Ordering
All Wolfum items are made to order in our workshop in Los Angeles.
Domestic order minimum is $350; international order minimum is $500. Minimum order of 2 pieces per style/graphic. Cancellations will not be accepted after 10 days of order being placed. A restocking fee of 5% will be charged to card for orders canceled after 10 days.

Retailers may not sell Wolfum items on any third-par ty e-commerce platforms (i.e., Amazon, eBay.)
Payments
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers and checks. All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. Terms are available to qualifying accounts. Please send credit inquiries to studio@wolfum.com.

Shipping & Handling
Standard lead time is 1-3 weeks. Custom items or larger quantities may require additional lead time. Default shipping method within the U.S. is UPS Ground. Default shipping method for international orders is USPS unless other wise instructed.
Claims
Notice of defective products or incorrect shipments must be made within 5 days of the receipt of goods. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Please note: Wood is a natural material and variation in texture, color and knots may occur. Each Wolfum item is unique and these natural variations add to the character and beauty of the product.
Returns
Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt via email to studio@wolfum.com. Buyer is responsible for shipping products back to Wolfum in the condition in which they were received.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
Placement of an order will confirm acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
