versely acted to enable the ongoing illegal-alien invasion, and indeed fully intends to turn millions of illegals into voting members of the nation’s electorate. This candidate is also committed to supporting the illegal aliens financially—with your hard-earned tax dollars.
It’s much the same dynamic with regard to the severely troubled economy, the massive inflation, the rampant and ever-increasing crime, and all the other life-and-death issues plaguing your nation under its current leadership.
And yet, a strange blindness pervades the nation.
For although your uniquely free country was founded and rooted in the traditional cultural and constitutional values espoused by the first candidate, something like half of the voting population is mysteriously inclined to choose the other candidate. Yet many respected analysts and historians claim that, if elevated from vice president to president, this latter candidate would destroy the country, perhaps permanently. They fear this person’s irrational, self-destructive policies, coupled with far-left political beliefs and excruciating weakness and unseriousness on a highly volatile world
stage dominated by dictators and psychopaths, could well bring about a nuclear World War III.
The question, then, is why? Why is there any doubt as to who is the more worthy candidate?
It’s almost as though the nation is caught up in a dystopian science-fiction plot reminiscent of Orwell’s “1984,” where clearly nonsensical dogmas, including “War is peace,” “Freedom is slavery” and “Ignorance is strength”—not to mention “2+2=5”—become mandatory, must-believe “truths” of the ruling socialist government.
Does that seem like an exaggerated comparison?
CUTTING THROUGH THE CURRENT 2+2=5 NARRATIVE
Consider that Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democrats’ 2024 presidential candidate, is now claiming, in public speeches, in televised and online ads and even in September’s ABC-moderated debate, that Donald Trump has acted in opposition to policing the southern border, while she has worked diligently to secure the border.
This is every bit as obviously untrue and jaw-droppingly insane as “2+2=5.”
It’s time for Americans everywhere to wake up from the mediapropagated nightmare in which they have been living for the last four years. 2+2=4. Not 5.
Donald Trump—despite continual attacks and media defamation, two failed impeachment attempts, shameful lawfare and never-ending hoaxes (remember “Russian collusion!”)—led the country well. He protected the border, revitalized the nation’s military, kept the U.S. out of any new wars, made America energy-independent, cut taxes, got the economy roaring with a super-low 1.4% inflation rate and gasoline at under $2 per gallon—plus groceries, housing and all other core necessities within reach of most Americans. Real wages were rising, and he ushered in the lowest unemployment rates in decades, including the lowest black unemployment rate ever recorded. He nominated, and saw confirmed, three Supreme Court justices who honor the U.S. Constitution, as well as 234 similarly right-thinking federal judges. He maintained peace in the Middle East, both via the Abraham Accords and by withholding funds from the Mideast’s prime terrorism funder, Iran.
In stark contrast, Kamala Harris, as vice president of the United States, working in the west wing of the White House, has been formulating and implementing her and President Joe Biden’s policies full-bore since January 2021. In every area of life and policy, with virtually no exceptions, she has made America a worse, poorer, angrier, more violent, more conflicted and much more dangerous and unhappy place to live, work and raise a family.
She and Biden did this largely by pursuing policies opposite to Trump’s: Whereas Trump built hundreds of miles of border wall, Biden and Harris threw the border wide open, allowing the shocking invasion of America by millions of illegals from nations around the world. Whereas Trump denied money to Iran, BidenHarris released a total of $16 billion to the radical Islamic theocracy, which promptly funded Hamas’ appalling terror war on Israel starting on Oct. 7, 2023. Whereas Trump made America a net exporter of oil for the first time in 75 years, Biden-Harris shut down the Keystone pipeline on their very first day in office. It’s the same in almost every other area of domestic and foreign policy.
All of this is a matter of objective fact and not really debatable by sane, honest and informed people. It is self-evident … like 2+2=4.
Unfortunately, the purveyors of the “2+2=5” gospel—that is, the major news media, who daily violate their sacred responsibility to report truthfully on crucial issues and events—have been continually extolling and covering up for Harris and her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, while simultaneously lying about and attacking Trump and his VP pick, Sen. J.D. Vance, at every turn.
But even a complicit news establishment cannot hide truth forever.
For the problem with Kamala Harris is not really her notorious cackling, or her undecipherable “word salads,” or even the fact that she is extraordinarily unlikable and mean. Indeed, more than 90% of Harris’ White House staffers quit in the first three years, according to the Washington Post, which interviewed 18 current and former Harris staffers, who described working conditions in her office with phrases ranging from “uncomfortable” to “soul-destroying.” (That same “soul-destroying” cruelty was likewise on display during the ABC debate, during which she continually insulted and lied about Trump.)
Going a little deeper, the problem with Harris is not, ultimately, even her continual (and obviously insincere) 180-degree reversals on major policy positions on issues crucial to the wellbeing and survival of the nation—from fracking, to gun confiscation, to socialized medicine, to defunding the police, to building a border wall and much more. These whiplash-inducing total reversals are manifestations of something deeper still.
The real and ultimate issue with Harris, and with Walz—beyond even their extreme-left political ideology, their lust for power and corrupt Democratic Party politics—is whether they and their agendas are serving good or evil, freedom or slavery, God or Satan. Stay with me here.
Consider: When a presidential and vice-presidential candidate are enthusiastically advocating surgical amputation of the healthy breasts and/or genitals of confused, emotionally distraught children too young to drive a car or purchase cigarettes—procedures now known to multiply the rate of adolescent suicides seven-fold;
When these same leader candidates are purposely hiding this type of ghoulish “gender-affirming medical care” from the children’s own parents (as governor, Walz signed a bill last year turning Minnesota into a “sanctuary state” for mutilating child sex-change surgery);
When these leaders are enthusiastic cheerleaders for crushing, dismembering limb-by-limb and thereby ripping beautiful, pain-feeling human infants out of their mothers’ wombs (that’s the most common late-term abortion method, “Dilation and Evacuation”
or D&E, but others are equally gruesome), right up to the time of delivery— which is identical to the heinous capital crime of infanticide, literally the murder of infants;
When leaders intentionally promote the full-scale foreign invasion of America, including the sex-trafficking of untold thousands of helpless children at the hands of cartels and pedophiles;
When leaders are deliberately creating runaway inflation by wildly irresponsible levels of government spending, which is identical to raiding the bank accounts of every family in America and stealing (on average) $28,000 from each, you are—as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. affirmed recently—no longer talking about “your father’s Democratic Party.”
You’re talking about very deep delusion. You’re talking about madness. You’re talking about desecration and destruction of all that’s holy and sacred.
You are talking about straight-up evil.
And yet … apparently half the country still thinks Kamala Harris is exciting and “joyful” and caring and fresh. They revel in the fact that she’d be the “first woman president ever!” And that she’s even a “woman of color!” How cool is that!
They’ve simultaneously been convinced by the most shamefully dishonest and corrupt news establishment in American history that Donald Trump is just like Hitler—or at the very least, a racist-fascist-insurrectionist-dictator who insists there are “very fine” Nazis, who calls dead war heroes “suckers and losers” and who is “the greatest threat to our democracy ever.”
News flash: Just as most establishment media entities have become nothing more than professional propagandists and politically motivated liars with regard to Donald Trump, so are they likewise disingenuous about Kamala Harris. That’s right: The whole media love affair with Kamala Harris is pretend. They know she’s awful.

ON MANY OF TODAY’S MOST CRITICAL ISSUES, Kamala Harris has entirely reversed herself on the positions she passionately espoused while running for president during the 2020 election cycle.
GUN CONFISCATION
In 2019, during her 2020 presidential campaign, Harris insisted, “We have to have a buy-back program and I support a mandatory buy-back program.” Mandatory buy-back” is a euphemism for the government unconstitutionally confiscating citizens’ legally purchased, legally owned firearms.
However, a Harris campaign official now says the vice president no longer insists on gun confiscation in the guise of a “mandatory buy-back program for certain firearms, including AR-15-style rifles.”
FRACKING
When running for president in the 2020 election, Harris explicitly boasted to CNN, “There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking!” Short for hydraulic fracturing, the technology is absolutely essential to extracting a large percentage of America’s vast underground oil and natural gas reserves.
But Harris has changed her mind, her campaign now insisting she would not seek to ban fracking if elected president in November.
ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
Harris is widely criticized for allowing, as Biden’s appointed “border czar,” over 10 million illegal immigrants— including unknown numbers of drugtraffickers, gang members, convicted criminals, sex-traffickers and terrorists—into the U.S. Harris insisted, during a 2022 interview with NBC’s “Meet the Press,” “The border is secure.”
And yet, although as vice president Harris has continually advo-

cated rolling back the successful border policies of former President Donald Trump, she is now suddenly voicing a stronger position on border security in the run-up to the 2024 election, claiming border security is a top priority for her 2024 campaign.
In fact, in one astonishing campaign ad, Harris is portrayed as being tough on border security, while Trump is portrayed as blocking efforts to secure America’s southern border.
BORDER WALL
Having continually condemned Donald Trump’s border wall as unnecessary and “un-American,” suddenly Kamala Harris is a border hawk, announcing that as president she will spend hundreds of millions of dollars on a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
It’s a total about-face for her: Shortly after joining the Senate, in April 2017 Harris called the wall a “stupid use of money,” adding, “I will block any funding for it.” And in February 2020, Harris said, “Trump’s border wall is a complete waste of taxpayer money and won’t make us any safer.”
SOCIALIZED MEDICINE
While running for president in 2019, Harris insisted, “We need to have Medicare for all.” Indeed, two years earlier in 2017, as a U.S. senator, Harris had co-sponsored “Medicare for All” legislation with Sen. Bernie Sanders, which would have basically eliminated all private health insurance, thereby thrusting America full-bore into socialized medicine.
However, in July, Harris campaign officials confirmed that she’s changed her stance on America’s healthcare system and no longer supports a socialistic “single-payer system.”
ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANDATES
During her Senate days, Harris enthusiastically championed outlawing gasoline-powered cars. But now her campaign claims she’s totally opposed to EV mandates.
In response to claims by Trump and Vance that Harris was ready, as president, to “force every American to own an electric vehicle,” Harris campaign rapid response director Ammar Moussa published a “fact check” saying: “FACT: Vice President Harris does not support an electric vehicle mandate.”
But Moussa’s “fact check” ignored Harris’ co-sponsorship of an April 2019 law designed to ban the sale of all gas-powered vehicles in America by 2040. The so-called “Zero-Emission Vehicles Act of 2019” was described as a “bold plan for transitioning the United States to 100% zero-emission vehicles.”
Then this past March, the Biden-Harris administration pressured the EPA to create new regulations mandating that at least two-thirds of cars and light trucks sold by 2032 are either electric or hybrid.
EXPANDING THE SUPREME COURT
During her previous run for the presidency, Harris openly favored restructuring the U.S. Supreme Court by increasing the number of justices—a radical change that, in plain language, would amount to rigging the high court by stacking it with leftist justices during a Democrat administration. Harris said she wouldn’t “rule out” expanding the court, reported Politico—a fixation that only increased during the presidency of Donald Trump, who was able to legally appoint three conservatives to the high court.
“We are on the verge of a crisis of confidence in the Supreme Court,” Harris proclaimed. “We have to take this challenge head-on, and everything is on the table to do that.”
And yet, today Harris publicly adopts the diametric opposite position, insisting she does not want to expand the Supreme Court.
FEDERAL JOBS GUARANTEE
Harris once supported a federal jobs guarantee, which was advocated by certain Green New Deal backers and supported by many Democrats in the run-up to the 2020 election. That would amount to the federal government providing a job to literally anyone needing one—truly a radical plunge into full-bore socialism.
But a Harris campaign spokesperson confirmed to the Washington Examiner that the candidate has changed her mind on the issue.
DEFUNDING THE POLICE
After the 2020 death of George Floyd, during the massive riots that followed, Harris was supportive of “defunding the police,” insisting in one interview: “This whole movement is about rightly saying we need to take a look at these [law enforcement] budgets and figure out whether it reflects the right priorities.”
But shortly after, the Washington Examiner reports, former Harris press secretary Sabrina Singh insisted, “Joe Biden and Kamala Harris do not sup-
port defunding the police, and it is a lie to suggest otherwise. Throughout her career, Sen. Harris has supported increasing funding to police departments and boosting funding for community policing.”
More recently, the national co-chairman of the Biden-Harris campaign, Mitch Landrieu, tried to have it both ways, saying: “Her position has always been that you can both be tough and smart on crime, and it requires funding police.”
NO TAXES ON TIPS
IRS rules under the Biden-Harris administration have required service worker employees to report all tips as income on their tax returns. Harris not only supported measures allowing the IRS to track and tax workers’ tips; as vice president she even cast the tie-breaking Senate vote in 2022 to pass the “Inflation Reduction Act,” which not only caused inflation to radically increase, but which also controversially included $80 billion to hire 87,000 new IRS agents.
But now, since Donald Trump has very popularly made “No taxes on tips” part of his second-term agenda, Harris has flipped entirely and essentially “copy-and-pasted” Trump’s position, now insisting she supports ending taxes on tips. ■

HANNITY: KAMALA ‘WILL SAY AND DO ANYTHING TO GET ELECTED’
VETERAN CONSERVATIVE BROADCASTER and bestselling author Sean Hannity recently addressed the startling, chameleon-like changes Kamala Harris has exhibited in her positions on major issues affecting all Americans. Especially since becoming the Democrats’ 2024 presidential candidate, Harris’ policy reversals have been dizzying in both content and frequency.
“We’re getting like one or two a day!” Hannity exclaimed on his Aug. 1 Fox News show.
“A dishonest politician that wants power and is highly ambitious will say and do anything to get elected,” Hannity noted, adding: “If her positions have truly changed, then she owes you some answers.” But no such explanations have been forthcoming from Harris or her campaign, who continually repeat the mantra that her “values haven’t changed.”
Hannity rattled off a few of Harris’ stunning 180-degree “flip-flops”:
“Why does she no longer support her mandatory federal gun buyback, ostensibly gun confiscation?
“Why does she no longer support Medicare-For-All, her plan that she co-sponsored in the Senate that would eliminate all private health insurance?
“Why does she no longer support government-guaranteed jobs? That was a part of the New Green Deal that, again, she co-sponsored in the U.S. Senate.
“Why does Kamala no longer support a ban on fracking—something she proclaimed many, many, many times?
“Why does she no longer support defunding the police and directing funds away from police departments?
“Why is she no longer tweeting out the bail fund, after the Minneapolis police precinct was burned to the ground?”
“And Kamala, are you still against deporting illegal aliens?” Hannity asked, airing multiple video clips of Harris opposing deportation of illegal aliens and insisting they are not criminals.
Hannity finished the segment by asking what Harris—who was President Joe Biden’s “border czar” for almost four years—would say to Americans whose family members were raped or murdered by illegal aliens that she intentionally allowed into the country, and protected once they were here? ■

It is well known that Kamala’s father, Donald Harris, was a renowned Marxist economist from Jamaica, and that her mother, Indian cancer researcher Shyamala Gopalan, was likewise a far leftist. ‘KAMALA HARRIS AND THE 2020 RIOTS’
Despite popular belief fueled by a complicit legacy media, the riots of 2020 were not “grassroots” uprisings sparked by the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Floyd, a known criminal who had fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system as he battled police, was exploited by the Freedom Road Socialist Organization (FRSO), a pro-China Maoist group that uses race to agitate for communist revolution.
To clarify, this is not the Freedom Road Socialist Organization that evolved into Liberation Road and helped to found Black Lives Matter, but an even more openly pro-China faction, centered around the Maoist newspaper FightBack! which (confusingly) has continued to use the old FRSO name.
Many other militant organizations jumped on board along with their foot soldiers known broadly as “antifa,” spreading the riots across the country right at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. These groups include America’s largest Marxist organization, Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), the Party of Socialism and Liberation (PSL), Workers World Party, Communist Party USA (CPUSA), Liberation Road, Black Lives Matter and the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).
But it started with the Freedom Road Socialist Organization.
FREEDOM ROAD SOCIALIST ORGANIZATION
Jess Sundin is a very influential communist. A self-identified “Marxist-Leninist” and member of “Twin Cities Coalition for Justice 4 Jamar,” an anti-police FRSO front group, Sundin could not help but brag about the prominent role her organization played in initiating the 2020 riots, including in the destruction of the Third Precinct and the widespread looting.
“The first two weeks after George Floyd was killed saw an intense high level of organizing all day and all night, every day,” Sundin explained in a video.
“During the day we would have marches and rallies and at night
the focus was often at the Third Precinct, which is the police station where George Floyd’s killers were working out of,” Sundin continued.
The Third Precinct was taken over by the rioters in what shockingly appears to have been coordinated with the local officials. Gov. Tim Walz admitted he knew in advance that the Third Precinct would be sacrificed to the communist mob.
Allowing the Third Precinct to burn was a symbolic act, inspiring and motivating the police-hating rioters. “I can’t tell you the joy it brought all of us to see the Third Precinct destroyed,” Jess Sundin declared.
Sundin explained that violence was always a part of the equation. “There were marches, like I said there were rallies, and lots of the buildings were destroyed, some by fire, you know, some by brute force, sometimes it was golf club, sometimes it was baseball bats.”
The Freedom Road Socialist Organization was preparing for combat. Note Sundin’s use of the phrase “pitched battles,” which illustrates the group’s intent to engage in physical conflict: “And a lot of folks wanted to get out to other sites around the cities where there is, you know, really pitched battles happening, and we support all of that …”
Other Marxist groups quickly jumped onboard. As an aside, Minnesota U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s daughter, Isra Hirsi, reposted a request made by the Twin Cities branch of DSA for riot supplies dated May 27, 2020, including
“plywood for shields,” “anything else useful for shielding from cops,” “tennis rackets” and “hockey sticks.”
Hours later, the Third Precinct was torched.
Jess Sundin does not mince words. Not only was her organization promoting, initiating and engaging in violence, FRSO was also very much a part of the rampant looting. “I want to be absolutely clear as an organizer, those night demonstrations, the emptying of the police department, the emptying of the ma … of Target and other major stores is absolutely tied to, connected to, and part of the movement,” she said.

department responded to “approximately 30 intentionally set fires.”
Further, rioters threw “rocks and other projectiles” at the firefighters, damaging equipment.

