South Florida's cultural high season is kicking off in Fort Lauderdale with the arrival of the 2015 incarnation of one of the fall's highlights – the MiFo LGBT Film Festival Fort Lauderdale edition. Previously dubbed the Fort Lauderdale Gay & Lesbian Film Festival, MiFo represents the cumulative efforts of cultural organizations and leaders committed to entertaining and enlightening diverse South Florida audiences. Last year’s Fort Lauderdale edition of MiFo was a great success and had a very interesting film lineup.
Coming on the heels of a hugely successful 2014 event that saw record attendance, the 2015 Festival is once again positioned for critical acclaim and broad attendees.
