Coach/Manager Reminders

Coaches:

• You do not need to set up a practice or contact your players. We have already sent them the necessary information about the event.

• We ask that all coaches check-in 30 minutes prior to your first game with the tournament director on Saturday, March 20.

• The tournament director will give you a bag that has the shirts and bag tags for each player. There will also be a coaches gift.

• Remember, this event is for fun. Please split up playing time as evenly as you can. There are no awards for first place.

Players:

• Please check the rosters to make sure you know what team you are on as some rosters have changed

• Wear your association uniform Bring both light and dark sets

Coaches:

• Arrive to your playing location 30 minutes prior to your first game

• Check-in with the tournament director  They will provide you with the team roster, reminders, shirts for each player, bag tag for each player, coach lanyard and coach coffee mug.  Find your designated team meeting area outside  Welcome the players and parents as they arrive  You will be ushered into the facility once your court is available Remember, this event is for fun and to split up playing time as evenly as possible

Players:

• Arrive to your playing location 20 minutes prior to your first game

• Enter the facility with the rest of your team when your court is available

• Each player can have one spectator attend the games

• Remember to wear your association uniform, bring both sets
