Every year the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) Miami Spice restaurant program provide diners with a great opportunity to dine out for lunch and dinner at some of the top restaurants in Miami and the Beaches. This year is no exception. Miami Spice runs through September 30, so be sure to take advantage of the special, discounted, three-course, prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus. Luxury dining restaurants are offering three course prix-fixe lunches at $23 per person and dinners at $39; fine dining restaurants feature their menus at $19 for lunch and $33 for dinner.
For this week's special Miami Spice dining issue I caught up with Steve Haas, Board Chair of the GMCVB and owner of City Hall The Restaurant, and restaurateur and Executive Chef Andrew Carmellini of The Dutch at the W South Beach Hotel, so they could tell Wire Magazine's readers about this year's Miami Spice.
