This special issue of Wire Magazine previews the 26th edition Winter Party Festival (WPF) returning to Miami with the theme "With Open Arms." We sat down with Festival Chair Rene Wolfensberger to learn more about this year's Winter Party Festival. With some many great WPF parties and DJs, we decided to interview DJs Joe Pacheco and Sharon O Love to preview the Ignite and Heat parties, and learn more about their backgrounds and musical styles.