• On May 28, 2020, the Third Precinct in Minneapolis burned to the ground.
• On May 29, 2020, Gov. Tim Walz admitted he knew well in advance that the Third Precinct would be sacrificed to the mob.
• On May 30, 2020, Reuters reported that “at least 13 Biden campaign staff members” expressed on X that they supported the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which posted bail for the rioters.
• On June 1, 2020, Kamala Harris expressed her support for the rioters, urging her X followers as well as her Facebook followers to donate to the Minnesota Freedom Fund.
Kamala Harris promoted the radical left Minnesota Freedom Fund, which bailed out Minneapolis rioters. Harris’ efforts contributed to the previously obscure group’s unprecedented rush of donations to the tune of $35 million as Minneapolis faced the aftermath of the riots.
The left quickly seized upon the opportunity to spread the riots across the country. This, during lockdowns and school closures brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
While mom and pop shops were shuttered, while churches were closed, while citizens were social distancing and wearing masks in the supermarket, while loved ones were being shut out of visiting sick family members in the hospital, while COVID patients were being shoved into nursing homes and while children attended school via computer, rabid leftists rampaged America, ostensibly over the false claim that black Americans were being indiscriminately targeted by police.

During the discussion, Harris reveals that she joined the Washington, D.C. protests (wearing a mask, of course). Harris also gave a shoutout to her radical parents, who took her to her first protest in the 1960s, when Harris was “in a stroller.” “So it’s kind of something I’ve done my entire life,” she told Colbert.
Responding to a question about what Harris learned from her mother, Kamala said in part:
“I learned that—that the greatest movements that have—that we have seen in recent history in our country, but probably since the beginning, have been borne out of protest. Have been born out of understanding the power of the people to take to the streets and force their government to—to become—to address what is wrong, the inequities, the inequalities, the unfairness. Report card rating Kamala Harris as ‘most liberal’ senator vanishes
GOVTRACK, the government transparency and accountability website that has rated members of Congress for the past two decades, rated Kamala Harris—in 2019, the year she started running for president— as the “most liberal” of all U.S. senators. But recently, the web page documenting this dubious honor mysteriously disappeared.
There was stiff competition for most leftwing senator, including Elizabeth Warren and avowed socialist Bernie Sanders, but Harris “out-lefted” then both. So, where’s the web page documenting it?
GovTrack admitted to Fox News Digital that it removed the 2019 rating just a few weeks ago, with the page rating Harris now displaying “Page Not Found.” But an Internet Archive review noted that the page vanished between July 10 and July 23. On July 21, Joe Biden officially dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and endorsed Harris as his party’s candidate.
GovTrack founder Joshua Tauberer claimed the page was taken down because the company, years ago, switched to rating members of Congress based on sessions—two years, not a single year.
“We determined that the limited data available in a single year was not sufficient to create a reliable portrait of the activity of legislators, particularly given the ebbs and flows of the legislative calendar, and therefore did not serve as a useful tool to our users and the American public,” he told Fox. He did not offer any explanation as to why the page did not disappear earlier, since the changeover was made years ago.
On the other hand, he noted that GovTrack is still publishing report cards, and for 2020 Harris was ranked as the “most politically left compared to Senate Democrats” for the 116th Congress.
The issue is of urgent importance to voters ever since Harris was handpicked by the Democratic Party’s elite to replace the aging, mentally failing Joe Biden as the top of the party’s ticket.
Harris has historically been so extreme-left in her positions that she even promoted a fund to bail out criminals caught on the wrong side of the law during the 2020 nationwide race riots that wracked major American cities following the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis. ■

Harris continued to say it’s “critically important” that the protests continue. A walking advertisement for the rioters, Harris explained: … Some of the success that we’ve been able to achieve around criminal justice reform would not have happened in recent years were it not for Black Lives Matter, and the intensity and the brilliance of that movement, that forced—at least that there would be some counter-force to the status quo, which is so reluctant to change, if not hostile to change.
It is clear that Kamala is deeply connected to those who rioted in cities across America during the summer of 2020. A “Red Diaper Baby,” Kamala Harris’ entire life is defined by her allegiance to a radical left ideology that does not remotely resemble the America that most readers experienced.
“That’s what these movements do,” Harris continued, “that where these systems are so invested and ingrained in what they call ‘tradition’ but is status quo, often which can be wrong-headed, these movements provide a counter-force to get us to where we need to be.”
Harris’ dismissal of tradition is reminiscent of the mentality of the “Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution” under Mao Zedong. The goal of Mao was to scrub clean any semblance of history, known as the “Four Olds”—old ideas, old customs, old culture and old habits.
One cannot help but recall former President Barack Obama’s pledge to “fundamentally transform” America.
Kamala Harris also used the discussion with Colbert to promote the Democrats’ unconstitutional “George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2020,” which violates the Tenth Amendment by threatening to withhold federal funds from states that do not comply with the Act’s provisions, which include mandatory bias training and the creation of a national registry of police officers who allegedly abuse their power. These measures were clearly part of
a broader effort to appease the mob and undermine law enforcement. Fortunately, the bill stalled. However, it was reintroduced by the late Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee in May 2024. They both have character problems. She can’t speak publicly because she gets tied up in these word salads and cackling. … He’s already in all sorts of lies and contortions about his military record. …
The Democrats launched this ambush very late—deliberately so. And then they looked back at 2020, and they said, “We’ve got a paradigm. It worked!
“We take the candidate, Joe Biden, and we don’t let him anywhere out of his basement, and we outsource his campaign to the media and surrogates.
“And then we change the voting laws. So, traditionally 70% vote on Election Day, and now 70% won’t. They’ll vote with mail-in votes, which can’t be authenticated or adjudicated, and are overwhelmingly Democrat.
“Then the third element was, we’re going to outraise them: We’re going to get Silicon Valley, Hollywood and Wall Street.
“And then the fourth is, we’re going to reinvent Joe Biden as good ol’ Joe from Scranton, the working-man moderate.”
So now they look at the paradigm and they think: “She’s not cognitively challenged, but she is linguistically challenged, so we’re going to keep her off the campaign trail, like Biden. And we’re going to raise money from the same sources, like Biden. And we’re going to reinvent her as a moderate, and she’s already renounced almost every position that she’s had, and Walz is trying to catch up. And then we’re going to rely on these swing states where we sued to change the voting laws. By that I mean, mail-in ballots are mailed out to everybody who’s registered; if the name doesn’t match the register, it’s OK, they can come in 10 days after the election is over. The error rate on mail-in ballots was traditionally about five percent of all were rejected, it went down to about point-three. …

A TALE OF 2 CONVENTIONS
Backroom deals of leftist elites ‘guarantee a continuity of the same failed policies that
HISTORIANS WILL LOOK at the 2024 Democratic and Republican national conventions as harbingers of profound changes in American politics and government.
Callista and I participated in the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, so we got a good sense of who was there and what was happening in the GOP. When we watched the opening night of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, the contrast between the two was overwhelming.
The Republican National Convention was shaped by the reality of the Trump revolution. President Trump miraculously survived an assassination attempt the Saturday before, and the convention simply added to the sense of drama. After nine years of campaigning (starting with the trip down the Trump Tower escalator in June 2015) Trump steadily gained support across the entire GOP.
Trump’s emergence and dominance changed the fabric of the Republican Party. This was illustrated by who was not in Milwaukee. President George W. Bush and Vice Presidents Dick Cheney, Dan Quayle and Mike Pence were absent. Former Republican presidential nominee and current Sen. Mitt Romney was missing. Former Speaker Paul Ryan announced that he would write in an alternative candidate rather than vote for President Trump.
The 2024 Republican National Convention was proof of the profound,
wrenching shift in the power base of the Republican Party. The old guard was gone, and a new movement was emerging. Importantly, this change had been initiated by Republican voters.
The MAGA movement is the core of the Republican Party. Its leader, President Trump, is now the central figure in a party which dates to 1854.
Consider the contrast with the Democrats in Chicago.
The leftwing establishment, which traces its dominance of American politics and government back to the election of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, was in full force.

While the Republican convention in Milwaukee represented a party reflecting its voters’ wishes, the Democratic Party in Chicago represented a party firmly controlled by its leaders and focused on continuity of power.
Just think about the processes of Democratic presidential nomination in 2020 and 2024.
In 2020, Democrat voters wanted a change from the establishment. There was a real possibility that self-proclaimed Socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders could become the nominee. He was building momentum after a strong race against Hillary Clinton in 2016.
The senior leadership maneuvered to work against Sanders and ensure that Biden would be nominated. This was amazing, considering that Biden had come in fifth in Iowa and New Hampshire. Then-House Democratic Whip James Clyburn delivered the Democratic Primary in South Carolina. After that, Biden gained momentum. Suddenly, Biden’s other establishment opponents began to drop out and endorse him. Sanders—and the will of many Democrat voters—were blocked in a beautifully executed campaign behind the scenes by the Party’s bosses.
This year, the Democrats faced a new dilemma. After President Biden fell apart in his June 27 debate with President Trump, the Democratic Party leadership concluded that Biden could not win. The prospect of a second Trump presidency was so horrifying to them they decided to push Biden out.
An amazing pressure campaign was undertaken to force Biden’s withdrawal. It was instigated by the Democratic leadership and executed by their media allies. Day by day, new pundits came out calling for Biden to step aside. Various members of Congress followed suit. Finally, it became obvious that
Biden was a no-go, and donors started to voice their concerns.
Biden had won 98% of the delegates. No serious candidate entered the primaries against him. The party that preached “saving democracy” had a choice: principled defeat or hypocrisy with a chance to win. The Democratic Party power brokers forced Biden to retire without defeating him in a single caucus or primary. It was an astonishing example of top-down political power.
More impressive than Biden’s ouster was the instantaneous shift to Vice President Kamala Harris. She never won a primary. In 2019, she was such a bad candidate that she dropped out before a single vote was cast.
So, in the name of supposedly “saving democracy,” the Democrats now have a candidate for whom no one voted.
Here’s what this means to voters: The Democrats’ backroom politics guarantee a continuity of the same failed policies that have frustrated Americans and made life harder. They are the same policies which led to the current populist uprising in America.
The Republican Party is listening to people and changing. The Democratic Party is using machine tactics to avoid change and maintain power.
That’s the tale of the two conventions. ■

Harris had just been attacking Donald Trump, saying: “Consider what he intends to do if we give him power again. Consider his explicit intent to set free violent extremists who assaulted those law enforcement officers at the Capitol. His explicit intent to jail journalists, political opponents and anyone he sees as the enemy ...”
TUCKER CARLSON: This woman’s really scary and she could easily get elected president. She’s much more skillful than I have ever seen. She’s a liar on the deepest level. The things she is saying right now are not just untrue, they are the opposite of the truth, which is the hallmark of evil.
She’s an extremist. She’ll say anything. She’s much more like Gavin Newsom than I ever realized. I could go through a whole litany of why what she’s saying is not true.
There wasn’t an “armed mob.” There wasn’t one person who was at the Capitol with a firearm. Period. The only person shot in the Capitol was an unarmed woman shot by one of Nancy Pelosi’s bodyguards. Again, again and again she’s telling us she fought the cartels to secure the border? She’s the border czar, and the border is controlled by the cartels.
She’s saying that Donald Trump will free from prison “violent extremists”? Meaning, like 75-year-old lower middle-class women with diabetes? When she endorsed defunding the police and opening the prisons to allow actual criminals out, which is why the crime rate has spiked. To allow the population of Venezuela’s prisons, Caracas’s prisons, to be in the United States, because of her?
I guess what I’m saying is … What she’s saying is the mirror image of the truth. She doesn’t care. She’s got no reference points in the truth. And she’s an extremist. And she’s a former prosecutor. And no former prosecutor should hold power—period. I’ve covered them my whole life. I’ve intensely disliked every single one of them for good reason. I think they’re scary. They’re liars. And they’re megalomaniacal.
And they put people in prison for political reasons. I’ve seen it again and again and again, and she’s one of them. ■
Kamala’s authoritarian media exalt and immortalize
WE’VE BEEN TOLD, over and over and over again, that Kamala Harris is the candidate of “joy.” Tim Walz, upon accepting his vice-presidential nomination, thanked her for “bringing back the joy.” Rolling Stone gushed that Harris’ “new politics of joy is the best way to fight fascism.” The New York Times headlined, “Harris used to worry about laughing. Now joy is fueling her campaign.”
Now, for most Americans, this simply is not a time of joy.
Not a single poll shows more than 35% believing that the country is moving in the right direction. Two thirds of Americans think America is on the wrong track. Meanwhile, the supposed candidate of joy has the approval of approximately 46% of Americans; almost 50% are unfavorable on her. Three years of extraordinary inflation means that everyday items now cost at least 20% more than they did in 2021. Uncertainty and chaos span the globe, from Ukraine to Taiwan to the Middle East. Americans no longer know whether they can safely say that a man is different than a woman, while simultaneously being informed that it is deeply important that they elect a woman president.
But ... joy.
It’s a brilliant marketing gimmick, to be sure. Kamala Harris’ career has been filled with three marked characteristics: blatant and manipulative calculation; heavy-handed government interventionism; and awkward, off-putting mannerisms ranging from word salad to laughter. But “joy” can be used
as a shield against all these charges. She’s not manipulative—she’s genuine! She’s not tyrannical—she’s caring! She’s not awkward and phony—she’s joyous! That laughter you hear isn’t the strange cackling of a machine politician caught in a lie. It’s a sheer outburst of happiness springing directly from the heart of a woman who is dancing on the inside. She is youth, she is joy, she is a little bird that has broken out of the egg! Joy is also a sword to be used against opponents. Donald Trump, we are told, is a candidate of darkness and revenge. J.D. Vance, his vicepresidential candidate, is “weird” and authoritarian. Why can’t they feel the joy?
In fact, why don’t you feel the joy? Is something wrong with you?
Why can’t you bob your head to Beyonce’s “Freedom” while Kamala dances and Tim Walz pastes on a smile so broad it would turn Jack Nicholson’s Joker green with envy? Do you hate joy?
All of this is, to put it mildly, slightly sinister.
It is one thing to demand that Americans vote for a candidate for the presidency on the basis of her policies, or even on the basis of her opponent’s supposed unworthiness. It is another to demand that we feel the joy. It reeks of authoritarians of the past, all of whom suggested that the failures of their policies were not failures of leadership, but failure of the people to change their hearts of stone for hearts of flesh. It is not a coincidence that Joseph Stalin’s propaganda posters routinely featured small children gazing adoringly up at him, with the slogan emblazoned, “We Are Warmed By Stalin’s Affection!” Or that Mao’s posters similarly featured celebratory children, with the words, “Mao’s Words Bring Joy!” Or that Hitler offered free vacations to members of the German Labour Front with the slogan, “Strength Through Joy!” (One legacy of “Strength Through Joy” was the German “People’s Car,” later to be known as the Volkswagen Beetle.)
Authoritarians demand emotional fealty, not merely political fealty.
This doesn’t mean that Kamala Harris is a Stalinist, Maoist or Nazi (although members of the radical Democratic Party base seem to be warm toward aspects of all three regimes). It does mean that authoritarianism papers
over its totalitarian policies with the soothing platitudes of paternalism and maternalism, and demands that you sacrifice the true joys in life—family, church, community— in favor of a Big Brother. Or, in the case of Kamala Harris, a Big Mother.
Just feel the joy. And stop asking questions. ■

