MAINTENANCE CHECKS
COMBINE HEADER:
Grease moving parts, check drive shafts, chains and belts.
COMBINE ENGINE:
Replace engine oil and filters
TRANSMISSION & HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:
Inspect fluid levels and top up with recommended grade
PULLIES, SPROCKETS & BEARINGS:
Ensure proper lubrication for all pulley bearings and belt tensioners
COOLING SYSTEM:
Check coolant levels and top up
CHAINS:
Check chains and apply appropriate chain lube
TRACTORS ENGINES:
Replace engine oil and filters
TRANSMISSION & HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:
Check fluid levels, replacing filters if needed.
COOLING SYSTEM:
Check coolant levels and top up with correct coolant /antifreeze
BEARINGS, PIVOT POINTS, & CV JOINTS:
Inspect and grease.
GRAIN TRAILERS
GREASE POINTS:
Axles, wheel bearings and hydraulic rear doors
BALERS GEARS:
Drain gear oil and replace with recommended grade for machine.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS:
Top up hydraulic oil
BELTS, PULLIES, SPROCKETS & BEARINGS
CHAINS:
Keep drive chains operating smoothly with proper tension and lubrication that includes an Anti-fling additive.
COMPRESSORS:
Top up any compressors with the recommended oil
PTO SHAFT: Inspect & grease
MOWERS BELTS, PULLIES & CHAINS
BEARINGS
CORN DRYER
MACHINERY CLEANING

ALL PARTS: Clean the dust and muck off machinery
