stop summer spot located about 15 minutes away. A huge menu selection and a large lakeside patio make it fun for the whole fam!

Emily's iconic meat/butcher stop Stop in for a wide variety of sausages, smoked meats, jerkey and cheeses
Arguably the BLA's most iconic pizza joint, Zorbaz is located on Crosslake and serves up a variety of pizza, Mexican-fare and tap beers.
Locally owned, small town bar in the heart of Emily. Come check out their weekly events, taps list and mixed drinks
Crosslake's very own craft brewery, 14 Lakes features a rotating list of craft beer, seltzer and sours
Just down the road in Fifty Lakes, featuring meat raffles, bingo and live music.
Ox Lake Tavern serves signature cocktails, wine and tap beer. Also try some of their tasty small plates.
Andy's is located in downtown Crosslake off of County Road 66 and serves a variety of Americana food with tap beers and spirits Enjoy the casual, laid back atmosphere.

Ranging from rocky and hilly to flat and open, beginners and advance riders alike will enjoy this trail Many communities along the trail are ATV-friendly, allowing ATV travel within city limits Please be aware that portions of the trail share the road with vehicle traffic.
