SECTION 3 – Flood Checklists and Worksheets

The following section provides resources designed to help bank staff involved in the loan department determine if a loan is covered by the flood rules and then identify and meet the various requirements. These resources are not comprehensive and should not be used as a replacement for the rule. Rather, they should be used as tools to supplement understanding of the flood rules. These tools should be modified and tailored as appropriate to the bank’s own operation. Usage should be conducted with additional consultation to the rule as provided in the previous section.
