Grandparents Day 2015 Grandparents Day at Woodlands Christian is always a special time. On Friday, November 6 grandparents and grandfriends gathered in the David Gym where they were greeted with the sounds of piano music from Mrs. Moree Simon’s music theory class. Pre-kindergarten through fourth grade students, under the direction of Mrs. Nancy Casey, charmed the audience with a delightful selection of old fashioned Sunday School songs. Following the program, students welcomed their grandparents to their classrooms and took them on a scavenger hunt around campus. It was a truly wonderful day! Grandchildren are the crown of grandparents, and parents are the glory of their children. Proverbs 17:6 (God’s Word Translation)