EDITOR’S NOTE: Mike Pottage has spent almost a half-century as a key California journalist and newspaper editor, and as such has witnessed much of Kamala Harris’ political career, scandals and rise to power up close.
IN 1990, Kamala Harris was just another lawyer hired to work in the Alameda County District Attorney’s office. She spent eight years in Alameda, was noticed and recruited by San Francisco District Attorney Terrence Hallinan, and then repaid Hallinan for bringing her to the “big time” in San Francisco by running against him in 2003. She won, and would spend the next eight years as district attorney of San Francisco.
By this time, California was a one-party political state. Assembly Speaker Willie Brown, building on the wins of previous Speaker Jess Unruh, was high on the list of people Kamala Harris needed to know. Indeed, Harris’ romantic involvement with Brown, 31 years her senior, which turbo-charged her career in California politics, is well known. (See “The truth about Kamala and Willie” on page 27.)
All statewide offices in California are held by Democrats and 80% of the state legislature is Democrat. Brown, with the help of Nancy Pelosi, made it so. When U.S. Sen. Barbara Boxer retired, Harris waltzed into the U.S. Senate.
The California career of Kamala Harris, for better or worse, is synonymous with crime, the homeless crisis, abortion, racism, immigration and implementing the LGBTQ agenda. These are her priorities. So, are Oakland and Berkeley, San Francisco and the State of California better off now than at the
beginning of the 21st Century?
In the 1950s, Oakland was a typical middle-class town amid the natural beauty of the East Bay. The leading hometown public figure was Sen. William F. Knowland, who rose to leadership in the U.S. Senate, serving from 1932 to 1958. He also was the publisher of the Oakland Tribune, a solid regional daily newspaper. Oakland didn’t have a crime problem and it didn’t have a homeless population. It was a typical middle- to upper-middle-class community.
Today, much of Alameda County, in particular Oakland, is lawless. The hordes of homeless have their own laws, and franchise businesses
are routinely closing locations. Harris did not achieve all this by herself, but she is a shining star in the effort, denigrating law enforcement and refusing to file criminal complaints and jail offenders.
She took her radical agenda and moved on to San Francisco. The once cosmopolitan metropolis, long the most culturally perfect city in California, is today lawless, flooded with drugs, criminals and vagrants. The people and corporations that built the city are fleeing, replaced by whatever washes up on the beaches from the Third World. If one searches the old news stories and archives for a tale of success—for a single idea or event spawned by Kamala Harris that actually made San Francisco’s society and economy better—it cannot be found.
THROWING POOR, BLACK PARENTS IN JAIL
Back when Bill Honig was superintendent of public instruction in California and a potential candidate for Secretary of Education under President Bill Clinton, California schools were bedeviled by a 20% or higher dropout rate by the 8th grade.
When Harris arrived in Sacramento, little had changed, and she jumped into the fray with a proposal to criminalize parents who failed to make
their children attend school. If the child posted unauthorized absences exceeding 10% of the school days, the parent or parents could be charged with a crime and face up to three years in jail and a $2,000 fine. That was the Harris solution. With a solid two-thirds majority legislative support, Harris could have asked for just about anything—and she asked for this.
When the law went into effect, most parents facing fines and/or jail were black. That surprised AG Harris, but it shouldn’t have, for everyone knew black children dominated the truancy statistics and dropout rates. One aim of the 1963 War on

Poverty was to launch pre-kindergarten learning and boost the opportunities for young black citizens to stay in school and break the cycle.
Apparently, Harris never asked herself where impoverished central city one-parent families were going to get $2,000, or even $200, to pay a fine.
The Harris legislative program was such a disaster that she had to publicly apologize for it. The Los Angeles Times headline was: “Harris regrets California truancy law that led to arrest of some parents.”
Of course, the Harris apology passed the buck by blaming local district attorneys for misapplication of the law. Although the first qualification of a leader is to accept responsibility, Harris reacted by saying: “My regret is that I have now heard stories where, in some jurisdictions, DAs have criminalized the parents. And I regret that has happened. And the thought that anything I did could have led to that, because it certainly was not the intention—never was the intention. Never was the intention.”
However, when one writes a piece of legislation that imposes fines and jail time on parents of truant children, how else can the law be applied?
SUPPORTING BLACK LIVES MATTER RIOTERS
Harris successfully built her reputation as being anti-law enforcement, capped off by raising money to support Black Lives Matter rioters against the police and America in 2020. Today, the governor who supported the rioting is her vice-presidential pick.
At her swearing-in ceremony as attorney general, Harris pledged California would be “the undisputed national leader ... in crime fighting.” But she did not have street crime in mind, or burglary, or armed robbery, or rape, or even homicide. Harris went after the private Corinthian Colleges in 2013 and ultimately shut them down because, she claimed, they misrepresented the costs of the private education they offered, as well as the benefits of a degree. In her acceptance speech as AG, she also attacked mortgage companies, alleging their loan processes were fraudulent.
When California voters supported and passed Proposition 8 to ban same-sex marriages, Harris refused to enforce the law. She simply would not file a case against a same-sex marriage. Once upon a time in California, being attorney general meant one’s job was to enforce the law, not dismiss or repeal it.
vice president to potential president, Chevron announced it was leaving California. Too many lawsuits and too much hostility from the likes of Kamala Harris and her successors. Harris even went so far as to file lawsuits against the Obama-Biden administration over offshore fracking, underscoring the contention of critics who judge Harris to be on the extreme left side of today’s Democrat Party.
The news media’s mass detour around Harris’ career focuses, instead, upon “firsts.” Harris offers a trifecta: The first woman president, the first woman of Indian descent, and the first black woman. The fixation on “firsts” is a misdirect that intentionally ignores substance. It is cheap, easy and mindless, and produces candidates of that description.
Which begs the question: If Harris wins in November, who will be the real president of the United States? ■
However, Harris did support environmental radicalism, using her position as California AG to launch lawsuits against Exxon Mobil, ConocoPhillips, Phillips 66, BP and Chevron.

KAMALA HARRIS IS WIDELY ACCUSED of having risen quickly to the top level of California politics by dating one of the state’s most powerful men, Willie Brown, then speaker of the California State Assembly and later mayor of San Francisco. Harris defenders respond by condemning claims that she “slept her way” to the top—as popular commentators like Megyn Kelly allege—as unfair and misogynistic.
What is the truth?
In 1994, Harris, then 29 years old, became 60-year-old Willie Brown’s girlfriend. In June of that same year, Harris left her job as deputy prosecutor at Alameda County’s District Attorney office and was appointed by Brown to the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, a lucrative position that paid her almost $100,000 per year, which amounts to about double that amount in today’s inflated dollars. “Five months later,” said an investigative report by the Washington Examiner, “Harris resigned from the insurance board, and Brown immediately appointed her to the California Medical Assistance Commission.” Although the commission met just twice a month and Harris reportedly missed 20% of the meetings, she earned $70,000 per year (in 1994 dollars) for very little work. As the Examiner’s report revealed:
Brown’s decision to appoint Harris raised eyebrows in political circles. “Both boards are reserved for political payback or occasionally for personal rewards for personal service,” said Brett Granlund, a former California Republican state assemblyman who worked closely with the commission while Harris was on the board. “The boards are considered plumb appointments as they require no work, no policy credentials, and are paid the equivalent of a full-time [state] senator for arriving at a one- to-two-hour meeting each month.”
Granlund, like many others, saw the appointment as blatantly political in light of the sexual relationship between Harris and Brown. “Screwing the speaker has its rewards,” he reportedly said.
Indeed, as Willie Brown himself wrote in the Feb. 1, 2019 edition of the San Francisco Chronicle: “I’ve been peppered with calls from the national media about my ‘relationship’ with Kamala Harris, most of which I have not returned.
“Yes, we dated. It was more than 20 years ago. Yes, I may have influenced her career by appointing her to two state commissions when I was Assembly speaker.
“And I certainly helped with her first race for district attorney in San Francisco.”
But, Brown added, “I have also helped the careers of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sen. Dianne Feinstein and a host of other politicians. The difference is that Harris is the only one who, after I helped her, sent word that I would be indicted if I ‘so much as jaywalked’ while she was D.A.”
Concluded Brown: “That’s politics for ya.”
Harris has understandably tried to downplay her relationship with Brown, now 90. But a 2003 San Francisco Weekly story on Harris reported that the “mere mention of their former liaison makes her shoulders tense, her hands clench, and her eyes narrow.”
“His career is over,” the Weekly reported Harris as declaring. “I will be alive and kicking for the next 40 years. I do not owe him a thing … Willie Brown is not going to be around. He’s gone—hello people, move on.”
For his part, Willie Brown recently joked to the Washington Examiner that if Harris actually wins the 2024 presidential election, he will have to “leave the country.” ■

BIDEN’S BIZARRE ‘BORDER
A record of colossal failure that has cost the livelihoods—and lives—of thousands
VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS has played a central role in what is unquestionably the worst border crisis in U.S. history. Over the past four years of the Biden-Harris administration, millions of “undocumented” illegal aliens have poured over America’s southern border, and this disaster promises to grow much larger if Harris is able to pull out a win over former President Donald Trump in November’s election.
Although numbers vary, it is estimated that upward of 10 million illegal aliens have made their way across the border since January 2021. That crisis, in turn, has precipitated a tsunami of criminal activities, from human smuggling and trafficking, including massive sex trafficking of children, to unprecedented levels of drug trafficking, gun running and gang violence, to random acts of rape, murder other major crimes on the streets of America.
Harris was officially given the task of stemming the flow of illegal aliens at the southern border in March 2021, and as NBC News reported, Harris’ role was to focus on both curbing migrants crossing the border, and implementing long-term strategies to “address the root causes of migration.” She was quickly dubbed, and universally acknowledged as, America’s “border
czar”—a title she now disowns.
Harris was tasked to work closely with Secretary of State Antony Blinken and other Cabinet members on the ever-deepening catastrophe, triggered by the Biden-Harris decision to trash all of President Trump’s largely successful border-security efforts. It wasn’t long before illegal crossings reached historic levels.
ILLEGAL ALIEN NUMBERS EXPLODE WHILE HARRIS FUMBLES THE JOB DURING HER FIRST YEAR NBC News further reported crossings at the southern border had hit a 21-year high, with over 188,000 bor-

der crossers reported just in June of 2021. Approximately 105,000 were sent back to Mexico using a Trump-era Centers for Disease Control and Prevention authority called Title 42. Around 8% of undocumented migrants crossing into the U.S. in March 2021 had been children, a number that increased in June. But children were not subject to expulsions under Title 42, and were instead sheltered within the U.S. and paired with a sponsor.
Meanwhile, Harris told NBC’s Lester Holt the administration had “already seen success at the border,” but balked when Holt stated that Harris had not even been to the border, despite her insistence that she had.
“And I haven’t been to Europe,” she nervously ad-libbed. “I mean, I don’t understand the point that you’re making.” Trying to recover, she told Holt, through embarrassment and giggling, “I’m not discounting the importance of the border.”
At the end of June 2021, NPR reported that Harris had finally visited El Paso, Texas—which notably is thousands of miles from where the actual border crisis exists. During her visit, instead of coming up with any solutions to solve the issue, Harris instead retreated into humanitarian open-border rhet-
oric, using undocumented children she met at an El Paso detention center to pull on viewers’ heartstrings.
“This issue cannot be reduced to a political issue,” Harris pleaded. “We’re talking about children. We’re talking about families. We’re talking about suffering. Our approach has to be thoughtful and effective.”
In July 2021, a White House press release claimed the border crisis was not as severe as it had been under Trump’s leadership in 2019, prior to the pandemic. However, this was entirely false, as Trump had implemented his highly effective “Remain
in Mexico” policy in 2019, administered by the Department of Homeland Security, which required undocumented migrants to wait in Mexico until their U.S. immigration court date.
Although Biden nixed the successful Trump policy during his first month in office, after a series of court decisions (including the Supreme Court) blocked Biden from ending the policy in December 2022, brand new attacks on Trump’s supposed “cruelty” and “recklessness” quickly followed.
“The Biden-Harris administration has accomplished this and more while reckoning with the prior administration’s cruel and reckless immigration policies, which exacerbated long-standing challenges and failed to securely manage our border,” the White House statement read. “Case in point: The total number of unique encounters at the Southern border to date this fiscal year remains below the total number of unique encounters to date during fiscal year 2019 under the Trump administration.”
But an authoritative report by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center told an entirely different story. According to Pew, FY 2021 saw the highest number of migrant encounters on record, outpacing the spikes seen even during the 1980s and late 1990s/early 2000s.
Around 66% of all migrant encounters ended in expulsion between April 2020 (when Title 42 was first invoked) and the end of FY 2021 in September. But expulsions dropped precipitously once Biden took office, plunging from a 74% expulsion rate in February 2021 to 54% just seven months later in September 2021.
HARRIS OPTS FOR FALSE NARRATIVES
Migrant encounters have continued to break records year over year, as the Biden administration undoes all of the successful Trump-era policies. To change the subject, the media, alongside the administration, have wildly propagandized incidents at the border between Border Patrol officers and illegal aliens.
For example, Harris pushed a totally false narrative about Border Patrol agents in the Del Rio Sector “whipping” undocumented migrants from Haiti in order to push them back.
Pew further noted that multiple nationalities were encountered at the border in 2021, with only 37% of those crossing being Mexican nationals. Many came from the Northern Triangle countries of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador, but encounters with illegal aliens from further abroad became much more frequent during 2021. Undocumented migrants from Brazil, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti and Cuba poured in by the tens of thousands. Romanian and Turkish nationals were also encountered, increasing from just a few hundred in FY 2020 to over 4,000.
“What I saw depicted about those individuals on horseback treating human beings the way they were is horrible. And I fully support what is happening right now, which is a thorough investigation into exactly what is going on there. But human beings should never be treated that way. And I’m deeply troubled about it. And I’ll also be talking to Secretary Mayorkas about it today,” Harris told reporters.
Except it never happened. The New York Times was forced to publish a correction after an investigation found that the agents had not abused the migrants at all, and the “whipping” allegation was a total fabrication.
Harris attended the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles in June 2022, where she announced $3.2 billion in commitments had been made by the private sector to combat the crisis, and insisted that migrants are flooding the U.S. southern border because they are fleeing unsafe homes.
“First, I do believe most people don’t want to leave home,” Harris said during her address to the summit. “They don’t want to leave their
grandmother. They don’t want to leave the place where they worship and the community that they’ve always known. And so, when they do, it is usually for one of two reasons: They are fleeing harm or to stay means they simply cannot satisfy their basic needs or the needs of their family.”
Unfortunately for Harris, multiple reports reveal migrants telling reporters the only reason they came to the U.S. was for free money.
After a record-breaking summer in 2022 at the southern border, Harris told Chuck Todd during an interview for NBC’s Meet the Press that the border is secure, while implying that whatever problems remain are the fault of the Trump administration.
“The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system, in particular over the last four years before we came in … We have a secure border and that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration,” Harris told Todd.
But it wasn’t a priority, as Harris’ first visit to the southern border in 2021 was her last, despite being in border-state Arizona in January 2023.
Undocumented migrant numbers continued to break records over 2023, but Harris the border czar was nowhere to be seen. Instead of visiting the southern border, she instead went to Africa where she promised the U.S.
would help Ghana reduce its debt.
In all, more than 2.4 million encounters with illegal aliens were recorded in fiscal year 2023. With the ever-worsening border crisis on their hands and political reality demanding some appearance of at least trying to solve it, Harris’ supported a bipartisan Senate agreement to provide funding for the border, and she supported executive orders by Biden to implement limits on asylum while creating pathways to citizenship for alien spouses of U.S. citizens.
Nevertheless, the crisis continued to deepen.

