Strengthen Skills. Unlock Creativity. Build Confidence. Launchpad is a summer workshop series designed for neurodiverse young adults (ages 17–21+) who are ready to build real-world skills in a supportive, individualized setting. Each workshop is a standalone, three-day intensive rooted in the same clinical framework that guides the Winston Transitions year-round program.
