MEETING & MISSIONS CELEBRATION

2023
21-22, 2023 WMU OF TEXAS 2023 ANNUAL
APRIL

WELCOME TO PURSUE 2023 , the WMU of Texas Annual Meeting & Missions Celebration!

This is indeed our opportunity to celebrate all that God has done and is doing through your missions outreach efforts, locally and abroad. We thank Dr. Jason Atchley and Hunters Glen Baptist Church of Plano for hosting our event this weekend.

As our WMU of Texas family gathers, we acknowledge that, together, we are Texas missions. Not only will our time together be filled with workshops to equip and empower you for missions, but it will also be a time for us to celebrate the many cultures represented in the WMU of Texas family.

During the conference, workshop topics covered will include everything from ministering across cultures to church planting to leaving a legacy for the continuation of WMU of Texas ministries through estate planning. We’re looking forward to a weekend of purpose that propels you to action!

We are also excited to be joined by the national WMU President, Connie Dixon, and representatives from our missions partners: Baptist General Convention of Texas, North American Mission Board, and the International Mission Board. Throughout our two days together, you will have an opportunity to interact with Texas Baptists, NAMB, and IMB missionaries. See missionary schedule on page 23 for more information.

Finally, the Dallas – Fort Worth Metroplex is filled with attractions to explore, restaurants to visit, and vibrant scenery for some of the best selfies in Texas. Enjoy your time in North Texas!