FOR HARRIS ONCE SHE BECOMES DEMS’ PRESIDENTIAL PICK
In July 2024, Politifact claimed it was “mostly false” that Harris wanted to provide universal healthcare to undocumented migrants residing in the U.S.
However, in a 2019 video of Harris being interviewed by CNN’s Jake Tapper, Harris advocates precisely that: “Let me just be very clear about this. I am opposed to any policy that would deny, in our country, any human being from access to public safety, public education or public health. Period,” Harris told Tapper.
The Media Research Center recently released a study documenting how the media have demonstrated a huge amount of favoritism towards Harris since she replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic Party’s 2024 presidential candidate.
According to the study, Harris has received 66% more airtime than Trump, with her coverage being 84% positive, while Trump’s coverage has been 89% negative.
Harris even got a glowing Time magazine cover without having given a single media interview.
In a presidential campaign ad, Harris audaciously claims she wanted more Border Patrol agents, but again blames Trump for “blocking” her bipartisan bill. Harris further blames Trump for the fentanyl crisis, with the ad claiming Trump “blocked spending money to stop human traffickers.”
Her challenge to Trump, however, constitutes an admission that she was, in fact, the Biden administration’s border czar, despite her repeated denials of her pivotal role in the nation’s border crisis.
Trump responded to Harris during an Aug. 9 rally in Bozeman, Montana, playing a gaffe supercut on the jumbotron for his supporters. Trump called Harris “grossly incompetent” and “low IQ.”
“So, if you listen to Kamala’s speeches, you’d never even know she’s been running the country—she’s been running the country for four years and doing a horrible job,” Trump said during the rally. “Look at what’s happened to our country. We are a failing nation; I hate to say it, we are a failing nation. I wish I didn’t have to do this … I wish they were great, I wish they’d make our country great, but they’re gonna destroy our country.”
Harris is now challenging Trump during her rallies, saying she has no problem comparing her record on the border with Trump’s record.
THE EXTREMELY HIGH COST OF ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
The Immigration Integrity, Security and Enforcement Subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee released a report in January 2024 detailing the severe negative impacts of illegal immigration and how ultimately it is devastating to the U.S. economy.
That is, in addition to all the destruction to American society— the massive crime, the gangs, drugs, sex trafficking, tens of thousands of unaccounted-for children, the problem of illegal-alien voting, and all the other cultural and societal devastation that flooding America with illegal aliens is causing—it is also a net fiscal drain. Contrary to what Democrats from Biden on down routinely profess, their presence is not good for the American economy. In fact, says the report’s summary, illegal aliens “receive more in government services than they pay in taxes. This result is not due to laziness or fraud.” Putting aside the large and devastating criminal component, “illegal immigrants actually have high rates of work, and they do pay some taxes, including income and payroll taxes. The fundamental reason illegal immigrants are a net drain is that they have a low average education level, which results in low average earnings and tax payments. It also means a large share qualify for welfare programs, often receiving benefits on behalf of their U.S.-born children. Like their lesseducated and low-income U.S.-born counterparts, the tax payments of illegal immigrants do not come close to covering the cost they create.”
In May 2024, the House Budget Committee held a hearing to highlight the need for effective border security and the high cost to the economy.
Committee Chairman and U.S. Rep. Jodey Arrington, R-Texas, said during the hearing that open borders under Biden and Harris are the “greatest national security threat to the American people” and that the

fiscal impact of it is not spoken about nearly enough. He added that while the Federation for American Immigration Reform estimates the cost sits around $150 billion, some studies suggest the cost is upwards of $400 billion.
“The lion’s share of that cost is borne by state and local governments. State and local governments can’t borrow or print money like the federal government, so they have to balance their budgets by either absorbing this cost through raising taxes or they have to cut services to their citizens,” Arrington said.
GLOBALIST IDEOLOGIES AND OPEN BORDER POLICIES BACKED BY ELITES
While everyday Americans buckle under the weight of the catastrophic policies of the Biden-Harris administration, most are unaware of the key role in the crisis played by unelected bureaucrats and far-left globalist billionaires.
For example, George Soros, the billionaire funder of all things left-wing and destructive of free societies, openly admitted he has donated hundreds of millions of dollars to his Open Society Foundation to fund migrants and “social justice groups.”
“We support a range of groups that work on immigration issues, from local and state organizations that provide front-line legal advice, to individuals seeking asylum or facing deportation, to national groups such as the National Immigration Law Center, United We Dream, and the Black Alliance for Just Immigration that advocate for fundamental reform,” the Open Society Foundation website states.
The World Economic Forum also advocates for open borders, and in partnership with the United Nations—funded by American taxpayer dollars—funds several non-government organizations that help undocumented migrants enter the U.S., including UNICEF and the World Food Program.
FIGHTING BACK
In early August, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee launched a probe into Harris’ efforts on the border. Committee Chair Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., sent a request to have all Harris’ work on the border handed
over to the committee.
And Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., introduced a resolution on Aug. 20 condemning Harris’ handling of the border crisis and her abject failure to improve in any way the existential threat Americans are facing.
“Since her very first day in office, Vice President Harris—President Biden’s designated Border Czar—has refused to take the national security and safety crisis at our southern border seriously. The Biden-Harris administration has presided over more than 10 million illegal border crossings and has released nearly 100 individuals on the terrorist watchlist into our country,” Blackburn revealed in a statement on her website. “Vice President Harris can run, but she cannot hide from her disastrous record that has killed countless innocent Americans.” ■

The hearing topic was “The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children.”
GOOD AFTERNOON, Chairman McClintock, ranking member Jayapal and distinguished members of the committee. It’s an honor to be here. I thank you for the invitation to share my testimony.
My goal is to inspire action to safeguard the lives of migrant children, including the staggering 85,000 that are missing.
Today, children will work overnight shifts at slaughterhouses, factories, restaurants to pay their debts to smugglers and traffickers. Today, children will be sold for sex. Today, children will call a hotline to report they are being abused, neglected and trafficked. For nearly a decade, unaccompanied children have been suffering in the shadows.
I must confess; I knew nothing about their suffering until 2021 when I volunteered to help the Biden administration with the crisis at the Southern Border. As part of Operation Artemis, I was deployed to the Pomona Fairplex Emergency Intake Site in California to help the HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement reunite children with sponsors in the U.S.
I thought I was going to help place children in loving homes. Instead, I discovered that children are being trafficked through a sophisticated network that begins with being recruited in home country, smuggled to the U.S. border, and ends when ORR [Office of Refugee Resettlement] delivers a child to a Sponsor—some sponsors are criminals and traffickers and members of Transna-
tional Criminal Organizations. Some sponsors view children as commodities and assets to be used for earning income—this is why we are witnessing an explosion of labor trafficking. Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the U.S. Government has become the middleman in a large-scale, multi-billion-dollar child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children.
As for me, my interest is in the safety of the children. I don’t view this as a political issue. I view this as a humanitarian issue. My motives are the highest and best. I want to see the children protected, so I want to tell you some what I witnessed at the Pomona Fairplex:
TO CONGRESS: PUT CHILDREN SLAVERY OVERLORDS’
• I saw vulnerable indigenous children from Guatemala who speak Mayan dialects and can’t speak Spanish. That means they can’t ask for help in English and they can’t ask for help in Spanish. These children become captive to their sponsors.
• I’ve sat with case managers as they cried retelling horrific things that were done to children on the journey.
• I saw apartment buildings where 20, 30 and 40 unaccompanied children have been released.
• I saw sponsors trying to simultaneously sponsor children from multiple ORR sites.
• I saw sponsors using multiple addresses to obtain sponsorships of children.
• I saw numerous cases of children in debt bondage and the child knew they had to stay with the sponsor until the debt was paid.
Realizing that we were not offering children the American dream, but instead putting them into modern-day slavery with wicked overlords was a terrible revelation. These children are a captive victim population, with no access to law enforcement or knowledge of their rights. They are extorted, exploited, abused, neglected and trafficked. This is why I blew the whistle.
I’ve witnessed firsthand the horrors of child trafficking and exploitation. My life will never be the same. But I have hope. I’m counting on you. It’s my hope you’ll take action to end this crisis and safeguard the lives of these vulnerable children. ■
IF THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN has any say in it, Americans should learn the name of Gianfranco Torres-Navarro.
According to U.S. authorities, Torres-Navarro is the leader of a Peruvian crime gang and is thought to be personally responsible for 23 murders. He is a notorious figure in Peru, where he is known as “Gianfranco 23,” clearly “a reference to the number of people he is alleged to have killed,” according to the Associated Press. He has a girlfriend who, also according to AP, “has a sizable following on the social media platform TikTok where she showed off their lavish lifestyle, including designer clothes, resort vacations and shooting targets at a gun range.” Not to put too fine a point on it, but TorresNavarro’s gang is known as “Los Killers.”
Here’s why Americans should know who he is. Recently, Torres-Navarro was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Endicott, New York, a village with a population of 13,667 about 190 miles north of New York City. Given that he is a wanted man—wanted for very serious crimes in Peru—one might ask how he made it to the United States.
The answer is: He just walked in.
In May, Torres-Navarro crossed illegally into the United States near Roma, Texas, in the Rio Grande border sector. He was arrested by U.S. authorities who then … let him go. Like millions of other illegal crossers, he was given a “notice to appear” before an immigration judge at some point far in the future, and then sent on his way.
The presence of Torres-Navarro in the United States, free to go as he pleases, was a direct result of the border policies of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. You’ve heard about their policy of allowing millions into the U.S. unvetted. This is that policy in action. Torres-
Navarro is the face of that policy. He is a one-man, walking illustration of the dangerous nature of the Biden-Harris border.
Wait a minute, some Democrats might say. Are you arguing that every person who crosses the border illegally is a murderer? Of course not. What the Torres-Navarro case shows is that U.S. authorities, under Biden and Harris, are not really checking anybody. If they let a man wanted for 23 murders through, they’ll let anybody through. And indeed, they do.
We’ve all seen the examples of horrendous crimes committed by people who crossed illegally into the U.S. during the Biden-Harris years. “In three and a half years, the Biden-Harris administration has released more than 5.4 million illegal aliens into the United States, with an additional at least 1.9 million known ‘gotaways’ escaping into the country,” says a newly released report from the House Judiciary

Committee. That’s 7.3 million people so far in this administration.
As I wrote recently: “The migrants have spread into cities and towns across the country, burdening municipalities struggling to house and feed them. Some have committed horrendous crimes. Culturally, on top of the nation’s existing immigration process, it is a bad idea to let in so many unassimilated migrants so quickly, since it overwhelms the country’s ability to turn them into Americans. And most fundamentally, the border rush represents an offense against the nation’s sovereignty and the rule of law.” Entirely apart from the basic principle that we shouldn’t let mass murderers in, those are all serious considerations.
We’ve also seen that Biden and Harris have changed the face of illegal immigration. Where at various times in the past the dominant countries of origin were Mexico or the Northern Triangle, now authorities are seeing more and more illegal crossers from China, Turkey and a number of countries in Africa, South America and beyond. When they are admitted into the United States, like Torres-Navarro, it’s safe to say U.S. authorities don’t know who they are. Among the 7.3 million illegal crossers Biden and Harris have released into the United States “are 375 illegal aliens on the U.S. government’s terrorist watchlist,” according to the Judiciary Committee. “That is a more than 3,000% increase of watch-listed alien encounters compared to all four years of the Trump administration.”
Torres-Navarro was presumably not on the terrorist watch list. He is just a cold-blooded mass killer involved in standard gang crimes. One might think that would be plenty of reason to keep him out of the United States, but he was ushered right in.
And that is why Americans should know about Torres-Navarro. He is in
the United States because of the way Biden and Harris chose to run the U.S.-Mexico border. And he is in custody through the work of an agency, ICE, that Harris wanted to “re-examine” and profoundly change, “starting from scratch,” in light of her goal of decriminalizing illegal crossings into the United States.
The border should be a major issue in this presidential campaign, and the story of Gianfranco Torres-Navarro is part of it. ■

FENTANYL, a powerful synthetic opioid 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine, was actually first developed for use as a medication. Indeed, it is used daily in operating rooms and emergency departments in hospitals across America.
However, when the word “fentanyl” is spoken outside of the hospital setting, it’s virtually always a reference to the monstrous epidemic of fentanyl poisonings and overdose deaths across America. Indeed, it is the No. 1 cause of death of young Americans, aged 18-45.
The question of how this has happened and grown steadily worse is easy to answer:
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
The precursor ingredients for fentanyl are fabricated mostly in China, and then moved to the drug and human smuggling cartels in Mexico, where the ingredients are assembled into the deadly “product” that delivers mass addiction, confusion, respiratory depression, drowsiness, nausea, visual disturbances, dyskinesia, hallucinations, delirium, muscle rigidity, constipation, loss of consciousness.
And death—in astonishing numbers.
Very simply, the illicit fentanyl enters the U.S. through the open borders of the Biden-Harris administration.
RISING DEATH COUNT
It 2017, fentanyl was the most widely used synthetic opioid in medicine.
But from where it caused 2,600 overdose deaths in 2011, that death count a decade later, in 2021, had exploded 27-fold … to 70,601. In 2018, fentanyl overtook heroin as the most common trigger for drug-overdose deaths.
Why the deadly still flooding
Put plainly, Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have allowed illicit fentanyl to flood into the U.S. under their open-border policies—the same practices that have permitted millions of illegal aliens to flood American communities, schools, job markets and public benefit programs.
The Drug Enforcement Administration has identified the Sinaloa and Jalisco Mexican drug cartels for using multi-city distribution networks, violent local street gangs and individual dealers to “flood” America with the drug, driving the massive level of addiction, violence and death, especially among young people.
“What is also alarming,” a DEA spokesman said, is that “American social media platforms are the means by which they do so. The cartels use social media and encrypted platforms to run their operations and reach out to victims, and when their product kills Americans, they simply move on to try to victimize

the millions of other Americans who are social media users.”
The root cause, of course, is money.
“Relentless greed, the pursuit of money, is what drives the Mexican drug cartels that are responsible for the worst drug crisis in American history,” charged DEA Administrator Anne Milgram, confirming that investigators found a “partnership” between Mexican cartels and the China “drug money”laundering industry.
The National Immigration Forum has taken a deep dive into the problem and revealed, “Illicit fentanyl has devastating impacts across all corners of the United States, causing public health issues in thousands of American communities large and small, from the southern border to New England, and the Pacific Northwest to the Midwest.”
Some 27,000 pounds of illegal fentanyl were seized by federal agents in 2023, up from 4,800 pounds at the time the Biden-Harris administration began.
“How much fentanyl is reaching the U.S.?” the report asked. “CBP officers and agents successfully interdict a significant amount of illicit drug substances smuggled into the U.S., but obviously cannot completely stop the flow of all drugs into the country. The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) stated in December 2022 that the agency seized more than 10,000 pounds of fentanyl powder in the U.S. in 2022, while noting that ‘Most of the fentanyl being trafficked by the Sinaloa and CJNC cartels is being mass-produced at secret factories in Mexico with chemicals sourced largely from China.’”
While the threat is assembled in labs in Mexico “with little to no oversight,” it later is sold as powder or nasal spray, and only two milligrams “can be lethal.”
Incredibly, one pound can deliver up to 226,700 lethal doses.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says fentanyl kills about 150 people in America per day.
J.D. Vance, the GOP nominee for vice president this election, recently said Harris has fomented chaos through lax border policies that allowed this “poison” to be brought into America.
He also commented on Harris’ flip-flop on the border wall started by President Trump. She previously called it a waste of money, but now says she approves of building the wall.
“Kamala Harris is a fake. If she wants to build the border wall, she could start right now! It is unbelievable what we’re letting happen at the southern border, and it’s happening because Kamala Harris refuses to do her job,” Vance said. ■
Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann: Tim Walz is ‘as radical as AOC or more’
Former Congress member served for years in the House with Kamala’s VP pick By
MICHELE BACHMANN, Minnesota’s high-profile former congresswoman and 2012 GOP presidential candidate, knows Minnesota politics well. During her tenure in the House of Representatives, she served for years with another member of Minnesota’s congressional delegation—Tim Walz, the state’s current governor.
After Kamala Harris tagged Walz as her pick for the Democratic Party’s vice-presidential candidate, Bachmann felt she had to speak out.
“I went to Congress with Tim Walz in 2006 and served with him for 8 years. On the outside, he looks like an ‘awe-shucks,’ back-slapping, nice-guy politician, when in fact he is as radical as AOC or more,” Bachmann said.
Then the former congresswoman, who now serves as dean of Regent University’s Robertson School of Government, cut loose on the Democrats’ would-be vice president.
“Because of Tim Walz,” Bachmann explained, “more people have moved out of the state than at any other time in Minnesota’s history. Last year, $2 billion and 30,000 people left the state of Minnesota.” Describing the transformation of once-sane-and-moderate Minnesota into a hotbed of leftist wokism, she said Walz promoted “the strongest transgender protection bill in the country and the strongest pro-abortion bill in the country.”
Indeed, as the Washington Post headlined, “Walz made Minnesota a ‘trans refuge,’ championing gender-affirming care.”
Bachmann’s assessment that Walz may be even more radical than AOC, of course, refers to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., one member of
the notorious “squad” of far-left activists in Congress.
Bachmann cited an in-depth analysis to which she contributed—a copy of which she provided to Whistleblower—detailing the Minnesota government’s recent actions and revealing a 40% explosion in spending, the alarming fact that tens of thousands of Minnesotans are moving out of the state, and condemning Democrats for their “legislative skullduggery.”
Under Walz’ leadership, the state’s leftists even removed any language that requires a doctor to keep an infant alive if the little boy or girl survives an abortion, the analysis confirms.
And stunningly, the state’s progressive majority even removed language stipulating that adults attracted to children “are not a protected class.”
“Pedophiles may now potentially be considered a protected class should an activist judge decide to ‘read’ that right into the state constitution,” Bachmann’s analysis warns.
The report likewise documents how, under Walz’ leadership, Minnesota is now an “abortion sanctuary” with no limits at all.
However, when it comes to actual rights in the U.S. Constitution, like the Second Amendment, it’s a totally different story. For example, background checks are now required if a parent wishes to gift a firearm he or she owns to a son or daughter.
There’s much more to the radical transformation of Minnesota during Walz’s reign, the report documents:
• The state’s Democrat majority has adopted laws creating up to $10 billion in new taxes over just the next four years, as well as a budget boost of $11 million for the governor’s office alone.
• “A hate speech database will be created, where people and organizations can report hate speech to the Dept. of Human Rights, even if the speech is not illegal,” the report details.
• Citizenship, or even permanent residency, no longer is required for driver’s licenses, and that process includes being offered the chance to register to vote.
• Minnesota law now “prohibits non-religious non-profits that serve minors from discriminating against employees who are gay or transgender. This includes organizations like the Girl Scouts, who would potentially be forced to hire or allow to volunteer biological men who identify as women.”
• The state now claims the authority to “take temporary emergency custody of minors who travel to Minnesota to receive gender-affirming treatment,” which includes chemicals to alter the body, and even body-mutilating surgeries. ■
I MAY BE BIASED. I’ve been a Trump supporter since the day he came down the escalator in June 2015. I wrote the commentary that day for Fox News, “Meet the Next President, Donald J. Trump.” Trump was at 1% support at the time.
But I’ve never in my lifetime seen anything as crazy, reckless, incompetent, radical, extreme or bizarre as the Democrats’ choice of vice president. It just gets worse every day. And just when I think it can’t get any worse, it gets much worse.
In the beginning, I thought Tim Walz was a terrible and bizarre VP pick, simply because he’s an out-and-out communist. If anyone in America actually heard what “Tampon Tim” believes in and the policies he’s supported and passed, they’d be repelled and repulsed.
I also thought it was a terrible and bizarre pick because he looks like he’s 80 years old. Politics is “show business.” Democrats picked a man who is three years younger than me but who looks like my grandfather. Bizarre.
But then things spiraled from there.
During the COVID pandemic, “Tampon Tim” was a COVID tyrant. He locked Minnesotans in their homes and forbade them to go out. Worse, he created a “snitch hotline” so neighbors could report on neighbors. Did he want to put them in prison for a milk run?
“Tampon Tim” is Exhibit A for the madness, insanity, hysteria and worst of all, tyranny of the Left. He’s a communist, control freak tyrant who thinks he always knows best. But they never do.

