Know the Responsibility Code 1. Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.

2. People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.

3. You must not stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible from above.

4. Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.

5. Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.

6. Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.

7. Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to load, ride and unload safety.

Assumption of Risk: I agree to assume, on behalf or myself or the minor child for whom I represent, all risks associated with participation in snowsports and associated activities at Wintergreen, including without limitation: skiing, snowboarding, ski racing, freestyle skiing and riding, tubing and other snow related sports. In consideration of being allowed to participate and/or having a minor child participate in snowsports and associated activities, I hereby acknowledge and agree to assume these risks. • Checkerberry Cabin – BBQ, Tacos & Blues music at the base of the Blue Ridge Express chairlift • Pryor’s Court – Enjoy a break from the slopes and swing

by Pryor’s for a warm drink and our new, healthy menu options with hand crafted wraps, salads and more.

• The Lookout – Personal pizzas, hot chocolate & Italian quick served specialties at The Plunge Tubing Park • Terrace Cafe – A brand new casual eatery centrally located in the Mountain Inn. With comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace, the Terrace Cafe serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches and an enticing selection of sweet treats. And for the coffee aficionado, the Cafe proudly serves Starbucks.

Ski & Ride Services • Ski Patrol/First Aid – Skyline Pavilion, 1st level. Entrances slopeside and Lot 1 parking lot.

• Snowsports School – Skyline Pavilion, 2nd level. Private and Group lessons for ages 8+ • The Treehouse – Located just off the Blue Ridge Terrace.

Full and half day ski and snowboard programs for children ages 3+ • Ski Repair – Skyline Pavilion, 2nd level. Full tune with base grind, edge and wax (48 hours); edge and wax (48 hrs) and quick wax (24 hrs or overnight) • Lockers & Basket Storage – Skyline Pavilion, 2nd level.

• Guest Service/Lost & Found – Skyline Pavilion 2nd level in the Guest Service Office.
