Auction Information and Disclaimers For purchases and Fund-A-Need contributions over $10,000, please consider writing a check to ensure that 100% of your donation goes to the school and is not subject to credit card fees; the business office will contact you the week following auction to determine your preference. If checks are not submitted to the business office within one week of auction, the credit card on file will be processed. Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of the auction; some items may expire earlier. Reservations for trips, hotels, use of homes, etc., must be mutually agreed upon and arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. Buyer waives any claims for liability against The Woodlands Christian Academy or the donor of item or service. Neither The Woodlands Christian Academy nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the purchase. All sales are final. Everything will be sold “as is�. Please read the specifications and restrictions carefully. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted. The bidder is financially responsible for the use of his or her bid number. Silent Auction and Bid Board will close before dinner and not reopen.
