Building on 26 years of hockey development prominence, Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp is pleased to continue offering positive hockey development opportunities to players of all ages and skills levels under the newly released Jets Hockey development banner. All hockey development and instructional programs at the MTS Iceplex, under the umbrella of True North parent company of the Winnipeg Jets, will be under the new label of Jets Hockey Development. Jets Hockey development will continue the tradition of Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp under the leadership of larry Bumstead. Larry will continue to direct the Jets Hockey Development programs and provide a need sensitive approach to player and team development that strives to meet the needs of young developing and older aspiring players: ages three to young adult, boys and girls, learn to skate to college. Jets Hockey Development, in accordance with Northwestern Hockey Sports Camp philosophy, supports the Hockey Canada player development model by offering a progression of development throughout the year to complement team play and build on individual and team performance.
