EMPTY TRASH
Please ensure all trash is emptied and placed in the dumpster near the detached garage. Double-bag any meats or animal products to help deter wildlife
STRIP BEDS
Strip linens (sheets & pillow cases) from beds and leave outside bedrooms in hallways (this really helps our cleaning team get the house ready for the next guest).
CHECK FOR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Do one last check in closets and under beds to make sure personal items aren't accidentally left behind.

Smoking is only allowed outside Please help us keep the grounds clean by picking up your used cigarette butts.
PETS
Pets are not allowed inside the cabin. Please be respectful to help keep the cabin in good condition for the next guest.
PARKING
Please do not park vehicles on the street or block neighbor's driveways. Cars should be parked on the pad in front of the garage.
SEPTIC SYSTEM
The property is on a well and septic systems. Please DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.
NOISE
Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am daily.

Let's take the guesswork out of your vacation. We've put together the following pages of helpful hints so you can spend more time enjoying and relaxing and less time looking for the ironing board
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Please bring all garbage to the dumpster located near the front gate Please bag animal products (like meat) in a plastic bag before disposing to help deter wildlife.
We are proud to offer curbside recycling services at the Cozy Cabin on Clark Lake Please place all recycling into the designated recycling bin near the garage. For your convenience, we've also provided a recycling container in the kitchen.
PARKING
The gravel pad in front of the garage is our designated parking area and is ideally suited for two vehicles.
If you have additional vehicles, consider parking at the Paul Bunyan trail head lot (just past the roundabout) near downtown Nisswa This helps keep streets clear and neighbors happy.
KITCHEN LAUNDRY
The kitchen is stocked with appliances and ready to help you create culinary delights for your family — or head out and visit one of the many nearby restaurants instead! We won't judge.
DRIP COFFEE POT
Nothing says morning at the lake like a fresh cup of coffee! There is a drip coffee pot for your use. Typically guests leave plenty of filters behind. Help yourself!
WASH A LOAD
The laundry room is located just downstairs in the basement. Access is right across from the front entry (down the steps). Add your laundry (don't overfill), add soap by pulling out the soap reservoir, select wash cycle and hit start.
DRY A LOAD
Add spun laundry to dryer (don't overfill), select dry cycle, add dryer sheet if desired and hit start.

S'MORES
Is it even a northwoods MN getaway without s'mores? Enjoy our s'more sticks and complimentary s'more supplies
LILY PAD
The kids (adults too!) will have a blast splishing and splashing with our Lily Pad Enjoy! (Located in the lakeside shed)
BBQ GRILL
On the lakeside deck please enjoy our Weber grill for all your BBQing needs There is a backup propane tank in the garage (near the backdoor) if you need additional propane during your stay.
KAYAKS & SUP
We have three kayaks (1 adult, 2 youth) and two stand up paddle board for your enjoyment Go explore Clark Lake! (Located in the lakeside shed).
YARD GAMES
On a sunny MN summer day enjoy the outdoors with ladder toss, bags, smash ball, a Slack Line, and Ninja Course!

Classic small-town diner serving big time dishes and friendly service. A local favorite for all things breakfast - try the skillet!
RAFFERTY'S PIZZA
Arguably the BLA's most iconic pizza joint, Rafferty's is located downtown Nisswa (right next to Martin's Sport Shop) Stop in and try one of their many delicious speciality pizzas like the Chicken Bacon Ranch or Veggie Supreme.
MAINSTREET ALEHOUSE
Right next to the post office in downtown Nisswa, Mainstreet Ale House serves up a wide variety of culinary delights and boasts a large tap beer list. Something for the whole family!
