French Valley Parkway Interchange
City of Temecula Officials broke ground June 2012 on the first phase of the French Valley Interchange, a new freeway interchange that will inevitably improve safety and traffic flow along Winchester Road/south I-15 freeway off-ramp and dramatically change the landscape of the Temecula/Murrieta border. Primarily funded with regional development impact fees, the French Valley Parkway will pull thousands of cars off severely congested roadways, provide motorists with another east/west means of crossing the freeway, and allow motorists to reach the I-215 without accessing I-15 and vice versa.