This guy is a sick, perverted, twisted weirdo. Who knows what he does in private? Knowing all this, would you leave your children with him?
So, who would vote to put him in charge of our country?
It gets worse. “Tampon Tim” loves open borders. He said publicly, if he could, he’d provide ladders to every illegal alien invader to climb over the wall.

But that does make him the perfect partner in crime for “Border Czar” Kamala Harris to carry out the final intentional destruction of America and replacement of every American worker and American voter.
He also believes in censorship. Everything and everyone who disagrees with his radical communist beliefs falls under the category of “misinformation.” This man is another Stalin, Mao or Hitler in the making. This is always where tyranny, mass murder and reeducation camps begin.
And we all know where it ends.
Which makes perfect sense, since this crazy communist has made 30 trips to China—and celebrates a country where critics of government policy are “disappeared” in the middle of the night.
He and his crazy wife “Burning Woman” honeymooned in China. Their wedding was planned for the anniversary of the Tiananmen Square Massacre. Does any of this seem normal to you?

A new scandal is about to explode on “Tampon Tim”: $250 million in state funding for Minnesota education has been stolen by a leftist organization. Why would Walz care? I’m sure he got his kickback in the form of campaign contributions.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse, now we come to the absolute cream of the crop … “Tampon Tim” lied about his military service. Bad lies. This is “stolen valor.” That’s a disgusting, disgraceful, low-down, low-life crime. It doesn’t get any lower than that. Tampon Tim could spend a stint in prison for that.

He lied about his rank at retire-
ment; lied about serving in battle (he retired when he faced going to battle); he lied about carrying weapons in a war zone; he lied about serving in Operation Enduring Freedom; he lied about serving in Afghanistan; he lied about being in Iraq. That’s a lot of lying.
No wonder he supports tampons in men’s bathrooms.
Now the grand finale: Tim is close as kissing cousins with the only congresswoman representing Hamas, Ilhan Omar. He changed the state flag of Minnesota to one that looks like the Somalia flag. And in Minneapolis, mosque loudspeakers broadcast the Muslim call to prayer all day—the only place in America that allows this.
But all of that pales next to the latest revelation …
“Tampon Tim” repeatedly hosted a Muslim cleric who celebrated the Oct. 7 Hamas terror attack on Israel, used his Facebook page to share Hamas press releases and promoted a pro-Hitler film. This cleric has on many occasions equated Muslim genocidal terrorism with Israel defending itself.
Who knew Tampon Tim is also “Jihad Tim”?
This is the most bizarre story in the history of modern-day U.S. politics. Either Democrats never vetted “Tampon Tim,” aka “Drag Queen Tim,” aka “Open Borders & Ladders Tim,” aka “COVID Tyrant Tim,” aka “Stolen Valor Tim,” aka “China-owned Tim,” aka “Jihad Tim”—and don’t forget
his wife “Burning Woman”—or the Chinese Communist Party forced his selection as VP onto China-owned Kamala Harris, and the Chinaowned Democratic Party. Or both.

YES, WALZ REALLY DID SIGN A LAW REQUIRING MENSTRUAL PRODUCTS IN BOYS’ BATHROOMS
THOUGH DENIED OR SPUN BY DEMOCRATS, leftwing “factcheck” organizations and the news media, in 2023 Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz signed a bill into law requiring that schools provide access to free menstrual products in bathrooms used by students—not just girls, but transgender and “non-binary” students as well—starting in the fourth grade and through high school. The gender-neutral wording of the law means boys’ bathrooms as well as girls’.
As a result, almost immediately after Vice President Kamala Harris announced Walz as her running mate, “Tampon Tim” became the No. 1 trend on X, after conservative “Libs of TikTok” founder Chaya Raichik posted a meme showing Walz’s face on a box of tampons and captioned “#TamponTim.”
“There is no universe where a man who gives tampons to teenage boys is going to be next in line to be president. #TamponTim,” posted former Trump senior adviser Stephen Miller on X.
Even worse, Walz also signed an executive order last year ensuring access to dangerous gendertransition drugs and hormones, as well as mutilating amputation surgeries for minors.
On Fox News, Trump campaign spokesperson Karoline Leavitt attacked Walz’s actions: “As a woman, I think there is no greater threat to our health than leaders who support gender-transition surgeries for young minors, who support putting tampons in men’s bathrooms in public schools,” said Leavitt. “Those are radical policies that Tim Walz supports.”
Yet, the tampons-in-fourth-grade-boys’-bathrooms bill did garner some high-profile support: Hillary Clinton posted on X: “How nice of the Trump camp to help publicize Gov. Tim Walz’s compassionate and common-sense policy of providing free menstrual products to students in Minnesota public schools! Let’s do this everywhere.”
Although over half of the states in the U.S.—28 in all, plus the District of Columbia—do provide free menstrual products to students at school, not all the governing laws extend to boys’ bathrooms.
As for Minnesota, even though all the fact-check analyses claim the Minnesota law doesn’t really require tampons in boys’ bathrooms, the states’ Democrats voted down a Republican amendment to restrict the menstrual products to girls’ restrooms only, specifically citing the needs of girls who identify as male to be able to use boys’ bathrooms. In other words, the factcheck organizations are lying. Indeed, Democratic state Rep. Sandra Feist, who sponsored the bill Walz signed into law, argued specifically during a committee debate early last year that “not all students who menstruate are female. We need to make sure all students have access to these products.”
Of course, in such a bizarre state of affairs where tampons are gracing boys’ bathrooms, reality sometimes asserts itself. In February, at Brookfield High School in Connecticut which has a similar requirement, unidentified “vandals” ripped the tampon dispenser off the wall of the boys’ bathroom 20 minutes after it was installed. ■

KAMALA HARRIS has been frantically moving “to the middle” on many divisive political and social issues ever since Democratic Party elites handpicked her to replace the aging and mentally failing Joe Biden as the party’s presidential candidate.
Her strategy of simply refusing to post her policy plans, refusing to answer reporters’ questions and refusing to be available for interviews has worked for her, as she has gone more or less silent on critical issues now facing American voters—including today’s ever more radical and bizarre gender ideology revolution.
It’s not just homosexuality, lesbianism and same-sex relationships as a few years ago. It’s the ideological teaching that boys are actually girls if they think they are, and vice versa. It’s the ideology that there are dozens of different genders, not just two: male and female. It’s the powerful chemicals used to delay puberty in children, altering them for life, including making the sterile. It’s the surgical body mutilations including double mastectomies and genital amputations and other shocking procedures performed on youngsters too young to drive or vote—and increasingly without their parents’ knowledge or consent.
Harris has simply avoided addressing such questions.
However, as the Daily Signal reported, that’s almost certainly because the “far-left position” Harris has always supported on these issues is utterly rejected by most Americans. As vice president for Joe Biden, Harris almost always has been a front-line advocate of LGBTQ extremism.
Indeed, LGBTQ organizations know Harris is totally in their camp, and thus are “eagerly backing” her, as well as VP candidate Tim Walz, also a far-leftist who in his own state of Minnesota has pushed for truly radical policies, including the state actually taking custody of children, should their own parents not sufficiently support the latest LGBTQ ideologies.
In fact, Walz signed an executive order creating a “right” to trans chemicals and surgeries in his state.
LGBTQ promoters, including the American Civil Liberties Union, GLAAD, Advocates for Trans Equality and the Human Rights Campaign all are pushing a fear-mongering campaign that suggests Republicans are intent on carrying out “antiLGBTQ” attacks, the Daily Signal reports. Those “attacks” would include protecting children from gruesome transgender surgeries.
Harris’ decision to go silent is understandable, as those truly radical agendas have been created by far-left organizations and do not enjoy mainstream American support.
“The White House, which has previously embraced ‘medical care’ for trans-identifying kids, appears to be aware of this. In early July, the White House flip-flopped on the topic, first telling news outlets that the Biden-Harris administration did not support transgender surgeries for children, before reaffirming
support for irreversible procedures for minors after ‘intense pressure’ from LGBTQ groups,” the report revealed.
The Biden-Harris administration, in fact, has been strongly supportive of the most radical transgender agendas—for example, naming Rachel Levine, a man identifying as a woman, to a critical federal Health and Human Services post. Levine, in turn, reportedly pressured the World Professional Association for Transgender Health to drop age requirements for minors to be subjected to those extreme and irreversible body alterations.
In fact, Levine’s office has claimed that those “early treatments” are important for children, based on the largely manufactured claim that children are “at risk of self-harm” without them.
Actually, research has confirmed that the likelihood of suicide attempts increases after so-called “gender-affirming care.”
GLAAD, which originally was the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, openly demands the chemical and surgical treatments, and assures its supporters the Biden-Harris administration is the “most pro-LGBTQ presidency in history.”
It endorsed her pick of Walz, too, explaining, “Vice President Harris’ choice of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz underscores a longstanding commitment to the equality, prosperity and safety of all Americans, including and especially for LGBTQ people.”
The organization said Harris has pushed for at least “66 positive moves for LGBTQ equality.”
That includes her performing a “wedding” for a same-sex duo two decades ago, in 2004.
Further, she’s been fully behind the leftist “Equality Act,” which would open the door to private women’s facilities like showers, locker rooms and changing rooms to men, and she has opposed allowing counselors to
try to help victims become free of unwanted same-sex feelings.
She has also joined the campaign that Walz has supported, to threaten families who won’t allow their underage children to be subjected to life-altering surgeries that often lead to suicidality.
The report noted that the ACLU helps minors file lawsuits in pursuit of those chemical treatments and body alterations and believes Harris “would be a champion for the community if elected.”
In fact, the ACLU wants Harris, from the White House, to “issue an executive order on day one directing federal agencies to examine ways that they can affirmatively enhance access to gender-affirming care in federally funded programs.”
This is much the same process that Joe Biden used to activate the entirety of the federal government to recruit and enlist leftist voters.
The ACLU’s James Esseks, in fact, said, “With further attacks on
our rights and a landmark Supreme Court case on the horizon, we would encourage a Harris-Walz administration to … do everything in their power to protect our rights, our health care, and our freedom to be ourselves without fear.”
An official with the LGBTQ group called the Human Rights Campaign said, “Her pick of Gov. Walz sends a message that a Harris-Walz administration will be committed to advancing equality and justice for all.”
That group’s statement said, “As vice president, Harris has helped lead the most pro-equality administration in history.”
The HRC is another organization that promotes subjecting children to irreversible and disfiguring “treatments” in violation of parental rights.
“The Human Rights Campaign also backs so-called gender-affirming care for minors, criticizing those who wish to protect children,” reported the Daily Signal. “HRC falsely claims that ‘no permanent medical interventions happen until a transgender person is old enough to give truly informed consent.’”
Their evidence is derived from the many young people now suing doctors and medical organizations for enabling their “transition” to a different gender—which is scientifically impossible—as “they were not able to fully give informed consent due to their age and mental health issues.”
Advocates for Trans Equality said a Harris-Walz regime would go even beyond what Biden-Harris has done to help push transgenderism.
A report from an LGBTQ website documents that some 1,100 “queer celebrities, politicians and leaders” have signed an endorsement for Harris’ campaign.
“The letter,” reported NBC, “includes signatures from actors Matt Bomer,
George Takei, Billy Eichner and Sophia Bush and her partner, Ashlyn Harris, a former U.S. Women’s National Team soccer player. Out elected officials, including Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wisc., and Reps. Ritchie Torres, D-N.Y., Mark Takano, D-Calif., and Becca Balint, D-Vt., also signed, alongside notable figures such as Jim Obergefell, the lead plaintiff in the Supreme Court case that legalized same-sex marriage nationwide in 2015, and Judy Shepard, the mother of Matthew Shepard, who was murdered in Wyoming in 1998.”
That report, in fact, boasted of Harris’ “two-decade track record of supporting gay rights,” and it pointed out how the letter describes her as a key component of a war against traditional marriage in California when she was a state official there.
GLAAD reports that Harris also has fought to deliver sexually explicit books to kids in public schools and libraries and promised to “LGBTQI+ youth” that “We stand with you!”
She also pushed for LGBTQ ideology to be taught in schools, and for boys who say they are girls to be integrated into girls’ locker rooms and showers in public schools. ■
HARRIS PROMISED TO KEEP TRANSGENDER CRIMINALS OUT OF PRISON!
WHEN RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT just four years ago, Kamala Harris made many extreme-left policy positions central to her campaign—including instituting a total national ban on fracking as president, firearms confiscation (“Mandatory buy-back program”), socialized medicine (“Medicare for All”), “defunding the police,” a federal jobs guarantee and expanding the Supreme Court. On every one of these issues, Harris is now abruptly claiming a much more “moderate” stance.
But there’s one more stance she took during her 2020 presidential campaign that is receiving little attention, reports the Daily Wire. Harris “pledged that she would work to keep transgender criminals out of jail,” archived campaign materials reviewed by the Daily Wire reveal. According to the report:
Harris’ now-inactive campaign website claims that “the LGBTQ+ community is exposed to higher rates of violence and assault in prison, and it is even more so with transgender individuals.” Harris, it says, would work as president to “reduce incarceration of LGBTQ+ individuals.”
“Kamala understands the best way to address the issue is to seek alternatives to incarceration to prevent trans individuals from being incarcerated in the first place,” the site reads. “Kamala would also push to significantly reform our sentencing laws to further reduce sentences.”
Donald Trump’s running mate, Sen. J.D. Vance, R-Ohio, isn’t buying it.
“I find it pretty weird that Kamala Harris was so fixated on the issue of ‘transgender incarceration’ that she said we should seek alternatives to jail time for criminals who violate the law,” Vance told the Daily Wire’s reporter, Spencer Lindquist. “I don’t care what gender you think you are: If you break the law you should go to jail. It’s as simple as that.”
Vance added: “It doesn’t shock me that someone like Border Czar Kamala Harris can’t wrap her head around the basic principles of law and order,” concluding that Harris “has allowed over ten million illegal immigrants across our border—some of them violent murderers and drug traffickers. She is simply too weak and too far left to lead this country.”
But there’s still more, the report adds: “Harris’ campaign website also notes the candidate’s plan to ‘build a new generation of transgender leaders’ and ‘work with transgender leaders and advocates to implement a comprehensive agenda to not just address the epidemic of violence trans persons face, but to create opportunity and build a more inclusive America.’” ■

