We are a certified organic dairy farm. In the fall, after grazing all summer, we have several of our older cows processed into ground beef and occasionally offer quarters or halves of Jersey Steers.

We attend the Fort Farmers Market depending on the amount we have available each year. We also have a limited amount of maple syrup on our farm. The Lord has blessed us greatly, and we hope to pass it on to others.

We are a small, cooperative farm near Dorothy Carnes County Park in Fort Atkinson. Our primary focus is feeding fresh, healthy produce to a SFM small group of CSA members by cultivating over 50 kinds of fruits and NP veggies on about two acres. Our CSA season spans 20 weeks from June until October, with additional shares available for the holidays.

Beyond Regenerative Roots, the farm is home to a pastured rabbit operation, a small fruit and nut orchard, and vegetable seed production.

Established in 1995, we raise and sell tender and tasty Kay’s Purely Pastured Beef on our 90-acre family farm just north of historic Cedarburg. Baker’s Polled Hereford farm is located in the southern edge of the Kettle Moraine area near Lauderdale and Pleasant Lakes, halfway between Elkhorn and Whitewater. Our farm specializes in several varieties of gourmet, heirloom garlic. Garlic sales start in June beginning with hardneck scapes then cured garlic in August through November. Cured garlic can be used as seed to grow garlic in your own garden or for culinary use.

Our sales are primarily online but visitors are welcome for on-farm sales, please call first. Although the farm is not certified, we have always followed organic methods and sustainable farming practices.
