RACQUET SPORTS - Play tennis and pickleball yearround on Wintergreen’s 16 clay tennis courts and three indoor DecoTurf courts. DISCOVERY RIDGE ADVENTURE CENTER - Embark on a day of fun at Discovery Ridge. Outdoor adventures include bungee trampoline, disc golf, climbing tower, mini-golf, gem mining, and a campfire area. Inside, tackle the Ninja Warrior Course, bouldering wall, and enjoy the kids’ corner with table games for a thrilling mix of activities.
THE PLUNGE TUBING PARK - Experience adrenaline at The Plunge, Virginia’s largest tubing hill. Towering over ten stories, it delivers thrills at 30 mph on Neveplast material, providing year-round tubing excitement without snow or water. This wintertime favorite transforms into an equally exhilarating summertime adventure.
LAKE MONOCAN - Escape to Lake Monocan’s 20-acre paradise, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Enjoy swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and aqua cycling. Lifeguard-staffed areas ensure safety, while a sandy beach, snack bar, shaded seating, and picnic spots complete the ideal setting for water-based relaxation and fun.
HIKING - Discover Wintergreen’s beauty on 30 miles of hiking trails, offering stunning views from the Blue Ridge Mountains. Suitable for all levels, these trails provide an immersive experience high atop the mountains.
