Auction Information and Disclaimers For purchases and Fund-A-Need contributions over $10,000, please consider writing a check to ensure that 100% of your donation goes to the school and is not subject to credit card fees; the business office will contact you the week following auction to determine your preference. If checks are not submitted to the business office within one week of auction, the credit card on file will be processed.

Unless otherwise specified, all auction items and services must be used within one year of the auction; some items may expire earlier. Reservations for trips, hotels, use of homes, etc., must be mutually agreed upon and arranged with the donor unless otherwise specified. Buyer waives any claims for liability against The Woodlands Christian Academy or the donor of item or service. Neither The Woodlands Christian Academy nor the donor is responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the purchase.

All sales are final. Everything will be sold “as is�. Please read the specifications and restrictions carefully. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted. The bidder is financially responsible for the use of his or her bid number.

Silent Auction and Bid Board will close before dinner and not reopen. Raffle tickets will be sold during dinner but will close before Live Auction bidding. To enter a bid for Live Auction or Fund-A-Need, hold up your bid paddle directing the signal to the auctioneer and/or spotter; please do not lower your paddle until it is acknowledged. For Live Auction and Bid Board, the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer will have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or to resell the item in dispute. An item may be duplicated at the discretion of the donor.

Items won must be picked up by midnight at the auction check out table.

Woodlands Christian is not responsible for items or certificates left, lost or damaged.