‘Folksy’ Tim Walz signed bills favoring pedophiles and making Minnesota a sanctuary state for ‘transgender’ child mutilation
DESPITE THE DENIALS of every left-leaning “factcheck” organization on the internet—from Snopes to PolitiFact to Media Matters for America— Democratic vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz, as governor of Minnesota, did indeed sign into law last year a bill favorable to pedophiles. He also signed a bill turning Minnesota into a sanctuary state for mutilating child sex-change surgery.
On May 19, 2023, Walz signed into law the Judiciary and Public Safety bill, which incorporated a pro-LGBT section called the Take Pride Act, in which the definition of “sexual orientation” had been mysteriously updated. That is, the new bill deleted the previous language clarifying unequivocally that pedophiles were to be excluded from the meaning of “sexual orientation.”
Before Walz signed the radical new bill, as the Daily Wire reported, “Minnesota law had taken pains to explicitly exclude pedophiles from the definition of sexual orientation, making it clear that pedophiles are not part of the same protected category as gay people …”
“‘Sexual orientation’ does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult,” read the old version of the law, according to the report. “That sentence was struck in the new version of the law that Walz signed.”
The law in Minnesota now defines “sexual orientation” in much more general terms—as “to whom someone is, or is perceived of as being, emotionally, physically, or sexually attracted to based on sex or gender identity. A person may be attracted to men, women, both, neither, or to people who are genderqueer, androgynous, or have other gender identities.”
As the Daily Wire reported, the Take Pride Act “also added a definition
of gender identity to Minnesota law, defining it as ‘a person’s inherent sense of being a man, woman, both, or neither’ that ‘may or may not correspond to their assigned sex at birth or to their primary or secondary sex characteristics’ and is ‘not necessarily visible to others.’” The report added:
The bill removes “outdated language that wrongly prejudices LGBTQIA+ community members by attempting to tie sexual orientation to criminal acts,” the Minnesota Department of Human Rights said.
State Representative Leigh Finke (D), a trans-identifying man representing the Twin Cities, was behind the amendment that eliminated the language about pedophiles.
During a committee hearing
on the bill, Finke, who took office last year, said his amendment “modernizes our Human Rights Act.”
“It’s important that we continue to evolve our laws and our understanding of what it means to be a full and authentic human,” Finke said. “We do this throughout history, throughout time, and this is a great moment for us to expand what it means to be a person and to protect all of us.
That’s what my bill does.”
“Sporting half-dyed blue hair and a rainbow dress,” the report added, “Finke was also photographed with his arm around Walz when the governor signed a different law that doubled down on legal transgender medical interventions for children like hormone treatments and surgeries.”
Indeed, in April 2023, Walz signed a bill making his state a sanctuary for child sex-changes, essentially promoting “child sex-change” tourism, offering children radical and life-changing surgeries and drug treatments prohibited by other states.
Supporters called it the “Trans Refuge Bill,” giving legal protection to youths “who travel to Minnesota for so-called gender affirming care, including puberty blockers, reconstructive genital surgery, and hormone therapy,” reported National Review. “The law prohibits Minnesota courts or officials from complying with child removal requests, extraditions, arrests, or subpoenas related to a child’s sex-change procedures received in Minnesota, even if they’re a crime in another state.”
In March of last year, Walz also issued an executive order mandating that
state agencies and officials “decline to help other states that try to penalize individuals and entities seeking gender affirming health care services,” reported National Review. Walz also pushed for the addition of so-called gender-affirming care and abortion to Minnesota’s state constitution. And Walz recently signed yet another radical bill mandating that all health-insurance plans pay for the so-called “gender transition” of transgender individuals. Yet until just over a decade ago—2013, when the 5th edition of the American Psychiatric Association’s “Diagnostic and Statistical Manual” (or “DSM5”) was published—people who believed they were another gender were universally diagnosed by Western medicine as severely mentally ill and suffering from “Gender Identity Disorder.” ■

A NEWLY RESURFACED MEMO from Kamala Harris’ 2020 presidential campaign outlines her plan to “fundamentally transform” America’s criminal justice system by reducing penalties for criminals.
In 2019, Harris promised to end cash bail, get rid of court-ordered fines, expunge the records of some felons, discontinue federal mandatory minimum sentences, and to place greater federal scrutiny on local police departments, according to a memo resurfaced July 25, reports the Washington Free Beacon.
While Harris has previously supported weakening law enforcement, her campaign is presenting her to voters as a law-and-order candidate in contrast to former President Donald Trump, CNN reported.
“It is long past time to re-envision public safety by strengthening and supporting our communities and drastically limiting the number of people we expose to our criminal justice system,” the memo reads. “As president, Kamala will fundamentally transform how we approach public safety.”
Nearly 60% of Americans surveyed in January, including roughly half of Democrats, said the president and Congress should make addressing crime a priority, according to the Pew Research Center. A similar proportion of registered voters, 61%, told Pew in April that the criminal justice system is not
tough enough on criminals.
“Excessive cash bail disproportionately harms people from low-income communities and communities of color,” Harris’ 2019 memo reads. She characterized cash bail systems as “criminalizing poverty” and vowed to end them.
Ending cash bail has led to a backlash in some major cities, with New Yorkers in February 2022 overwhelmingly supporting tightening bail laws following an increase in crime, the New York Post reported.

people and shoot three others in December 2023.
“In addition, we need to eliminate court fees and fees associated with diversion, treatment, or community supervision that make it harder for individuals to reintegrate into society,” Harris’ memo continued.
The memo no longer appears on Harris’ campaign website, though it remains on the vice president’s Medium page.
Harris also promised to automatically remove “offenses that are not serious or violent” from criminals’ records after five years, according to the memo. The memo does not define what a “serious” offense is.
She also supported restoring voting rights to all those who have served criminal sentences, per the memo, and advocated for more federal oversight of local police departments, citing alleged “racial profiling” and “excessive force.”
The vice president proposed a “National Police Systems Review Board” that “would collect data and review police shootings and other cases of severe misconduct,” according to the memo. She also promised to provide the Department of Justice with resources to provide grants to fund greater scrutiny of officers who shoot suspects and pledged to reinstate an executive order restricting the sale of certain military equipment to police departments.
Harris’ support for weakening law enforcement extends beyond one campaign memo.
In 2020, she praised the “defund the police” movement during a radio interview for “rightly” calling out the amount of money spent on police departments, CNN reported. Harris also lauded Los Angeles for cutting its police department’s budget by $150 million, according to the New York Post. ■

KAMALA HARRIS WALZ REALLY THE SECOND

THE FIRST 10 AMENDMENTS to our Constitution are known as the “Bill of Rights” for a reason—within it are denoted numerous “rights” that belong to individuals and which are guaranteed as such against government limitation. Any American elected official who fails to grasp this foundational principle, or who understands it but refuses to accept it, is undeserving of holding public office.
Take, for example, Kamala Harris. Our current vice president, the Democrat Party nominee for president, is on record positing that one of those fundamental individual liberties expressly guaranteed against
government intrusion does not actually protect an individual right after all. So much for the clear language and history underpinning the Bill of Rights.
Not surprisingly, the context in which Harris has taken such a posture openly antithetical to the very principle on which the Bill of Rights was ratified in 1791 is the Second Amendment guaranteeing the right to keep and bear arms. She proudly lent her name as then-district attorney for San
Francisco to a legal brief opposing what turned out to be the Supreme Court’s seminal 2008 Heller decision, which declared expressly that the Second Amendment does in fact

protect an individual right to possess a firearm.
Harris’ stance set forth in that legal brief tells us all we need to know about her disdain for the Second Amendment.
In the years since Heller, Harris has continued to support all manner of government restrictions on possession of firearms by law-abiding citizens, including among other measures, confiscatory bans on the country’s most popular rifle, the AR-15, lauding Australia’s draconian gun confiscation program and, most recently, criticizing the Supreme Court’s Cargill decision in June that stopped the ATF from arbitrarily declaring “bump stocks” to be “machine guns” under federal law.
The choice of Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate is further hard evidence of where the current vice president stands with regard to the rights supposed to be guaranteed under the Second Amendment.
As governor of the North Star State, Walz has supported and signed legislation expanding so-called “red flag” laws and background checks for gun purchases that go beyond those already mandated under federal law. It was a quite different story during Walz’s tenure in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2007 to 2019, however, when he needed and avidly sought the support of the NRA.
In the language du jour for what previously was known quite accurately as “flip-flopping,” Walz now declares his views have “evolved” such that he criticizes the NRA by name, and declares he is proud to be the recipient of an
“F” rating from the Association that supported him previously. He has made a show of donating to charity a sum of money equal to that which he happily received from the NRA while a congressman.
And oh, how his positions have “evolved.” For example, that most popular rifle in the country among law-abiding citizens—the AR-15—now is considered by Walz a “weapon of war” that must be banned.
As with many latecomers to the gun-control movement, Walz considers his anti-Second Amendment views appropriately constitutional because, well, they help “keep our kids safe.” Lost in his probably cursory study of
the historical underpinnings of the Second Amendment, and even as reflected in recent Supreme Court decisions (most notably the 2022 Bruen decision), is the fact that “keeping kids safe” is nowhere to be found or implied in any writings by our Founders as justification for the Second Amendment (or elsewhere in the Bill of Rights, for that matter).
To Walz, as to his gun-control colleagues in Washington, including Kamala Harris, “common sense” equates seamlessly to “constitutional.”
It will be interesting to see how Harris’ and Walz’ extreme antiSecond Amendment views will resonate nationally with voters who do not live in the states they have represented in public office (California and Minnesota), particularly considering that private ownership of handguns for self-defense continues to rise across the country, especially among women and black Americans. Hopefully a majority of votes tallied after the polls close Nov. 5th will reject the views of the Democrat Party’s national ticket that the Bill of Rights can be casually discarded based on their vague notion of “common sense.” ■

A NEWLY UNEARTHED VIDEO of then-San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris shows her vowing to forcibly enter homes to check how legal gun owners are storing their firearms.
Harris made the remarks in 2007 during a press conference about new anti-gun legislation she helped draft with then-San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom.
“We’re going to require responsible behaviors among everybody in the community, and just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of your locked home doesn’t mean that we’re not going to walk into that home and check to see if you’re being responsible and safe in the way you conduct your affairs,” Kamala Harris told reporters in May 2007.
“When we create laws, it’s not only about creating an opportunity, if you will, to prosecute someone for committing a crime, but more importantly, when we legislate our values, it’s about trying to encourage certain types of behavior,” Harris said at the 2007 presser.
Fox News reported:
As San Francisco’s district attorney, Kamala Harris told legal gun owners in her community that authorities could “walk into” their homes to inspect whether they were storing their firearms properly under a new law she helped draft.
The remarks came during a press conference introducing legislation that Harris helped draft, which sought to impose penalties for gun owners who fail to store their firearms properly at home.
The bill, which at the time had just been introduced to the city’s board of supervisors, was ultimately signed into law a few months later by then-San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom. It was bundled with other gun control provisions, including a new requirement for legal gun distributors to submit an inventory to the chief of police every six months, and a ban on possessing guns—even legally—in public housing.
“San Francisco now has the strictest anti-gun laws in the county,” Newsom said when he signed the new laws. Harris also previously said that confiscating firearms is a “great idea” and if Congress doesn’t act on it during the first 100 days of her administration, she’ll take “executive action.” ■

Harris is nothing but a race hustler

VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS is a race hustler—a divider when the nation needs a unifier.
With Democrats making Harris their nominee for the nation’s top job, Americans are being given a stark choice in November: between racial preferences and fairness. A President Harris would rub raw the racial divisions in this country and ignite new violence in our streets.
In 2020, it was then-Sen. Harris who cheered on the Black Lives Matter protesters terrorizing neighborhoods and businesses after the tragic death of George Floyd. It was Harris who urged Americans to put up cash bail for BLM protesters arrested in Minneapolis for attempted murder, burglary and other crimes.
In 2023, it was Harris who bashed the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that colleges must base admissions on merit, not skin color. She rejected the court’s ideal of a colorblind society, arguing that being colorblind is being blind to “the strength that diversity brings to classrooms, to boardrooms.”
The Washington Post and Time magazine recently published reviews of where Harris stands on the issues. Racial preferences were conspicuously omitted. No wonder. Her views are toxic.
Harris telegraphed what she would do, given the authority, in a 2020 campaign ad explaining the difference between equality and equity. It pictured a black man and a white man, and said equality means “everyone should get the same amount.” But treating everyone equally regardless of race is wrong, she went on, because “not everybody’s starting out from the same place.” Equity means “we all end up at the same place.”
Using racial preferences to ensure all Americans end up in the same
Harris has been the driving force behind the Biden administration’s all-of-government push for equity in hiring, job promotions and government benefits. Translation: White males go to the back of the line.
Biden told radio host Charlamagne tha God during the 2020 campaign that if he had trouble deciding how to vote—for Biden or Trump— then “you ain’t black.” Biden’s racial views are not sophisticated.
Harris, on the other hand, embraced a sophisticated rationale: “equity.” On Jan. 21, 2021, one day after the inauguration, the administration announced its government-wide push for equity. Her fingerprints were all over it.
Buried in the administration’s first major legislation, the American Rescue Plan, is debt relief for farmers. Not all farmers, however.
White farmers need not apply. Section 1005 provided hundreds of thousands of no-strings debt forgiveness for “socially disadvantaged” farmers, a term defined elsewhere in federal law based solely on ethnicity and race.
The same kind of discrimination marred the bill’s aid to restaurant owners, granting them up to $5 million per facility, but there’s a hitch. Only women, veterans and owners from “socially disadvantaged” racial groups could apply during the program’s first three weeks. White male restaurant owners go to the back of the line, and hope the program’s money didn’t run out.
Sounds more like reparations legislation than COVID-19 relief. Reparations without the label.
Fortunately, federal judges struck down these racist provisions. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Amul Thapar cited Chief Justice John Roberts’ 2007 plurality opinion declaring that “the way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.”
Harris doesn’t believe that.
Harris took a lot of heat in 2022 for suggesting Hurricane Ian aid would be distributed based on “equity.”
The Biden-Harris administration’s proposed infrastructure legislation, Build Back Better, was also chock full of anti-white racism. Contractors and subcontractors would get priority only if they were owned by minorities or women. White male businessowners could take a hike, even if they were in depressed areas.
Far-left members of Congress are eyeing a Harris presidency to push forward with equity, by executive order if necessary. In February, members of Congress led by Rep. Barbara Lee, D-Calif., sent a letter to Biden and Harris,
urging them to appoint a reparations committee in Congress and reminding them that “seventy-two million-plus voters” supported them “in large part due to promises and ideas about equity.”
Biden is toast, but Harris is poised to put equity into action.
Would a Harris presidency be peaceful? Maybe not. When BLM protesters took to the streets in 2020, Harris said on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” that the protesters “are not going to stop. They’re not.” She added, “And they should not, and we should not.”
Fair warning. Racism won’t cure past racism. And race warrior Harris won’t heal the nation. ■

BOTH DEMOCRAT PRESIDENTIAL HOPEFUL Kamala Harris and her VP pick, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, appear to live out their faith.
That would be social issues, progressive ideologies, activism for same-sex marriage and “reparations” for blacks who never were slaves, editing the Bible on an as-needed basis, promoting abortion and transgenderism, and provoking racism by campaigning for “anti-racism” programs that often are racist themselves.
The Washington Stand, the news outlet of the Washington, D.C.-based Family Research Council, has reviewed the church attended at times by Harris, as well as the religious community in which Walz participates.
“For spiritually active, governance engaged conservatives (SAGE Cons), who know firsthand the formative role a church can play, a candidate’s church background is an important issue that often receives little coverage in the mainstream media,” the report explained.
To fill in that gap, the publication cited several facts about Harris’ faith organization, Third Baptist Church in San Francisco.
A typical “black” Baptist church, the report said it has a pastor who has been there nearly five decades, a veteran of the Civil Rights era. In fact, Amos Brown Sr. has used his church for an “array of social programs” concerning refugees, addictions, free lunches and the like.
Brown was “deeply shaped by the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s and 60s. He grew up in Mississippi only an hour away from Emmett Till, a black
teenager about Brown’s age who was lynched and murdered in 1955 after he was accused of offending a white woman,” the report said. He was with the NAACP for years and as recently as weeks ago was citing his great-great-grandfather’s experience with slavery and related a story “of a KKK ambush against a young black pastor.”
He worked in opposition to Clarence Thomas’ nomination to the Supreme Court, and testified to the Senate against Thomas when Joe Biden was chairman of the committee reviewing that nomination. He criticized the U.S. for abandoning a conference promoting anti-Semitism and implied America was culpable for triggering the 9/11 attacks, the report said.

And he’s used his pulpit to promote Harris, as during an Aug. 4 sermon, when he said: “We better stop this culture war that’s going on in America, about whether or not a woman can lead this nation. This has got to stop, this culture war about where the woman belongs. For I heard Sojourner Truth said, a long time ago, ‘Ain’t I a woman? I can pick up a pail of water. I can move a log. I can do anything a man can do.’”
The report also described Walz’s Pilgrim Lutheran Church in St. Paul, Minn., describing it as part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, a group of “liberal” congregations.
The church’s lead preacher is Jen Rome, who recently encouraged the congregation to “free themselves from the ‘garbage’ of societal norms.”
“We humans love to make systems or hierarchies, whether that’s government, or religion, or gender, or race. We just live in all that stuff. We breathe it in, and the dynamics just circulate around in ourselves,” she said.
Its service includes varying liturgy and highlights “contemplation” as well as “Celtic Contemplative Communion and Contemplative Prayer from Nordic and Other Lands.”
And it has modified the Lord’s Prayer to match its political stance, editing it to say: “Our guardian, our mother, our father in heaven, hallowed be thy name …”
It also promotes the LGBT identity and lifestyle and, like Harris’ organization, promotes “anti-racism” campaigns.
Indeed, one of the stated goals of Walz’ church is to “overcome white supremacy.”
It maintains its own “reparations” fund, and is engaged in a variety of other “social justice” endeavors. A recent bulletin included prayer requests such as “the people of areas torn by war and violence, including Gaza and Ukraine,” “refugees,” “victims of gun violence,” “our government” “climate events,” “creation,” “the LGBTQIA+ community,” “our Native, Asian, Latino, and black siblings,” and “our Muslim and Jewish siblings.” ■

IN MARCH 2016, top Planned Parenthood officials in California eagerly emailed one another about an upcoming meeting with the state’s thenattorney general, Kamala Harris. The meeting carried so much import that the Planned Parenthood officials met with Harris’ staff ahead of time “to discuss prep,” emails reviewed by The Daily Signal show.
About two weeks later, on April 5, 2016, California Department of Justice authorities raided the home of a pro-life journalist in his late 20s—David Daleiden, the head of the Center for Medical Progress, who had recently published videos allegedly showing Planned Parenthood officials gruesomely describing how they extract aborted-baby body parts. Daleiden says the videos prove that Planned Parenthood was selling the aborted baby body parts for profit.
How had Daleiden done this? By studying up on fetal tissue and stem
cells, posing as a fetal tissue procurer, infiltrating secretive abortion conferences so protected that they required background checks, schmoozing and sweet-talking abortionists, nurses and researchers over lunch, drinks and dinner, and wearing hidden cameras to capture what no other journalists had.

