We are excited to welcome you to the 2025 Men's Senior Member-Guest event. We truly hope this day becomes one of your favorite memories of the year. With 36 teams participating, we anticipate an exciting event, including many local guests as well as guests from across the country. Below, you'll find a schedule of events, tournament information, and all flight information. We would also like to extend our gratitude and thanks to our tournament chairs for organizing a fantastic day filled with golf, food, and camaraderie.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Field
36 two-man teams.
Flights
9 flights comprised of Four teams each. Teams are flighted by players combined individual handicap total. Players will receive 90% of handicap and each match will be stroked off the low handicap player.
*Please note that no 2 players on a team can have greater than a 12-stroke handicap difference. If a team does, then the player with the highest handicap will have his handicap reduced to reflect a 12-stroke difference between two handicaps for that team.*
Format
Four-Ball match play within each flight. Each team plays a round-robin of three, six-hole matches.
Tees
Flights 1-3 will play from the BLUE/GOLD Tee Markers
Flights 4-6 will play from the GOLD Tee Markers
Flights 7-9 will play from the GREEN Tee Markers
Scoring
Each team will play 3, 6-hole matches within their flight of 4. Points will be awarded for each hole that is won. Each hole is worth 1 point, there will be a max of 5 points awarded per match (6 total holes). The winner of the flight will be the team with the most points.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Handicapping
In each match, the player with the lowest playing handicap will play at scratch, and each of the three other players will receive the difference. *A maximum of one stroke per hole will be given in any match.
*Please note that no 2 players on a team can have greater than a 12-stroke handicap difference. If a team does, then the player with the highest handicap will have his handicap reduced to reflect a 12-stroke difference two handicaps for that team.*
Tie Breaker
If two teams within a flight are tied after the three matches, head-to-head matchup will decide who the flight winner is. If there is still a tie, the tie will be broken by a chip off. If there is a tie with 3+ teams, the tie will be broken by a chip off.
Shootout
The format for the shootout will be an alternate shot played between you and your guest against all other flight winners. The shootout begins with a qualifying hole on #8 South from adjusted tees based on Team Handicaps, taking Top 4 & Ties to move on. Teams that make Double Bogey will be immediately eliminated. From there, players will compete in a sudden death alternate shot shootout from Hole #9 from a set location with Handicap Strokes given. If there is a tie, we will replay Hole #9 once. If there remains a tie after the replay, we will use an alternate Par-3 Tee Box to determine the overall winner.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Prizes
The Overall tournament champions will be the team who wins the shootout. Prizes will be awarded to the tournament winner, and each flight’s winner. There will also be prizes for Closest to the Pin.
Slow Play
Teams are expected to maintain the appropriate pace of play and stay in position with the match ahead. For the format to move along smoothly teams should finish each match within 1 hour, 30 minutes. Thank you for your cooperation.
Lightning
Sounding of the lightning detection horn indicates play must stop immediately. Players should mark the position of their ball and leave the course. Three short blasts will indicate play may resume
Rain Out
If all or part of a match has been rained out after other teams within the flight have finished their match, the highest number of commonly played holes will count for the match result.
