This week Wire Magazine introduces you to the work of Alex Wightman. From the moment he began shooting family portraits, Alex knew that he liked working with people. Although Alex studied Fine Arts in college, he plunged headlong into the world of freelance photography – an art he had largely taught himself. From the beginning of his career, Alex gravitated toward fitness and fashion photography. His ability to attract the interest of gorgeous models buoyed the talented young photographer’s career and brought him to the attention of an array of clients. I sat down with Alex to discuss his career, style and the satisfaction he gets from shooting beautiful models.
