LEGO is Cool!

LEGO – those brightly-coloured bricks which you can make anything with. These little whimsical bricks have been a part of my life for as long back as my memory takes me. I finish working on one creation and I can’t wait to get another one! And I’m not the only one! Here’s a cool fact – if all the LEGO bricks sold in a single year were placed end to end, they would circle the Earth five times!

So, what makes LEGO so special? Here are some reasons:

1. LEGO IS FOR EVERYONE

LEGO is for everyone and anyone – doesn’t matter what age you might be. LEGO is enjoyable and fun for all. In fact, LEGO is manufactured for a wide range of age groups. There are sets with just 10 bricks or so and then there are boxes full of thousands of bricks!

2. ENCOURAGES CREATIVITY

LEGO gives you a chance to be innovative and think of new ideas. Those little versatile bricks can shape up to anything you want them to. They let your imagination run wild!

3. ONE PURCHASE, YEARS OF FUN

LEGO is immensely versatile. Buy a single set and you will be able to make different models. Where one day you are making a castle, the next you can make a space station, and then take things apart and start all over again! Also, LEGO does not age or decay – so it’s green too! Recycle your LEGO for generations to come!

4. YOU LEARN WHILE HAVING FUN

LEGO can be the perfect tool for STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Math) based learning. So, you get your fun, as well as learning – that’s definitely having your cake and eating it too!!

LEGO building can be done alone, or it can be done as a group activity. Do it all by yourself and you can say goodbye to boredom and feeling lonely. Do it with family and friends, and you end up having a memorable time. My suggestion – do it both ways! ☺
