Capital Spending Update from the President

As we move into the second half of the year, I want to take a moment to update you on how your capital dues are being invested to improve and enhance our club. Your continued support is making a meaningful impact on the quality of our facilities and the overall member experience.

Completed Capital Projects – 2025

To date, we’ve invested approximately $434,000 in the following capital improvements:

• Clubhouse Phase 2: Main Dining Room Renovation – $111,000

• New Flatware and China – $26,000

• Convection Oven for Kitchen – $20,000

• Golf Course Maintenance Equipment – $65,000

• Portable Sound System – $2,500

• Tennis Court Resurfacing – $133,500

• Tennis Court Shade Structures – $7,000

• Upgraded Security Camera System – $2,000

• Men’s Card Room Remodel – $18,000

• New Ice Machine for Oasis – $8,000

• Kitchen Air Conditioning (2 units) – $21,000

• Air Conditioning for Maintenance Office – $9,000

• Air Conditioning for Oasis – $11,000

Additional Projects Scheduled for Completion in 2025

• Kitchen Exhaust Fans – $50,000

• New Fitness Equipment – $4,000

Looking Ahead – Planned Projects for 2026 and Beyond

We are also actively planning for the future, with the following capital initiatives under discussion. While estimates may evolve, these projects reflect our long-term vision for maintaining and elevating the club experience:

• Clubhouse Phase 3: Locker Rooms, Pro Shop, and Office Renovation – $110,000

• Clubhouse Phase 4: Men’s and Women’s Restroom Renovation – $150,000

• Golf Course Restrooms: Vineyard, River, & Lake Restroom Renovations – $60,000

• Bunker Renovations: Vineyard, River, & Lake – $1,200,000

• New Irrigation Well – $150,000

• Additional Banquet Room Restroom – $50,000

• Back Patio Renovation – $50,000

• Kitchen Remodel – $2,000,000