He did and does believe his work constitutes pro-life, undercover journalism. Daleiden considers abortions and the sale of aborted-baby tissue the most grotesque human rights violation of his age and was willing to devote all of his time and resources to proving that Planned Parenthood must be stopped.
Planned Parenthood has vehemently said Daleiden’s videos were deceptively edited and insisted that it was only reimbursed for costs, but after heavy backlash, they announced in 2015 they will no longer be reimbursed for costs. They also sued Daleiden. He has been involved in a relentless, nineyear-long legal battle, instigated by the California Attorney General’s Office, then under Harris and carried on by Xavier Becerra, both of whom are now serving in President Joe Biden’s administration.

to requests for comment for this article. As a response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade, the BidenHarris Justice Department has charged dozens of individuals with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, including some pro-life grandmothers and a number of fathers of large families. Many of these individuals will spend time in jail or prison.

“This is a pattern for her,” he added. “Her weaponization of the powers of her office, on behalf of her powerful special-interest sponsors in the abortion industry, to cover up their wrongdoing and persecute the people who want to expose it, that began in California with my case and I think it’s a pattern that she’s continuing to this day.”
THE RAID
Daleiden had been traveling all week and decided to take that fateful day off, he said in a phone interview with The Daily Signal. At around 8 a.m. on April 5, 2016, he says, he heard a knock on his door, but he was exhausted and went back to sleep, thinking it was a delivery person. He rose around 11 a.m., started cooking himself a meal, took the garbage out and tossed it into the dumpster before noticing a large white van parked outside.
The door of the van swung open, Daleiden said, and suddenly he found himself face to face with a group of state Justice Department officials and a search warrant for his home.
“There were 11 California DOJ agents who filed out of this big, white, windowless van,” Daleiden recounted. “It was like a dystopian clown car, because they just kept pouring out of the van, one after the other, these tall guys dressed in full California Department of Justice uniform.”
“They had K-9 dog units with them,” he added. “They had these big, black assault rifles that they were carrying. Only about five of them would fit in my one-bedroom apartment at a time. The other six of them had to stand outside on the lawn with their dogs and assault rifles.”
Daleiden said that as they searched his home and rummaged through his belongings, the authorities found printouts and information about the different biotech companies he was investigating and accusing of buying abortedbaby body parts from Planned Parenthood.
But the state DOJ officials reportedly had no interest in his findings (the California DOJ did not respond to requests for comment from The Daily Signal).
“They set those aside,” he said. “They weren’t interested … What they wanted was the undercover video recording equipment and the digital media and the hard drives … That was very telling about how state law enforcement had been weaponized under California Attorney General Kamala Harris at the time.”
Daleiden provided The Daily Signal with video footage of the raid that he took on his computer (footage he captured by quickly turning on the application “Photo Booth” when the state officials entered the house, he said).
The footage shows authorities, wearing uniforms that say “California DOJ Police,” searching Daleiden’s apartment as he calls his lawyer.
“The California DOJ just served a search warrant on my apartment. There’s five guys here in the apartment right now,” a slightly rattled Daleiden can be heard saying from the kitchen, before he moves back to the family room and
examines the search warrant.
Out the window, at least three more officers are visible.

According to the emails, the March 23, 2016 meeting between Planned Parenthood, Harris and her advisers was attended by a number of pro-abortion individuals.
The guest list included Kathy Kneer, who has served as CEO of Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California for the past 32 years; Sue Dunlap, then the president of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles; Celinda Vazquez, then the vice president of public affairs for Planned Parenthood Los Angeles; Ana Sandoval, then a senior adviser at Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California; and Sheri Bonner, who headed Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley for 20 years and now serves as a member of the Human Services Commission of Pasadena.
It’s not immediately clear what was said in the meeting. But both Daleiden and his attorney, Steve Cooley, who served as the Los Angeles County district attorney from 2000 to 2012 and as Daleiden’s legal counsel following the raid, believe it ended in a plan of action— namely, getting Daleiden’s videos and hushing him up.
“There’s no doubt in my mind that Kamala Harris, as attorney general, personally ordered the raid on David Daleiden’s home,” Cooley told The Daily Signal. “This was an effort to seize the video tapes that Mr. Daleiden had made during the course of his investigation. That was
the primary purpose of that raid, to basically suppress his activities with respect to exposing the illegal sale of fetal body parts.”
The emails also show that Jill Habig, then special counsel to Harris, helped coordinate the meeting between Planned Parenthood and the California attorney general. Dozens of other emails viewed by The Daily Signal indicate that Habig was heavily involved in communications between Planned Parenthood and the California attorney general’s office.
Cooley described her to The Daily Signal as Harris’ special “liaison to Planned Parenthood” who helped maintain relations between the abortion giant and the California attorney general’s office.
Habig, who would go on to work for Harris’ U.S. Senate campaign and
the Biden-Harris transition team and is now the founder of the Public Rights Project, did not respond to requests for comment.
According to legal filings submitted by Daleiden’s defense team in March 2017, Habig was internally pushing “criminal enforcement” against Daleiden through email exchanges with Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California’s Beth Parker, and attempted to link Daleiden to “anti-abortion extremist actions.”
According to an Investigation Report from the California DOJ, dated Dec. 3, 2015, Parker told California DOJ agents that “Planned Parenthood would like the computers used to produce the videos seized.” That investigation report describes at length how Parker provided the agents with information furthering Planned Parenthood’s interests against Daleiden.
The California DOJ officers did indeed seize the computers used to produce the videos as well as the videos themselves, Daleiden’s team said.
Daleiden’s legal filings also state that as the National Abortion Federation began work on its federal lawsuit against him, it also was helping efforts to push Harris to prosecute him.

ing records show that on July 24, in the course of preparing the injunction lawsuit, NAF was helping draft a ‘law professor letter to Attorney General’ Harris urging prosecution of Mr. Daleiden,” the motion says.
Daleiden’s team argued in that motion: “By bringing this selective, invidious prosecution, the Attorney General followed the fraudulent plan proposed by the National Abortion Federation and Planned Parenthood to stop Mr. Daleiden’s public speech and obstruct other ongoing official investigations into the criminal trafficking of aborted fetuses. This prosecution was brought based on the invidious purpose to chill Mr. Daleiden’s exercise of First Amendment rights.”

UNDERCOVER VIDEOS
Daleiden’s findings not only rocked Planned Parenthood’s massive ecosystem, they shocked the country.
“Daleiden’s videos landed like a bomb in Washington this summer, providing fodder for a crowded field of Republican presidential contenders and energizing social conservatives on Capitol Hill,” the Washington Post reported at the time. “They also shed harsh new light on the venerable women’s health organization, capturing officials sipping wine while joking about abortion and appearing to haggle over the price of fetal tissue.”
In July 2015, Kneer had emailed Harris about a “heavily edited video of Dr. Deborah Nucatola,” claiming that she wanted Harris to hear “directly from us that the claims being made are clearly outrageous and untrue.” She was referring to a gruesome video depicting Planned Parenthood officials allegedly discussing the sale of aborted-baby body parts—which Planned Parenthood has denied doing.
Posing as a fetal-tissue procurer, Daleiden had secretly recorded Nucatola, then senior director of medical services for Planned Parenthood, candidly discussing how to preserve aborted-baby body parts during the abortions of living babies in between bites of salad and sips of red wine.
The video was published in July 2015.
“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna
crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” she explains.
“And with the [head], in general, some people will actually try to change the presentation so that it’s not vertex,” she continues. “So, if you do it starting from the breech presentation, there’s dilation that happens as the case goes on, and often, the last step, you can evacuate an intact calvarium at the end.”
He also secretly recorded Planned Parenthood official Mary Gatter allegedly discussing how abortionists could use a “less crunchy” technique to abort babies when the mother has said that she wants to
donate fetal tissue. The video shows Gatter haggling over the prices of fetal tissue, discussing suction and vacuum techniques, and more.
“Let me figure out what others are getting, and if this is in the ball park, then its fine, if it’s still low, then we can bump it up,” she says later as they discuss compensation prices. “I want a Lamborghini.”
“What?” asks a shocked-sounding Daleiden.
“I want a Lamborghini,” she laughs.
“Don’t we all?” Daleiden replies.
PLANNED PARENTHOOD AND KAMALA HARRIS
Planned Parenthood aggressively denied the allegation that they sold aborted-baby body parts, saying they were only reimbursed for costs, but it is clear from their emails that they recognized just how bad the optics of the videos were.
In 2015, another Planned Parenthood official pinged Harris’ office (specifically, Jill Habig and Robert Sumner) about a “second video” that was released on July 21, 2015.
“We believe we are fully compliant with all federal and state laws and are investigating the situation,” Beth Parker, chief legal counsel for Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, told Harris’ team. “Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.”
Daleiden’s team argued in their motion for discovery and to recuse that Planned Parenthood’s influence on Harris and Becerra should prevent the California Attorney General’s Office from pursuing the case fairly.
They pointed out that Planned Parenthood donated at least $81,000 to Harris during her tenure as attorney general and in support of her Senate campaign, and that Becerra was also endorsed and financially supported by Planned Parenthood.
Becerra, who became the California attorney general in 2017 and served in the role until 2021, called the investigations into Planned Parenthood a “witch hunt” in 2016.
Daleiden has serious concerns about what a Harris presidency would mean for the United States.
“Anyone who weaponizes the powers of a governmental office in the U.S. in order to suppress the free speech rights of other American citizens, I think anyone who does that is unfit for public office,” he told The Daily Signal. “I think that makes Kamala Harris unfit for public office. And I think a Kamala Harris presidency would be incredibly dangerous for civil rights.” ■

KAMALA HARRIS SUPPORTS ISRAEL like Barack Obama supported traditional marriage in 2008. Just enough to win the election.
On the surface, Obama claimed to support traditional marriage in 2008. “I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman,” he told pastor Rick Warren at the time.
As the country learned later, that was a lie. In 2015, his political adviser David Axelrod admitted that Obama was in favor of gay marriage the whole time. He lied to advance his political career.
“Opposition to gay marriage was particularly strong in the black church, and as he ran for higher office, he grudgingly accepted the counsel of more pragmatic folks like me,” Axelrod wrote in his book with the unintentionally ironic title of “Believer.”

On the surface, Harris claims to support Israel. In a March speech, she said, “I have said repeatedly since Oct. 7, Israel has a right to defend itself.”
Jewish voters have overwhelmingly supported Democrats for decades. In 2020, surveys showed they favored Joe Biden by around 40 points over Donald Trump. That margin matters in swing states with sizable Jewish populations like Pennsylvania and Nevada.
Harris needs strong support from Jewish voters. Many of them care deeply about maintaining U.S. support for Israel as it fights Hamas, as well as stop-
ping anti-Semitism domestically.
But if you look beneath the surface, Harris’ disdain for Israel is obvious.
For one, she reflexively validates Hamas propaganda. In August, the Israeli Air Force attacked and killed 31 terrorists who had gathered at a compound with a school and mosque. The Israeli Defense Forces said it only proceeded after its intelligence confirmed there were no women or children in the targeted building. Hamas officials, however, quickly claimed Israel killed more than 90 people, including civilians.
Now, there are lots of reasons to trust Israel’s military. It’s our ally. It has a democratically elected government and free press. It has a history of honesty. Hamas is a terrorist group that frequently fabri-

cates or exaggerates casualty numbers knowing they’ll be parroted by gullible Western leftists.
That group includes Harris. In response to a question on the incident, she said, “Yet again, there are far too many civilians who have been killed.” She added, Israel has “an important responsibility to avoid civilian casualties.”
Look at the double bind Harris puts Israel in. Hamas intentionally puts its military infrastructure in and around civilian buildings. So, when Israel exercises its “right to defend itself,” it sometimes inadvertently kills civilians. Instead of blasting Hamas for its cowardly actions, Harris smacks Israel. The pressure she puts on Israel is an example of why Hamas uses human shields.
There is more evidence Harris will undermine Israel. In July, she boycotted a congressional speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. In August, she met with leftists in Michigan who want an arms embargo on Israel. Her new Jewish liaison, Ilan Goldenberg, spent the last several months working to impose sanctions on Israelis.
Harris won’t even stand up vigorously to anti-Semites on the left despite her husband being Jewish. Hamas sympathizers pressured her not to pick Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as her running mate. He’s Jewish. She picked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz. For his part, Walz once praised Imam Asad Zaman as a “master teacher.” Zaman once promoted a pro-Hitler video and declared “solidarity with Palestinians” after the Oct. 7 massacre. This summer, Har-
ris said, “I understand the emotion behind” the anti-Semitic protesters on college campuses. In July, proHamas protesters in Washington, D.C., burned the American flag and vandalized monuments to protest Netanyahu’s visit. Harris waited until the next day to condemn them in a written statement.
If you can’t see where Harris is headed here, Obama probably duped you on marriage in 2008.
Trump was the most pro-Israel president in American history. Harris would be the most pro-Hamas. ■

‘Far to the left climate change,’ committed to environmental
VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA HARRIS is even more aligned with the environmental left than Joe Biden, her record and past comments indicate.
Tied to Biden’s $1 trillion-plus climate agenda in her capacity as vice president, Harris has gone beyond Biden’s energy positions in the past as cosponsor of the Green New Deal introduced in 2019 when she was a U.S. senator. And while she has vacillated on some of her more radical policy positions, her record strongly suggests she will be even more “progressive” on energy policy than Biden if she defeats former President Donald Trump in November.
The New York Times describes Harris as a politician who has assumed “positions far to the left of Mr. Biden on climate change,” and Politico writes that Harris’ climate plans would have “gone even further” than those of Biden by instituting policies like a “climate pollution fee.”
While in Congress, Harris was one of the original backers of the Green New Deal, a massive proposal to transform the U.S. economy and transition it away from reliance on fossil fuels, and even favored abolishing the Senate filibuster to ram the bill into law, CNN reported in 2019. Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, another one of the Green New Deal’s original co-sponsors, estimated in 2019 that the price tag for the proposal would be an astonishing $10 trillion.
Some aspects of the Green New Deal, such as huge subsidies for green energy development, ended up making it into what was deceptively named the “Inflation Reduction Act,” Biden’s signature climate bill signed into law in 2022. While Biden and Harris own the same climate record since 2021, the
League of Conservation Voters—one of the largest environmental activist groups in America—rates Harris more highly on its legislative environmental scorecard for her years in the Senate than it does Biden for his long Senate career.
CALLS FOR A TOTAL BAN ON FRACKING
Harris has also previously called for an outright ban on fracking, short for hydraulic fracturing, a proven drilling technology used for extracting oil, natural gas, geothermal energy or water from deep underground.
“There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking,” Harris enthusiastically told a voter during a 2020 town hall hosted by CNN. “And starting with what we can do on day one around public lands, and then there has to be legislation. But yes,

and this is something I’ve taken on in California, I have a history of working on this issue, and to your point, we have to just acknowledge that the residual impact of fracking is enormous in terms of the impact on the health and safety of communities.”
To date, fracking has been responsible for the production of more than seven billion barrels of oil and 600 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, according to the Independent Petroleum Association of America. Yet the practice has become a major target of environmental activists who oppose it, despite its role in cutting American emissions by helping allow cleaner-burning natural gas displace coal in the American power sector.
Biden also delivered an enthusiastic “guarantee” that he would “end fossil fuel” while on the campaign trail in 2019, but he added nuance to his views in a 2020 debate against Trump, maintaining that he favored a gradual energy transition and the elimination of particular subsidies for the fossil fuel industry. Similarly, Harris pivoted on her anti-fracking comments by saying the Biden administration would not ban fracking.
Additionally, Harris has previously called for a ban on plastic straws to fight pollution, according to E&E News.
During her tenure as California’s attorney general, Harris even sued the Obama administration over its plans to potentially extract fossil fuels off the state’s coast, and she launched a separate probe investigating whether ExxonMobil lied to the public and its shareholders about the risks of climate change. ■

