As we embark on our 60th year in business, we at Groff Tractor have seen our business evolve over the years from a single store operation in Highspire, PA, to fifteen locations that cover the Mid Atlantic region. Our newly formed Groff Tractor Holdings, LLC, is now the parent company that oversees the operations of both the original Groff Tractor & Equipment in Pennsylvania and the newly formed GTNJ/GTMA and CC&T. The latter is comprised of the acquisitions made over the last few years of Trico Equipment, Folcomer Equipment, and most recently, CC&T. We have aligned ourselves into two distinct standalone operating entities with dedicated local management, allowing us to bring the decision making as close to our customers as possible. Nonetheless, our goal remains the same—striving to be our customers’ #1 choice for all of their equipment needs, by providing best-in-class customer service.

I want to personally thank all of those who contributed to making this milestone a reality: Our Valued Customers. We strive every day to be a valuable business partner to our customers by providing profitable solutions to their problems and backing them up with legendary product support. They are the total reason we exist, and they are the focal point of every decision we make.

Our Employees. Our hardworking, dedicated, and focused employees are the backbone that supports our customers and creates the Groff brand. Their willingness to do whatever it takes to support our customers on a daily basis is what allows our company to continue to grow and prosper.

Our Business Partners. Our great manufacturers, lending institutions, attorneys, software, and accounting firms continue to provide our company with valuable support.

60 YEARS

For the past 60 years, the mission of Groff Tractor has been the same: to serve our customers in the best way possible.

A lot has changed since 1958, but one thing that remains the same is our commitment to our customers. Ray Groff opened Groff Tractor as a CASE dealer in Highspire, Pennsylvania, employing only a handful of people. Over time, the business has grown, and now over 250 full time employees work at fifteen dealerships that provide equipment and services across four states.

Over the years, Groff has developed strong relationships with our manufacturers and has consistently offered a wide range of the highest quality construction equipment. Groff is one of the leading CASE construction dealers in the country and supplements their CASE products with some of the other leading manufacturers in the world.

Lasting six decades in the construction industry may not always have been easy, but regardless of the circumstances, Groff Tractor has always powered through, thanks to the knowledge and commitment of our wonderful employees. Groff Tractor’s employees are at the heart of our dealerships and work tirelessly each day to make sure our customers’ needs are met. Many of our employees have been a part of the Groff Tractor family for many years.

Most notably, Bob Eppley and John Morrison have both worked for Groff Tractor for nearly forty years.

As we look ahead into our next decade, we are excited and optimistic for the future of our brand.

Service On-Site or in Our Shops Groff Tractor’s factory trained technicians are ready to service your equipment anytime, anywhere. Routine maintenance and repairs can be scheduled in our shops or on-site. We will help plan any major repairs to minimize downtime.

24/7 Emergency Service

Our structurally certified welders and fabricators will complete any job to exact specifications. Our capabilities range from attachment fabrication or modification to structural repairs, specialized accessory manufacturing, and restoring worn out pin bores to OEM specifications.

When one of your machines is down, you can count on us to come to your jobsite to repair your equipment as quickly as possible. We understand that you might have a problem on a weekend or evening, and our technicians are available whenever you need us.

PARTS

Parts Groff Tractor has a multimillion dollar parts inventory to deliver your parts as quickly as possible. Check the online catalogs for the correct part number, and call the location nearest you. Our experienced parts and service managers will help you find the parts you need. We'll have them ready to be picked up at one of our fifteen locations. If it's not in stock, we'll locate the part through our extensive network of parts resources.

Equipment Financing When you're ready to finance your equipment purchase, call our financing team to discuss your options. We can provide lending sources for both financing and leasing for new or used equipment. Terms and rates are competitive and could include features like a small down payment, skip payments, delayed first payments, balloon payments or extended payment terms.

Rental Equipment Whether your need is bigger, smaller, shorter, taller, or just an addition to supplement that busy time of the year, Groff Tractor can help. Our large inventory of clean, well maintained machines can be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. If we don't stock it, we can locate it through our network of affiliated dealers.

Our rental fleet is routinely updated. We rotate out older models and replace them with new equipment. Maintenance is performed on machines in our rental fleet at intervals recommended by the manufacturer, and repairs are always completed promptly, so you'll never be inconvenienced by unexpected downtime.

Rent-to-Own

Equipment Available

Renting from Groff Tractor is the perfect opportunity to try out a model that you're thinking of purchasing to make sure you have the correct machine for your projects. We also offer a Rent-to-Own option with a generous portion of your rental payment applied to the purchase price of the unit. In many cases, this fee will serve as the down payment when you are financing.
