Depending on your flow, you should change your tampon or pad every 2-4 hours. Never keep a tampon in for more than 8 hours.
Do not flush used tampons or pads. Always dispose of them in a trash can!
Remove your used period products before applying a new one.

Condoms can be used to prevent pregnancy and STD’s during intercourse.
Latex allergies beware! All condoms provided are latex products.
Check your lube! Only water-based or siliconebased lubricant can be used with latex.

Dental dams are a one-time contraceptive for oral sex.
Apply the dental dam over the vagina or anus and leave on until finished with oral sex.

The Womxn’s Center offers pregnancy tests and emergency contraception, free of charge. You must have an appointment in order to pick up the item.
Pregnancy tests and emergency contraceptives can be useful if practicing unprotected sex.

A menstrual cup is a small, flexible cup that you insert into your vagina. The cup catches and collects your flow.

The menstrual disc is a product that collects menstrual fluid in a shallow disc and can be worn for 12 hours.

Period underwear are absorbent garments designed to be worn during menstruation.
