The Win Family Fitness Challenge aims to engage students, teachers, and parents by encouraging them to get fitter and healthier by walking, the much documented practice to harbour health and wellbeing. The initiative introduced by the Health and Safety team targets to ensure that we are constantly active. Overwhelming researches suggest that exercising can help reduce so many health conditions, which is why we have nurtured a healthy little competition between students in their respective year groups, between teachers and parents too. The competition has shown that students have ensured to develop that sense of building their walking steps over the weeks.

Our initiative’s main intention is to grow closer as a school community and to promote each other when coming together to achieve the main goal of recording more steps. We are yearning to attract more students, teachers and parents to join this well-developed initiative so that together we can reap the benefits of physical exercise.
