Enhance Your Self-Understanding This path gives participants educational and experiential resources to help them understand themselves and how they exist and live within the larger world. On this path, participants will use tools such as the Enneagram, chakras, astrology, and more to better understand who they are. Ground and Restore Yourself This path gives participants tools to find their center and restore themselves through activities, lessons, and experiences. On this path, participants will find somatic exercises, ritual engagements, and meditations to help guide them on their journey to personal restoration and growth.
