The Port Arthur Incinerator provides every service required for processing your waste, because we’re a treatment storage disposal facility (TSDF) and incineration facility. We also offer low cost container cleaning services, rolloff container tracking, direct inject capabilities for hard to handle liquids, low flash waste treatments, tanker cleaning, and more.

The Sauget Incinerator is licensed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) to store and destroy explosives, which include anything from air bag actuators and ammunition, to blasting caps and bomb components.

Our Sauget facility features a flexible, closed loop system that can accommodate virtually any type hazardous or nonhazardous of waste, including odiferous or reactive liquids, pyrophoric gases, solids, liquids, explosives, and DEA regulated materials.

Our onsite capabilities and services

Our Gum Springs incineration facility is approximately four miles from I-30 and accepts bulk and containerized shipments of liquids, sludges, solids, and debris for shredding or direct feed to the kiln. We also have a fully permitted RCRA Subtitle C landfill that offers direct landfill, stabilization, micro and macro encapsulation, and chemical oxidation.

Advanced capabilities and technologies

Receiving: 20 Trucks per day and 30 car rail capacity

Storage capacity: 10,000 55 gallon drum equivalent, 600+ roll off containers, 10 acres under roof, and a tank farm with a combined 196,000 gallons

Incineration: Two rotary kiln RCRA incinerators with a combined capacity of 60 tons per hour

Landfill capability: 10 – 15 years capacity in existing cells; two new cells activated in 2022

Easy access: Spur off the Main Line of Union Pacific Railroad, no short line
