Autism Together
Corporate Opportunities
At Autism Together, we are committed to creating inclusive, supportive environments for autistic adults, empowering them to thrive in all aspects of life, including the workplace. As businesses increasingly focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), which has replaced corporate social responsibility (CSR).
We offer tailored solutions to help your organisation become more inclusive, by getting involved in volunteering, fundraising, and receiving training to better support autistic employees and customers. Our award-winning services not only help foster a welcoming environment for the people we support, but also improve productivity, enhance team dynamics, and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
By working with Autism Together, your company can meet and exceed ESG objectives, while simultaneously contributing to the wider goal of social inclusion. Together, we can ensure that your workplace embraces diversity, values individuals of all abilities, and creates opportunities for everyone to succeed.

We work hard to ensure that our corporate volunteers have a thoroughly enjoyable day, and they always want to come back. We provide publicity for companies who volunteer with us, which is hugely beneficial for their ESG, and positive for their reputation too. Most volunteers share photos and details about their volunteer days on social media, and Autism Together will do so too, with your permission.
We will also provide the risk assessments, insurance details and even a catered for lunch from our charity café at an additional cost. If you are interested in a volunteer day with us, do get in touch and we can share more details, including giving a pretour of the site.

Volunteering in the Raby kitchen gardens
EE volunteers attended in summer of 2024 and left the following feedback:
“Our team loved being able to not only help with the facilities that will benefit the residents, but also the animals. It was really fulfilling to be able to see the positive impact that Autism Together has on the environment, the staff, the residents and the local community. Interacting with everyone on site, was wonderful! The whole day left the team with not just dirt under their nails, but with joy in their hearts and memories that would sprout smiles for seasons to come!”
Amazon Wishlist
Throughout the year we manage our charity’s Amazon Wishlist. It is full of items requested by the people we support or their support staff. The items on the list are chosen as a way to enhance skills and increase activities for the people we support. Often, instead of donating money to our charity, people choose to purchase wishlist gifts instead. We make sure the items available can be purchased online and will suit a range of budgets. The items are also sent directly to us, so we can deliver them, personally, to the services that requested them.
Scan our QR code to see our current wishlist now.

At Christmas we can provide gift tags with items listed on them. Each gift tag relates to a person we support and you can personally donate by buying them a small token gift for the festive season. You can display these on your company Christmas tree and encourage colleagues and customers to purchase a gift for our charity, maybe instead of sending Christmas cards that year. We provide the tags and posters… you bring the joy!

Pathway to Work Scheme
At Autism Together we like to help empower and encourage people we support into developing further independence skills. Our Pathway to Work scheme enables them to do just that, by taking work placements with approved employers, while receiving continued support from our team.
We are always looking for new businesses to help provide new work placements and to work with us to provide more opportunities for the people we support.
If your business would like to help support this scheme by offering a work placement, then please email the team to for more information: enquiries@autismtogether.co.uk
Autism Together’s Pathway to Work Scheme recently celebrated its first year! Below is a photo from the event where people we support and their families came together to recognise their achievement!