DEMOCRACY IS NOT ON THE 2024 BALLOT. But free speech—the bedrock American freedom—absolutely is, warns renowned constitutional expert Jonathan Turley.
A law professor at George Washington University, Turley has testified on constitutional issues before Congress, represented congressmen in court, and is a best-selling author and in-demand expert on constitutional issues.
Explains Turley, “I previously wrote how a Harris-Walz administration would be a nightmare for free speech. Both candidates have shown pronounced anti-free speech values. Now, X owner Elon Musk and former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have posted a Harris interview to show the depths of the hostility of Harris to unfettered free speech.”
The comments from Harris are from 2019, during her previous run for the presidency, and in them, she targets President Donald Trump, who at the time was being censored by leftist social media companies who disagreed with what he said, so they worked to suppress his ability to communicate with tens of millions of Americans.
Turley said, “I have long argued that Trump and the third-party candidates should make free speech a central issue in this campaign.”
He then cited Harris’ open attack on free speech, when she told CNN’s Jake
Tapper: “And when you’re talking about Donald Trump, he has 65 million Twitter followers, he has proven himself to be willing to obstruct justice—just ask Bob Mueller. You can look at the manifesto from the shooter in El Paso to know that what Donald Trump says on Twitter impacts peoples’ perceptions about what they should and should not do.”
Therefore, said Harris, Trump’s comments need to be taken down and the American public no longer permitted to read and hear what Donald Trump has to say.
“And the bottom line,” she told CNN, “is that you can’t say that you have one rule for Facebook and you have a different rule for Twitter. The
same rule has to apply, which is that there has to be a responsibility that is placed on these social media sites to understand their power … They are speaking to millions of people without any level of oversight or regulation. And that has to stop.”
Now, Turley noted, “Musk and Kennedy are still trying to raise the chilling potential of a Harris-Walz administration.”
Turley’s recent book, “The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage,” discusses how the Biden-Harris administration “has proven to be the most anti-free speech administration since John Adams. That includes a massive censorship system described by one federal judge as perfectly ‘Orwellian.’”
“What is most chilling,” notes Turley, “is how censorship and closure are Harris’s default positions when faced with unfettered speech. She declares to CNN that such unregulated free speech ‘has to stop’ and that there is a danger to the country when people are allowed to ‘directly speak to millions and millions of people without any level of oversight and regulation.’”
He pointed out that other Democrats, up to and including Hillary Clinton, have echoed Harris’ ideology.
“Where Biden was viewed as an opportunist in embracing censorship, Harris is a true believer. Like Walz, she has long espoused a shockingly narrow
view of free speech that is reflective of the wider anti-free speech movement in higher education,” he said.
“Harris often speaks of free speech as if it is a privilege bestowed by the government, like a license and that you can be taken off the road if you are viewed as a reckless driver,” he explained.
Turley also noted that polling reveals most Americans, regardless of party, still oppose censorship and favor free speech. ■

THE ECONOMIC POLICIES OF JOE BIDEN and Kamala Harris—aka “Bidenomics,” which Harris continually and enthusiastically assures Americans “is working!”—has worked to cause inflation in the U.S. to skyrocket to levels unmatched since the peak of Jimmy Carter-era “stagflation” during the 1970s.
That in turn has caused prices on virtually everything—from food and gasoline to consumer goods and housing—to radically increase, causing pain and serious hardship for millions of Americans.
Despite the obfuscation and outright lies continually put forth to explain this phenomenon, in reality inflation occurs primarily when the federal government, hungry to spend far more money than it takes in via taxes and other payments, “prints” (via the Federal Reserve) vast amounts of new dollars for it to spend, causing everyone else’s money to mysteriously purchase less than it previously did.
Thus, honest economists have long referred to inflation as “the hidden tax.” Or as William Dunkelberg, chief economist for the National Federation of Independent Business, headlined his recent analysis of Bidenomics in Forbes: “Inflation, A Sneaky Tax On Everything And Everyone.”
For a power-hungry government, money equals raw power. Thus, inflat-
ing the money supply is irresistible for those obsessed with consolidating and increasing their power, including by making various constituencies dependent on government and thereby all but guaranteeing their vote.
Virtually all analysts agree the Biden-Harris regime has surpassed all predecessors in their massive vote-buying strategies. It’s not just obvious vote-buying gambits like student-loan bailouts. It’s perversely named gargantuan spending bills like “The Inflation Reduction Act,” which radically fueled inflation by steering hundreds of billions of dollars in federal spending

toward constituencies considered likely to vote Democrat, particularly minority racial and ethnic groups— all while pretending to fight catastrophic “climate change.”
Of course, the net result of high inflation, caused entirely by government, is to make everyone’s paychecks and savings worth less and less.
But there’s more economic mischief afoot. Since being christened the Democrats’ 2024 presidential candidate, Harris’ new economic schemes have inspired alarm, and not just on the part of conservatives.

plans for authoritarian price controls to lower grocery prices, Donald Trump described the proposal as “SOVIET Style Price Controls.” But then, so did the Washington Post, which headlined its analysis: “When your opponent calls you ‘communist,’ maybe don’t propose price controls?” along with the subtitle: “It’s hard to exaggerate how bad Kamala Harris’s price-gouging proposal is.”
The New York Sun headlined its analysis: “Kamala Harris’s Price Control Agenda Is Inseparable From Socialism.”
Likewise, when Harris announced that her knee-jerk “tax the rich” plans included not just raising top marginal tax rates on the wealthy from 37% to 39.6%, but to impose on the wealthiest Americans a 25% tax on unrealized capital gains—that is, taxing profits they never actually received—Forbes headlined its rebuke this way: “Kamala Harris Plan To Tax Unrealized Capital Gain Is Scary, Here’s Why.”
‘WE’VE COME TO A TURNING POINT’
President Ronald Reagan, in his Feb. 5, 1981 address to the nation on the economy, shortly after taking office and having to deal with the disastrous Carter-era inflation, said the following:
“We know now that inflation results from all that deficit spending. Government has only two ways of getting money other than raising taxes. It can go into the money market and borrow, competing with its own citizens and driving up interest rates, which it has done, or it can print money, and it’s done that. Both methods are inflationary.
“It’s time to recognize that we’ve come to a turning point. We’re threat-
ened with an economic calamity of tremendous proportions, and the old business-as-usual treatment can’t save us. Together, we must chart a different course.”
Reagan closed with a poignant warning: “We can leave our children with an unrepayable massive debt and a shattered economy, or we can leave them liberty in a land where every individual has the opportunity to be whatever God intended us to be. All it takes is a little common sense and recognition of our own ability. Together we can forge a new beginning for America.”
In 2024, that “turning point” and “new beginning” would translate into bringing back into the White House Donald Trump, under whose leadership inflation was well under 2%, gasoline under $2 per gallon, employment high, real wages rising and the U.S. economy roaring. ■
HARRIS INSIDERS ADMIT HER PRICE CONTROLS ‘MIGHT ACTUALLY NOT DO ANYTHING TO BRING DOWN GROCERY PRICES’
INSIDERS in Vice President Kamala Harris’ orbit have walked back her suggestion that her proposed grocery “price gouging” ban would lower prices for consumers, the New York Times has reported.
Harris debuted the “price gouging” ban proposal during a speech in North Carolina and was roundly lambasted for what are essentially price controls. However, anonymous sources familiar with Harris’ thinking backpedaled on her policy to the Times, insisting the “price gouging” ban would only actually take effect in “emergency situations”—and thus would not be likely to bring prices down right away.
The Harris proposal would be specifically focused on the food and grocery industries, and it would not be determined by any specific numerical targets or barometers, sources familiar with Harris’ thinking told the Times. It would also apparently kick into effect only in dire circumstances like the immediate aftermath of a natural disaster or in the event of another pandemic. Since the U.S. is not facing any such conditions at the moment, the plan “might actually not do anything to bring down grocery prices right now.”
Harris did not provide many specifics on her plan to prevent food companies and grocers from “price gouging” in her North Carolina speech, though she noted that the plan “will include new penalties for opportunistic companies that exploit crises and break the rules.” Throughout the speech, Harris implied strongly that her various proposals, including subsidizing housing demand, will make life more affordable for ordinary, middle-class Americans who are facing the sting of persistent inflation.
Yet the lack of details about her price-gouging ban puts Harris in a political bind, according to the New York Times: It is difficult for Harris to sell her proposal as an effective way to deliver relief to everyday Americans when her team is downplaying its effectiveness, and others with knowledge of her thinking tell the press her policy may not actually have any impact at all.
While former President Donald Trump, economists and the editorial boards of the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post all sharply criticized Harris’ proposal as collectivist and poor policy, some in the corporate media, as well as other Democrats, have tried to defend the policy or suggest that criticisms are just the spawn of partisan GOP talking points. ■

‘A different dimension’: ‘Crazy’ Kamala’s own real brain problems
Could there be a physical reason for the Democrat candidate’s incomprehensible word salads?
WHILE MUCH HAS BEEN SAID of “Dementia-gate”—the intentional hiding of Joe Biden’s diminishing mental faculties by his own administration, the Biden family and the national news media—there has been less focus on the cognitive capabilities of the name now at the top of the 2024 Democratic presidential ticket: Kamala Harris.
The vice president is well-known for her instant bursts of laughter, but she also is characterized by frequent, whimsical, airheaded word salads, those long, often-incomprehensible strings of words that make little or no sense.
One high-profile video that went viral in August 2024 showed Harris trying to explain how data storage in “the cloud” meant information was somehow stored up in the sky.
“No longer are you necessarily keeping those private files in some file cabinet that’s locked in the basement of the house,” she said. “It’s on your laptop, and it’s then—therefore—up here in this cloud that exists above us. Right?” she said, holding her hand up in the air and looking skyward. “It’s no longer in a physical place.”
Filmmaker and conservative activist Dinesh D’Souza quipped after her cloud-storage claim: “If she doesn’t make it to the White House, I’m sure MIT
is ready to make her a full professor.”
Here are a few more deep thoughts straight from the Harris mouth:
“Ukraine is a country in Europe. It exists next to another country called Russia. Russia is a bigger country. Russia is a powerful country. Russia decided to invade a smaller country called Ukraine so, basically, that’s wrong.”
“It is time for us to do what we have been doing and that time is every day. Every day it is time for us to agree.”
“Talking about the significance of the passage of time, right? The significance of the passage of time. So when you think about

“You need to get to go and need to be able to get where you need to go.”
“I think it’s very important ... for us at every moment in time and certainly this one, to see the moment in time in which we exist and are present, and to be able to contextualize it, to understand where we exist in the history and in the moment as it relates not only to the past but the future.”
Harris’ word salads and jumbled thoughts are so legendary, the Babylon Bee even produced a brilliant video parody, featuring a 6-year-

old boy as her speechwriter:
“Have you ever wondered how Kamala Harris comes up with her brilliant insights? Meet Oliver Bartholomew, the vice president’s 6-year-old speechwriter. He writes words good.”
But might there be a physical reason for her curious style of speech?
There have been suggestions Harris suffers from aphasia, a language disorder caused by damage in a specific area of the brain that controls language expression and comprehension.
According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, “Aphasia leaves a person unable to communicate effectively with others. A person with aphasia may have trouble understanding, speaking, reading, or writing. ...
“The symptoms of aphasia depend on which type a person has. ... Wernicke aphasia is sometimes called a receptive aphasia. People with this type of aphasia may speak in long confusing sentences, add unnecessary words, or create new words. They usually have trouble understanding the speech of others.”
Meanwhile, a report in Britain’s Daily Mail suggests it could also be a little-known but common psychological condition called logorrhea— also known as verbal diarrhea.
Ratu Annisa of the University of North Sumatra told the paper: “The causes of the speech errors made by Kamala Harris are social factors, both situational anxiety and social circumstances.”
Gregg Levoy, an American behavioral specialist, wrote in a blog on Psychology Today that for people who incessantly ramble, speech can become “a barrier rather than a connector.”
“It’s easy to dismiss them as merely narcissistic, but this is immensely hard to undo and not necessarily their fault,” he wrote. “It’s a holdover from that original egocentric stage around one or two years old, when children naturally feel grandiose and at the center of the universe.”
Matt Whitlock, a Republican strategist, previously accused Harris of being unable to speak “normally,” posting: “It’s pretty striking that she is simply incapable of speaking normally. Is she actually smoking weed before grabbing the mic? It would explain so much.”
Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham chimed in, saying: “While Joe is slipping into dementia, Kamala is slipping into a different dimension.”
During the summer, Donald Trump talked to Ingraham about Kamala’s odd laugh: “She got rid of the laugh. I notice I haven’t seen that crazy laugh. She’s crazy. That laugh, that’s the laugh of a crazy person. But I notice that she’s not using that laugh anymore. Somebody convinced her, ‘Don’t laugh. Just don’t laugh, under any circumstances.’” ■

Polling reveals ‘overwhelming majority’ of Democrat Harris has promised to impose on America
WE ALL HAVE FRIENDS, colleagues and loved ones who are lifelong Democrat voters. This is intended for them, and for those of us willing to engage in discussions with them about the upcoming election. Conversations about politics are challenging, but voters should be able to answer the questions I pose here, if they take their responsibilities as a citizen seriously.
When you ask Democrats (or others) who support Vice President Kamala Harris why they intend to vote for her, a significant number will give some version of, “Because Trump ...” They may believe the propaganda that he’s “a threat to democracy,” or that he’s “going to start World War III,” or that he’ll “throw his political opponents in jail.” Some will simply say they just don’t like him.
But if that’s your answer, it’s not good enough. Nor is it sufficient to parrot platitudes like “I’m voting for joy” or “hope” or “progress,” whatever that means.
You’re not just voting against Candidate X or for some happy feeling; you are casting your ballot in favor of another candidate and for her policies. What are they? Do you know?
If you do, kudos. You’ve done some homework. Because it’s not as if Harris’ presidential campaign has told you what her policies are—her website has only slogans, ways to donate and merch sales.
Nor was the platform of a President Harris/Vice President Tim Walz administration laid out at the Democratic National Convention this past summer. As journalist Camilla Long explained in a blistering piece for the New York Post, the convention was both a surreal swoonfest of Kamalove and a hotbed of Trump Derangement Syndrome.
The media is in on the obfuscation. Harris has largely refused to give interviews or press conferences since President Joe Biden was forced out of the campaign, and the press has been only too happy to cover for her.
The radio silence is a feature, not a bug. Because, in fact, Harris actually has a track record of supporting specific policies. The problem is that most Americans don’t agree with them.
Indeed, except for the legalization of abortion on demand up until birth, her own voters don’t even know what they are.
The Media Research Center published a recent survey of 1,200 registered
Democrat and independent voters, and the results were shocking, if not surprising. When asked about 10 policy positions Harris supports, the overwhelming majority (between 71% to 86%) of those surveyed did not know any of them. They did not know, for example, that Harris supports getting rid of the border patrol, allowing death row inmates to vote, and abolishing all private health insurance.
Columnist Byron York wrote recently that Harris is trying to triangulate by having campaign officials insist that she has “moderated” her earlier positions; he notes, however, that Harris herself has made no such public statements. This, of course, leaves Harris the ability, if she gets elected, to disregard those surrogates’ statements and pursue the policies she has consistently espoused in the past.
So, I’m asking you, Democrat and never-Trump friends, do you know what you are voting for? Because if you’re anything like the voters that MRC surveyed, lost in all the antiTrump propaganda and Gen Z babble about “vibes” is the possibility that Harris might not represent the values you say matter to you:
DEMOCRATS: YOU VOTING FOR?
Democrat voters have no idea of the truly radical agenda America as president
• Do you support freedom of speech? The Biden/Harris administration pressured media companies to censor truthful information about COVID19, and the point person for that effort—Rob Flaherty—is now Harris’ deputy campaign manager. That bodes well.
• The integrity of the democratic process? Harris was installed as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, not selected by voters. And the DNC tried to destroy Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s independent candidacy by burying him in lawsuits. Kennedy—penultimate Democratic Party royalty if there ever was any—left the party and endorsed former President Donald Trump. So has former Hawaii congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard.
• A fair and impartial justice system? The Biden/Harris administration has weaponized the Justice Department to go after Democrats’ political opponents, try them, convict them and throw them in prison—including but not limited to Trump.
• A secure border, safe cities, lower crime, and adequate care and support for our veterans? As “border czar,” Harris presided over this administration’s open borders policy that has allowed 10 million illegal aliens into the country. Americans have been victimized by crimes and drug trafficking. Tens of billions of dollars have been diverted to benefits for people here illegally that could have been spent on America’s poor, our homeless, and better care for our veterans. And Harris promoted a fund to post bail for criminals arrested for riots and arson during the widespread violence in 2020.
• A strong middle class and a robust entrepreneurial economy? Biden and Harris stifled America’s energy production on Day One of their administration, sending oil prices skyrocketing and creating record levels of inflation. Now, Harris is pushing for massive tax increases that will penalize investment, crush small business and send the prices of consumer goods even higher.
• Stable foreign policy, an end to American involvement in foreign wars and profligate spending of American taxpayer dollars in other nations? The departure from Afghanistan was an unmitigated disaster. War has broken out in eastern Europe and the Middle East under the Biden/ Harris administration. Israel was brutally attacked. One hundred seventy-five billion dollars from U.S. taxpayers has been sent or promised to Ukraine.
Is this really what you want? Because if you vote for Harris, it’s what you’re voting for, whether you know it—or admit it—or not. ■
