Estate equipment and machinery is often used all year round in all weathers and challenging conditions and these products are designed using the latest technology, helping reduce wear and tear, avoid corrosion and enhance smooth operating performance. LAWN MOWER OILS Lawn Mower 30 This SAE 30 viscosity grade engine oil is specifically designed for many air cooled lawnmower engines. This viscosity grade is recommended by many of the leading lawnmower manufacturers.

Meets the following Specifications: API CG-4/CF/CF-4, API SG/SF Available in a choice of 1, 5 & 25 litres.

Lawn Mower 10W-30 This SAE 10W-30 viscosity grade product is recommended where a multigrade engine oil is required.

Incorporating additives that protect and keep clean internal components, this product has numerous horticultural applications.

Meets the following Specifications: API CH-4, API SJ. Available in a choice of 1, 5 & 25 litres.

CHAIN OILS Enviroyl Biodegradable Chain Oil This environmentally friendly chain saw oil has special tacky properties and is suitable for all chain saw, horticultural and specialist forestry equipment.

Benefits: A biodegradable product in place of a mineral oil without compromise on quality or performance. ISO viscosity 100.

Qualube Chain Oil is a high quality lubricant containing a dedicated “Anti-Sling” additive manufactured to an ISO 100 viscosity grade which both lubricates and protects the chain.

Qualube Clear Chain Spray Lubricant is a specially formulated oil in aerosol form for the lubrication of all types of chains. Protects chains against rusting and corrosion. Contains non-fling additives to resist fly-off from chain.

TWO STROKE OILS Qualube Two Stroke Oil Qualube Two Stroke Oil is a high quality lubricant which is formulated to reduce engine deposits and smoking. It offers high revving motors, excellent detergency and lubrication. Ideal for strimmers, chainsaws and many other horticultural machinery.

Enviroyl TCW-3 Two Stroke This is a high quality lubricant incorporating excellent detergency, lubricity and low smoke index additives.

It is a fully biodegradable synthetic based product which can be used where an environmentally sensitive product is required. Blended with the protection of the environment as the highest priority, this product minimises impact on wildlife as much as possible.

Quad Bike Engine Oil 10W-30 & 10W-40 Qualube MCEO 10W-30 & 10W-40 are dedicated 4T motorcycle engine oils, suitable for both water and air cooled motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles (ATV’s) such as quad bikes. Manufactured to the JASO T903: 2011 MA2 specification, both products provide outstanding protection and performance in all sorts of conditions.

Quad Bike & Motorcycle Engine Oil 10W-30

These products demonstrates outstanding deposit control compared to a standard car engine oil, ensuring the narrow oil ways within the engine are kept clean and clear. The needs of ATV’s are distinct in that the requirements are for the fluid to lubricate the gearbox as well. ATV oil temperatures will often exceed those in cars, requiring better thermal stability to minimize oil degradation and deposit formation.

Generally ATV’s also run at higher speeds, outputs and higher temperatures, hence higher lubricity performance is vital to reduce metal to metal friction and heat generation so providing better operating temperatures.

Qualube Universal Oil 20W-30 As specialists in agricultural lubricants, our range of universal products provide reliability and compatibility to the modern farmer and estate owner whatever the age and size of their vehicles and machinery.

This 20W-30 viscosity grade product is specifically blended to meet the needs of small compact tractors and vintage tractors that require a fluid that will protect the engine and transmission without the harsh detergents & dispersants found in their modern equivalents.

Qualube Extremol 15W-40 This high performance, heavy duty Agricultural Tractor Engine Oil for diesel engines, which is formulated using advanced Group II base oil technology and enhanced additive systems and manufactured to give exceptional performance whatever the conditions. This product gives constant protection against deposits that build up from fuel combustion and is ideal for use in heavy duty diesel engines in severe on and off highway applications. This product is recommended for use in vehicles fitted with advanced exhaust after treatment systems. It has been developed to maximize the life of the particulate trap filter, it is backwards compatible and therefore may also be used in older engines. Qualube Extremol FS 15W-40 meets a wide range of OEM and industry specifications allowing it to be used comfortably across mixed fleets.

GREASES

Lithium Complex This NLGI.2 grease is used in applications where high temperature and load carrying is required. It also incorporates a tacky additive to give excellent resistance to water. Often used as a general purpose grease where washing down is frequent.

Benefits: Exceptional mechanical stability extends re-lubrication intervals • Excellent oxidation stability provides lasting lubrication at high temperatures • Excellent load bearing properties and anti-wear performance • Good corrosion resistance protects components operating in wet and arduous conditions. Lithium Extreme Pressure 2 Grease An extreme pressure NLGI.2 grease, this multi-purpose product is specified by many manufacturers.

HYDRAULIC OIL Hydrapower HV46 A superior ISO 46 grade hydraulic fluid suitable for use in most hydraulic systems where a High Viscosity Index lubricant is required, such as self-propelled harvesters, hydrostatic drives, hedge cutters, topper mowers and where heat and wear is a problem. This product is formulated using very high Shear Stable VI improvers in order to meet the high demands of Poclain Hydraulics amongst others.

ANTIFREEZE & COOLANTS Blue Antifreeze

Qualube Blue Antifreeze is a general purpose antifreeze, based on silicate and nitrate inhibitor technology. It is a Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) based antifreeze and summer coolant, that provides maintenance free protection against freezing and boiling, but also gives excellent corrosion protection in cooling systems when mixed with the appropriate amount of water. Often used in older vehicles or applications where a modern long-life coolant is not required, Qualube Blue Antifreeze provides a high level of cost effective protection to cooling systems and is conformable to British Standard BS6580:1992 and BS 6580:2010. Available in a choice of 1, 5 & 25 litres.

