Getting the most out of your NDIS Funding

Its also a good time to review the goals from the previous 12 months and look at what is working and what needs to change. Especially in children, their developmental stages can impact on the types of services and therapies they will need moving forward into the next 12 months.

DIRECTIONS 1. In two glasses, layer Greek yogurt, mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey.

2. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.

Savoury Muffins INGREDIENTS 8 free range eggs 1 cup shredded tasty cheese 100g bacon roughly chopped ½ onion finely chopped ½ red capsicum roughly chopped 1 fresh tomato roughly chopped 2 cups baby spinach leaves

DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat the oven 180°C and prepare a muffin tray with 8 patty pans.

2. Whisk the 8 eggs in a large bowl and set aside.

3. In a medium pan on a medium heat, heat extra virgin olive oil, add in bacon, onion and capsicum. Cook until the bacon is crisp and the onion and capsicum have softened.

4. Add in the tomato and spinach leaves and cook for a further minute or until the baby spinach leaves have wilted.

5. Combine well the bacon and cooked vegetables to the whisked egg and combine well with the shredded cheese.

6. Pour the mixture into each patty pan (it should make approximately 8 muffins) 7. Place in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked.

INGREDIENTS 8 good chicken sausages (approx. 500g) (free range and minimal ingredients) ½ cup quinoa 1 red onion finely diced 3 large tomatoes roughly chopped 1 medium cucumber roughly chopped 1 medium capsicum roughly chopped 120g rocket and spinach mix Dressing 1T balsamic vinegar 2T olive oil or avocado 1T Italian mixed herbs

In August, there was an evening event at Sista Styling owned by Liesel Solomon.Liesel spoke of the dream she and her sister had as children to open their own fashion shop.

They had begun their business in her sister’s home around mid 2020 and once they had found their feet had planned to have their shop in Springwood. Fast forward to 2023 and Liesel is now the sole owner of Sista Styling. Liesel enjoys working with women who are happy to try on new things and be open to new possibilities in the styling process. Her shop has fashion, gifts and homewares. As a conclusion to the night, everyone had a browse around and more than a few purchases were made. A great way to spend an evening.

Please make sure that your article has one central point that offers value to the reader.

Unless otherwise agreed, we generally like articles to be written in the third-person (pronouns ‘you’) e.g. ‘Caffeine addiction can be the primary cause of disturbed sleep.’ rather than ‘I have found that caffeine addiction can be the primary cause of disturbed sleep’. Third-person writing is far more objective than using first-person ‘I’. First-person is more of an opinion/blog piece, which is sometimes acceptable depending on the topic.

Please adhere to the word counts (350 for one page -OR- 600 for two pages). We don't want to cut out anything that you would have preferred to be left in.

WWA reserves the right to edit all material accepted for publication.

Research, Referencing, & Copyright Please make sure that quotes/sources are first-hand.
