PHOTO Interact Club Supports A Dress For Barbara A Dress For Barbara is a local organization which provides gently used prom and/or homecoming dresses to deserving high school girls who would not otherwise be able to afford a dress for these occasions. The Interact Club is collecting dresses to donate to this very worthy organization. Please bring your dresses to Mrs. Rowe’s classroom (NAC 513). Donations will be accepted until Friday, February 6.

ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT NEWS Warrior Basketball To Honor Seniors In Pre-Game Ceremony The boys’ and girls’ varsity basketball teams hosted district opponent Lutheran North on Thursday, January 22. The girls’ team fell to the Lions 37-68 while the boys’ team came away with a 65-16 victory. The girls’ varsity team will host their final home game of the regular season on Friday, January 30 when they face Logos Prep. Tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. followed by the boys’ varsity game at 7:30 p.m. Both teams will honor members of the Class of 2015 in special pre-game ceremonies. The always spirited Warrior Junior Cheerleaders will perform at halftime. Come out and support your Warrior basketball teams!
The race for the district title is coming down to the wire for the boys’ varsity team. A home game against St. Thomas Episcopal is set for Tuesday, February 3. This will be the final home game of the regular season for the boys’ varsity team. Fans are asked to wear white to the game as the team hosts a White Out and a Silent Night for this critical district game. Tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Both teams close out the regular season on the road with games against St. Joseph on February 6 and Faith West on February 13.

Warrior Track Team Competes At Indoor Meet On Saturday, January 17 members of the varsity track team competed against some of the best high school track athletes in the nation at the University of Houston Indoor Track Meet. The team continues to work hard in preparation for our next track meet on Saturday, February 14 at Rosehill Christian School.

Here And Now…There and Then is an 11-session series by Beth Moore on the book of Revelation. Beth presents many points of view, allowing women to decide for themselves when the interpretation of scripture varies among scholars.
