It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year! The sounds of the season filled the air on Thursday evening, December 4 as the Woodlands Christian band program presented its winter concert. The fifth grade band put the audience in a Christmas mood with their rendition of Jingle Bells. Their performance also featured Ode to Joy, When The Saints Go Marching In, and Hard Rock Blues. The middle school band delighted the audience with Eine Kleine Christmas, Ukrainian Bell Carol, and Fantasia on ‘Christmas Comes Anew’. The high school band’s performance was highlighted by the swinging selection, Trombones Under The Tree which featured the trombone section. (See photo top row left.) The performance also included Three Jazzy Kings, Winter Wonderland, and A Christmas Festival. What a wonderful way to usher in the Christmas season!
