YOUNGSVILLE, LOUISIANA
Within Studio was engaged to design the interiors of Youngsville’s new Municipal Complex, a 16,400-square-foot civic hub housing City Hall, Council Chambers, and Police Department facilities.
Our chosen palette; Redefining Community, draws from agricultural heritage and earth-minded serenity, offering a comforting yet elevated experience for citizens and staff. Inspired by seasonal cycles and natural landscapes, the interiors feature richly subtle hues of sea, sand, forest, and sky. Symbolic “Y” shapes and angles appear throughout the design, an homage to the sugar cane fields, the region’s agricultural roots, and the very name of Youngsville.

Within Studio provided interior design services for the renovation of approximately 21,000 square feet within Building 201 at the University of Arizona Health Sciences campus. The project transformed existing vacant space into a cohesive administrative and faculty office environment for the Department of Medical Imaging.
Working within an active academic medical campus, the design focused on optimizing workflow, integrating current best practices for academic healthcare office environments, and creating a professional yet welcoming setting that supports research, collaboration, and faculty engagement. The renovation balanced programmatic efficiency, accessibility, infrastructure integration, and long-term operational performance, delivering a thoughtfully organized workplace aligned with the University’s standards and mission.

CENTER

Within Studio is currently leading interior design, furniture curation, custom branding, and signage for Quick Quack’s new 30,000-square-foot Innovation Center in Rocklin, California. As the creative engine behind one of the nation’s fastest-growing car wash brands, this flagship space merges playful personality with polished purpose.
Our design direction channels Quick Quack’s bold, and unapologetically clean introducing elevated materials, branded moments, and immersive storytelling across both interior and exterior touchpoints. From duck-yellow accents to dynamic wayfinding, every detail is crafted to energize collaboration, celebrate culture, and redefine what a workplace can feel like.

MISTER CAR WASH HEADQUARTERS

In 2017, Within Studio was hired to support the interior design and branding integration for Mister Car Wash’s second Tucson headquarters, located in the historic 1929 O’Rielly Motor Company building. Once a forgotten warehouse, the 29,000-square-foot structure underwent a dramatic $6.2 million transformation, now a vibrant hub of collaboration, culture, and light.
Within helped shape interiors that honor the building’s industrial bones while embracing Mister’s modern momentum. Exposed brick, custom dining, and branded moments infuse the space with personality and purpose. From bathroom glow-ups to mezzanine magic, this HQ is a celebration of legacy, innovation, and clean energy.

Within Studio was engaged to design the district offices for ALA Leadership Academy, envisioning a headquarters that reflects the organization’s commitment to growth, connection, and well-being. Though unbuilt, the concept centered on a soft blue-green palette, symbolizing renewal, clarity, and optimism, balanced by warm neutrals and natural textures.
From gallery-style reception to biophiliarich terraces, every space was designed to foster collaboration, hospitality, and emotional intelligence. Inspired by books, water, and light, the interiors offered a gently playful atmosphere where innovation and leadership could thrive.

Within Studio designed the corporate offices for Commerce Bank (now Southwest Heritage Bank), located at Two Oracle Place in Tucson. This tenant improvement project reimagined the workplace for modern banking operations, infusing the space with clarity, confidence, and brand-forward design. Inspired by the bank’s iconic blue, our interiors reflect trust, innovation, and a fresh sense of purpose. The result is a clean, uplifting environment that balances professionalism with warmth, supporting both focused work and collaborative culture.

Within Studio was hired to redesign floors 4 through 8 of Building 201 at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center, transforming a complex multiuser environment into a unified, futurefacing workplace. Each floor served a distinct group with unique needs, from research teams to administrative staff, so we began with deep listening, conducting interviews to understand their goals, workflows, and aspirations. Our design response centered on a cohesive palette of materials and finishes that tie the building together while allowing each floor to express its own identity. The result is a layered, intuitive environment that supports collaboration, clarity, and the advancement of health sciences in Arizona.

SUNQUEST
I NFORMATION SYSTEMS

Within Studio designed the new global headquarters for Sunquest Information Systems, a diagnostic informatics company with deep roots in Tucson and a mission to make healthcare smarter and patients safer. Located in the scenic Catalina Foothills, the 83,000-squarefoot building reflects a cultural shift toward agility, innovation, and employee empowerment. Within transformed the former Muscular Dystrophy Association headquarters into a dynamic, light-filled workplace complete with flexible work zones, “team” rooms, wellness amenities, and the immersive Lab of the Future. The design removes physical barriers, fosters serendipitous collaboration, and celebrates Sunquest’s global impact through a distinctly local lens.

Within Studio was invited to design Analog Devices’ 15,000 m sq semiconductor product design center in General Trias, Cavite, an innovative workplace for 1,200 engineers at the heart of the company’s Asian operations. Responding to a generational shift in values and work styles, the design fosters flexibility, collaboration, and personal empowerment.
Interior materials echo the country’s biodiversity and cultural heritage, from travertine floors inspired by the Banaue rice terraces to bamboo-paneled walls and felt-lined light wells. The result is a space that merges past, present, and future, where engineering excellence flows as seamlessly as water through a rice paddy or electrons through a chip.
This is the first building in the Philippines to implement underfloor air distribution, setting a new benchmarks for ergonomic, sustainable tech workplaces in Southeast Asia. DID YOU KNOW?

Within Studio was engaged to design the AAA Call Center in Tucson with a focus on visual wellness, spatial clarity, and desert-inspired vibrancy. The interiors were crafted to offer moments of rest and renewal, balancing expansive views with energizing color palettes that keep employees alert but never rushed. Natural light and warm tones echo the surrounding Sonoran landscape, bringing the brightness of the desert indoors. The result is a workplace that supports focus, calm, and connection. Every glance finds something grounding, and every space invites ease.