Qualguard ORATEC 50/50 Coolant

This Coolant is a monoethylene glycol-based engine and is a pre-mixed ready to use coolant. The additive package is designed with the latest inhibitor component technology to produce finished antifreeze, which is free of amine, phosphate & silicate. The combination of the long-lasting organic additives with carefully selected mineral inhibitors makes this technology extremely suitable for application in heavy-duty cast-iron engines.

ENGINE PROTECTION ALL YEAR ROUND

Used as a cooling and heat transferring fluid in combustion engines and in particular for heavy duty applications, excessive heat is transferred via the fluid to the radiator where the mixture is cooled by means of airflow. This Hybrid Coolant provides maintenance free protection against freezing and boiling and offers many benefits to the engine.

Qualguard ORATEC 50/50 Coolant is an extended life antifreeze which should be replaced every five years or every 250,000 km for passenger vehicles or every 1,000,000 km for trucks and commercial vehicles. Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEMs) recommendations should be followed when changing out cooling systems.

In recent years there has been a global move towards more environmentally safe and sustainable products and people are increasingly demanding more environmental alternative lubricants and greases. Its unique formula enables the lubricants to stay in place and not evaporate. They are not washed off or displaced by salt water spray, which sets them apart from traditional petroleum b ased lubricants.

Environmentally Safe Our planet is under threat from the long term use of chemicals. Many customers require a high quality lubricant but now wish to have a more environmentally safe product on their machinery to protect their staff and the environment in which they work. Lubricants and other chemicals can affect areas such as agricultural fields, waterways and forests. The Gun range includes the highest quality oils with an award winning, environmentally safe, biodegradable option which has outstanding lubricating qualities without all the nasties. The gun cleaner helps remove harmful deposits that can build up inside and impair the firing accuracy.

GAME & PHEASANT FEEDERS This 40 Litre Drum Feeder is used to store grain feed for pheasants and other game birds and also suitable for chickens.

GUN OILS & CLEANER Witham Gun Oil Is the highest quality, light viscosity, mineral lubricating oil, which offers sympathetic but powerful protection to all conventional metals, wood stocks, plus gold and silver inlays and suited to all types of sporting guns – vintage to modern. With a potent water-resistant rust inhibitor this oil is specifically developed to protect internal and external metal parts from rust and corrosion plus fishing reels and other precision mechanisms. The product will not harden or become rancid giving extra-long service. Witham Gun Oil flows freely, from a fine mist aerosol.

Witham Biodegradable Gun Oil Witham Biodegradable Gun Oil is made with lanolin oil, derived from sheep’s wool and is a powerful natural lubricator, water repellent and corrosion protector. Witham Gun Barrel & Choke Cleaner Designed to deliver unparalleled cleaning ability. An ultra-effective, blend of selected purging solvents which are highly effective for removing gun powder, lead, other metals, and plastic wad from cartridge residues. The cleaner removes such items from exposed and internal metal surfaces and displaces non-visible moisture from metal pores. Due to its unique solvent ratio & propellant mix, it is a quick, super-efficient and easy to use product which penetrates rapidly and flows freely, cleaning dirt and grime from the fine mist aerosol. This Gun Barrel & Choke cleaner is also specifically designed to dry slower to ensure it removes even the most stubborn deposits.

TIMBERLAST COMPLETE WOOD PROTECTOR

Timberlast Wood Protector is an economical solvent based, ready to use wood treatment. It protects, colours and penetrates the timber and uses biocide preservers to prevent the decay and surface growth of moulds. It is ideal to decorate and protect sheds, fences, trellis, decking and any timber structures where a translucent colour and water repellent finish is required, whilst leaving the wood grain visible. Woco Water Based Preserver

WATER BASED PRESERVER

This highly recommend product is used as the first step in the preparation of wood restoration and d ecorating. A water based, quick drying treatment for both wet rot, dry rot and wood boring insects.

A very low odour formulation which is ideally suited for enclosed and external use prior to coating with paint, varnish or sealer. It is compatible with our Stain Blocking Primer and outstanding top coat.

Osmo Clear Decking Oil

A Premium grade oil based for all hardwood and softwood decking. This product contains UV filters to protect and will enhance the natural beauty of the wood. Does not crack flake or peel and comes in a satin finish.

Creocote

Available in a “Nut Brown” Dark shade, Creocote is ideally suited to protect and improve the appearance of rough woods such as sheds, fences and barns and provides excellent surface water repellency, so restricting weather damage. Creocote can be used on a variety of exterior woods not only to protect and preserve but also to improve grain definition. The product exhibits the characteristic odour familiar to traditional creosote users, but is an oil-based effective substitute treatment for exterior woods developed as a safer, more environmentally friendly alternative.

Benefits: Creocote can be applied by either brush or spray, and can be used by the general public as well as the trade. Available in a choice of 4, 20 or large barrel 205 litre containers.

Traditional Creosote Traditional Creosote has been withdrawn from sale by many organisations due to its potential

impact on the environment. We do stock traditional Creosote but only to professional users, and supplied in a minimum of 20 litre or 205 litre barrels. (The sale of this effective wood protection is governed by EU environmental and health and safety legislation and can only be sold to trade account customers).
