Becky Ellison OCTOBER 28, 1961 – MAY 16, 2020

Christian Women’s Job Corps®/Christian Men’s Job Corps® Consultant for Woman’s Missionary Union of Texas. Becky began working with CWJC, a job-training and life-skills ministry of WMU, in 2004. In 2014, four years after she was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer with no approved treatment, she became a full-time strategist and consultant for CWJC and CMJC with WMU of Texas. In that role, she worked with more than 50 ministry sites around the state. Tamiko Jones, Executive Director-Treasurer, shared sentiments from all who knew Becky – “We give God all praise and glory for allowing us to serve alongside Becky and for the honor of knowing her. We will definitely miss her and we grieve, but we do not grieve as those who have no hope (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). We know that Becky is no longer in pain and was received by our Heavenly Father with open arms.” Becky is survived by her husband of 36 years, Michael; daughter Chelsie Massey and her husband Robert; grandson Robert Massey III; and sister Karen Gonzalez.
