Offering

An offering will be taken following the Friday evening general session. The offering will go towards the Mary Hill Davis Offering for Texas Missions. Checks may be made payable to WMU of Texas. You may also give online at wmutx.org/giveonline

First Aid

If medical attention is needed, please see a WMU of Texas representative in the registration hallway.

Insurance

Limited accident insurance is provided for registered attendees while at the Annual Meeting. If an accident occurs, please go to the registration table and ask for a WMU of Texas representative to assist you. Coffee & Water Stations

Coffee and water will be available throughout the campus. Find a WMU volunteer for directions.

Spanish Translation

The general sessions will be translated into Spanish. Translation headsets/headphones may be checked out at the registration table before each session.

Meals

Meals are on your own Friday, April 21. There are wonderful restaurants nearby. Scan the QR code to learn more. On Saturday, lunch will be provided during the lunch and learn session at 12:00 PM.
